Love the pizza rolls. When I am back in the north country I always come here for a pizza roll. They are already prepared, just come on in, pay, get your pizza roll and you are quickly on your way.

My family and I eat here regularly. My son and I LOVE the Mikey Special with pepperoni, and highly recommend it! We have eaten everything on the menu. Perfect place to eat, when we don't want to cook, which is often.

Inbetween a semi final and final game, we had to make last minute reservations to accomodate for the hunger of 17 teenage hockey players and at least 28 parents. With only 30 minutes notification, before noon, before fully staffed, and with our very tight schedule... this wonderful husband and wife team managed to accomodate for everyone in the most efficient and pleasant manner I have ever experienced while dining out as a team! The food (in particular the pizza) was absolutely fresh and delicious! Thank you so much for the enjoyable experience!

Their pizza was great, especially Bob's special. Their usual pizzas can be a little greasy sometimes, but they're always good. Delivery is nice especially in the winter.

The food is great, especially their pizza rolls, and the employees seem to always be friendly. I went inside recently, and I like the decor and seating arrangements. It is a great place to take your family for lunch or dinner.

My partner and I just had an incredible delicious meal at Sergi's, and I recommend it highly. After all the years of my travelling with Microsoft Corporation from city to city around this country, I feel I know a good meal when it is placed before me. My partner ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, and I had the fettuccini alfredo w/ chicken & broccoli. The meal is served with garlic bread slices and salads (either house or Caesar). I chose the Caesar (which was a meal in itself). We had at least half of the entrée to bring back to the hotel. I'm not sure why some of the people on here have given this establishment lower ratings. Maybe there is a new chef now? Maybe they did not have a good evening that particular time they were there? BUT I do know that for TONIGHT I ate an excellent meal at a very reasonable price. If we should ever return this direction again, we will be sure to stop again. Give it try - it never hurts, and maybe you will be just as lucky as us to enjoy something wonderful on the palate ;-)

Best darn spaghetti and meatballs, also their linguini and clam sauce is not too shabby, either. Great service even when they are busy, which is often as they are the go-to place for Canton sports teams.

The pizza is good but they are known for their pizza rolls. A real North County classic.

I'm from Ottawa and go down to this area frequently in the fall to paddle some of the fantastic rivers of NY. We make this place a go to pit stop along the route back home. They simply have fantastic pizza!

Sergi's E.B.A. Pizza (everything-but-anchovies) is phenomenal. Their wings are very good too. And I'm not even getting into their famous pizza rolls. With multiple locations, Sergi's is a must-stop when in the Canton/Potsdam area.

Saturday night was our first visit to Sergi's, it won't be our last. The pizza here was great. Try the meat lovers! Joyce was our server, she made this group of Canadian travellers feel like we've always been coming here. Again, the pizza was great. The atmosphere was great. I'd give six stars if I could. Our family will be stopping here the next time we're in Canton.

We were in Canton for a hockey game. Sergi's was recommended by another parent. So glad we went! Pizza was great, meatballs were excellent. Hope to be back someday soon

Super small. Was in t9wn for my son's swim meet, and we asked the other team parents what a must stop in town for food was. This was the spot. The pizza rolls did not disappoint, and they had them on the spot.

Awesome!! They didn't have angel hair so I got raviolis instead, it came with bread and salad. I actually ate there 2x in one week. 😅 I'll be back in a couple weeks and I'll eat there again!! This is a "don't miss" restaurant.

We have never had a bad meal or experience at Sergi's. We've been going there for year's. It's a go to must for a meal every time we come home to visit. They have a great menu and the pizza is awesome.

Someday maybe there will be a supreme pizza roll 🥲 but their pepperoni and cheese is still good although we have noticed it's less greasy and more "dry". Penne alla vodka was pretty average, not bad but not amazing.

Sergi's in Canton is one of my local favorites for pizza, wings, and also for their excellent sandwiches, salads, dinners and more. You can check their menu and hours out on their website online. They offer takeout and local delivery and they do take credit cards. If you have a large group I recommend making reservations especially if it is a night that coincides with a local sports event as it is a popular destination for those groups.

Sergi's in Canton is our go to spot for pizza delivery. The pizza isn't New York style like I would prefer but the crust is chewy and the sauce is a'ight--overall far better than Pizza Hut or Dominos. Their "famous" pizza rolls are excellent but a bit greasy. I'd also recommend the spaghetti with either meatballs or Italian sausage. If you're hungry the sampler entree, Italian Lovers Delight for One, is decent, though some of the items included are better than others. The Buffalo wings are worth ordering on occasion but they are not Sergi's strong suit--the sauce is not my favorite.

Had a delicious pizza roll. Would recommend this Pizza Restaurant, have been around for years. So that is a true testament on how good they are.

