If you're looking for a great aperitivo in Carcare, this is definitely a place worth considering. The service is quick and friendly. The aperitivo is top-notch, made by those who know what they're talking about. The accompanying food is more than adequate. We spent €10 for a Mojito and a Spritz. I'd say it's excellent value. What I appreciated most was the price of the Spritz. Unlike what many places do these days, it wasn't the same price as the cocktail. And that's how it should be everywhere. Because a €6 or €8 Spritz is a steal.

It's truly a great place, friendly, you can watch games and sports in general, the aperitif is also very generous, with a wide selection of wine, beer, and cocktails. On weekends there's music and all the people from the surrounding villages gather there. It's suitable for everything from birthdays to military service parties.