First visit I would give 3 stars, got the pepperoni roll and it was larger than expected but mostly just air inside and tasted like cheese and pepperoni in a fried donut. The veal was good, the salad that came with it was so sad. It was all core of iceberg lettuce. The young lady that served us has plenty of training opportunities. She didn't bring menus, she took our beverage order but then forgot to bring our drinks until the other waitress said something to her. The restaurant itself was freezing, had to keep my coat on during dinner. 2nd visit a couple days later (because we had to try the pizza) I would give 5 stars (which is why they get an average of 4 for my review) the server this time was on it. The Bianca pizza was delicious and the restaurant was an appropriate temperature this time.

We mostly pick up pizza to go. Our favorite is the Chicken Bianca pizza which is a white pizza with a garlicky white sauce, cheese and chicken...its quite delicious. I also really liked their cannoli. I would pass on the cheesecake...last time we got it it was still frozen. Its a little expensive however its definitely worth it for good pizza. And even though the place seems pretty busy, they do a good job of getting you order ready on time.

It is alot bigger than I expected on the inside, the food was good. The house salad dressing was nice and the garlic bread was killer. I had chicken parm, the portion was large. Overall, I eat there again. They do serve beer and wine, which was helpful after a long day.

Ok update post update. I understand that it is a pizza place however they also offer salads. Anyway when I think of chicken Cesar salad i think of romain lettece feta cheese crutons maybe some nice thin slices onions nice thick chicken slices maybe some black Olives what ever ok i got a ton of iceburg lettece a thin topping of bacon crutons, cold plan thin stips of chicken. Little disappointed but the pizza and staff are still fabulous. If you want the best PIZZA go to sergi! GREAT pizza GREAT service🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The staff at Sergi's is awesome. I've never had a bad experience. The atmosphere is excellent.And there pizza is the fabulous!! Always done right and I love their sauce. My son always gets the hot buffalo wings and he loves those. Oh and the pepperoni pizza rolls are so addicting. Excellent place to eat. Would definitely recommend Sergi's in Canton NY.

Classic family owned Italian restaurant. As soon as you walk in you get hit with fresh Italian bread and pizza smell . As you walk in you pass the huge pizza ovens . There are 2 big dinning rooms we picked a nice quiet corner. We started with some garlic bread which was probably the best garlic bread in my life . Next some classic apps , Mozzarella sticks and some stuffed peppers, these were unique I have never had them cold , but ask for side or red sauce and they were great . The pizzas were packed with sauce , cheese and toppings , these are classic thick crust football pizzas, you won't be able to eat a whole large. I got the veal parm and it was great huge crispy tender veal cutlet and the wife raved about the chicken Marsalla she said shes never had it with so many mushrooms which she loved. All the entrees came with a salad. If your intown visiting your student at SUNY Canton or Saint Lawrence definitely make Sergis a stop for dinner or Pizza

A great place to eat solo or with a group. Plenty of great options. The environment is rich with laughter and conversation. Restaurant is clean and has a very family friendly aura. Highly recommend as a place to eat if you are just in the area or want a go-to location that you frequent for meals.

Always loved sergis, never have had a bad experience there. Tonight was different. Could have been because they were busy. Ordered wings and pizza rolls. Food was good. But like I said must have been because they were busy.

I had 5 different pizzas: cheese, meat, pepperoni, margherita, and white. First of all... Lots of cheese (too much for me) and the dough was just OK (not tender). The amount of cheese seemed to drown out any chance of the toppings to have much meaningful presence. The margherita was the most disappointing as the random chunks of tomatoes were buried by mass amounts of cheese. Margherita pizza should not be chunks of tomatoes, rather large slices to set as a flavor replacement for the sauce. Other people in my party were disappointed with the wings and salad (although I cannot give specifics as to the reasons). If you want to eat at a genuine-looking Italian restaurant with the chance of having a good meal in a town where there's not much of a selection of good restaurants, then give it a shot. There's not many good alternatives.

They have changed their Bob special pizza somehow, and it doesn't taste as it uses too 🥺. The crust is doughy, the sauce on top is watery, and the chicken tastes weird.

Greasy but good when you want to indulge! Their margarita pizza is my favorite. Prices are pretty fair too. You can sit in, order and pick up, or they deliver too (until 2am Thursday, Friday, and Saturday)!

Meh. Maybe part of it was that it was delivery, but I had the Veal Marsalla and found it very salty with a somewhat bland sauce other than the salt. The veal was overcooked and dry, although a large portion. Pasta was perfectly Al Dante but again bland. I also got fried mushrooms but there was no sauce of any kind, no ranch dressing, no ketchup. All in all, very mediocre for the price. But still, it is nice that they deliver!

We had pizza and lasagna. Both were so hot it took 10 to 15 mins before we could eat and they came out about 10 mins apart. The pizza sauce was not too my taste at all and the crust was chewy and I didn't enjoy it. The lasagna was ok, but sure didn't look like what we thought. Looked like soup. Service was good. Bathroom dated but good. Parking right out front. Very loud in the restaurant and hard to talk.

We got salads and gluten free pizza. Man on the phone seemed disinterested but was friendly enough. The crust was unflavored, hard, and dry. It's okay in a pinch, but it's not great.

We hadn't ate there in 2 years. Decided to grab a small pizza and stuffed shells. The shells were burnt. So sad. I had to stand outside to wait for a pizza so loaded with garlic it couldn't be eaten and dried up burnt stuffed shells that also couldn't be eaten. We had always liked the Sergi's. A family affair. Money too tight to waste anymore. I blame the staff not the owners, but still won't order from here again●

Ordered 2 24 cut sheet pizzas they were cooked to long crust was very hard and almost burnt looking. 1 pizza was EBA and had only few toppings. The 2nd pizza was a chicken,bacon,ranch and was extremely garlic tasting. I will not be ordering sheet pizzas again.

The two stars are because at least the waitress was friendly, however not completely professional. In terms of food, it is NOT authentic Italian food, and how could it be if we are in the northcountry. The salad is honestly not gourmet it is an ordinary and rustic salad. The pizzas were okay and if you plan to eat there ORDER A PIZZA. The pasta... it is straight out of a box with sauce (not a delicious one) poured on top, and the ravioli seemed that was frozen ravioli and heated. I was expecting a night of good food but I think I would have eaten better if I cooked at home. The setting is also not warm and welcoming.

Some of the worst customer service in the north country. The pizza is decent but I will never give my business to this low life pizza shop where the employees are rude and inconsiderate.

We walked inside, where we were told to sit anywhere and a server would be with us. The server walked by us NINE times in the 20 minutes we sat there and never even gave us a menu, while serving THREE other tables that came in after us. We walked out and figured we’d call in an order instead, where we were told 25 minutes. It took over 45 minutes. Not impressed at all with the service.

Went to order the seafood Alfredo, they came back to tell me they were out, okay I understand that. So she offered clams or shrimp. I decided on the clams, it came out and literally was fettuccine with canned clams dumped on top and the sauce was just the juice from the clams. Extremely disappointed to pay $15 for this.

Crappy pizza at a premium price. Thick soft doughy, cheap cheese, nasty sauce. Customer service is awful, usually rude pushy with a poor attitude. Wings look like they've just seen a nuclear holocaust shriveled, soaking wet with sauce and slimy. This is literally just food for drunk people who will eat anything.

We showed up and we were told to go sit in dining room. Then a lady comes out and says sorry were closing why would they tell us to go sit down if they were closing Very rude and when we walked in we had a bunch of people looking and whispering about us like we all were alien's never again you just lost out on a bunch of money

Penne Ala vodka worst ever. No sauce n no flavor. We tried to exchange it for the manicotti which was excellent and they would not exchange it! Wait staff tried to be pleasant about it but hands were tied? I've never had any restaraunt experience like this b4. The penne Ala vodka was inedible and we left 95% of it on the table ... we would never recommend this place or go there again!

I honestly thought I was on a prank TV show this experience was so bad. We were staying at a nearby (45 min drive) lake and ordered $120 worth of pizza and wings at 4:15 yesterday. We were told it would be ready at 5:05, so drove into town and were told they were "just waiting on one last thing" when we arrived to pickup at 5:00. When we STILL didn't have our food at 5:45 (standing outside in 90° heat), I asked for a partial refund as compensation. The employee grew flustered and said "well I'm already giving you a Pepsi (requested add-on I intended to pay for) and pizza rolls (first mention of this). That's $10 worth of stuff." When I replied that it was not adequate, another employee came over and TOOK BACK the Pepsi and pizza rolls from me! Original employee then asked in a snarky tone if 10% was good enough (approx equal value as the food they'd just taken back). Frustratedly I accepted and left. When we got back to the house (at 6:40), it was obvious that most of our food had sat the entire 45 minutes that our order was late. The wings were soggy and the pizza was cold and tough. We threw most of it out and made Mac and Cheese for the kids. Mistakes happen, but rude and spiteful customer service made this experience 1000x worse.

I ordered 2 pizza rolls for delivery to the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Canton (as we have literally hundreds of times over the years) and left the driver a $5.00 tip, which they require you to pay ahead of time when paying with a card (won’t make that mistake again). The driver calls us and asks us to come to the lobby to get the pizza rolls because they are not allowed to bring them up to the room. That’s not how delivery works. You bring them to the place where the customer is located. We are not located in the lobby. What’s the point of asking me what room number we’re in if you’re not even going to be bringing them to the room? And why not specify this before hand? If I have to get dressed and get my shoes on to go down to the lobby after paying an extra $5.00 for a driver tip then I might as well just continue on down the road and pick them up myself. It’s ridiculous and this situation needs to be addressed between management and their drivers. It’s not acceptable and it really sours what is otherwise a great establishment!

Ordered the “famous” pizza roll and I was really disappointed to say the least. Lots and lots of dough, and maybe a tablespoon of sauce and little cheese. I asked the waitress for a side of sauce 2x and it never came. I left -3/4 of it on the plate. Really bad experience!
