Luogo meraviglioso, pace e tanto verde tutto intorno. Il nostro pranzo è stato ottimo, piatti di qualità preparati al momento, servizio gentile e attento il tutto condito con simpatia!! Consigliato!!

Posto carinissimo immerso nel verde con due laghetti molto rilassanti. Personale gentilissimo e competente. Ottima e abbobtante carne alla brace, ottime verdure grigliate x non parlare della battuta di fassona come antipasto accompagnata da maionese alla vodka.

Abbiamo passato un piacevolissimo pomeriggio presso la taverna del Dolmen visto l'ambiente accogliente e famigliare. Ottimo pranzo; carni di qualità e primi piatti buonissimi, il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino della casa. Prezzo moderato rapportato ai piatti. Consigliatissimo.

Ristorante accogliente . La posizione è bellissima , proprio vicino al lago ( consiglio di andare primavera /estate ) Si mangia molto bene . Personale gentile e disponibile.

I had such a lovely stay at this holiday home. The entire place was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel incredibly comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The owners were genuinely friendly and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. One of the absolute highlights was the food – it was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. Every meal was a treat! This place is truly a hidden gem and feels very underrated. It offers everything you could want for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay.

Stop your bikes and escape the twists and turns of the Savona-Ceva highway. The stone restaurant, overlooking the lake, offers a bucolic tranquility that's worth a stop in itself. The friendly owners and the menu, featuring some truly original dishes (such as the pesto-stuffed onions), are carefully crafted and delicious, will put you back at peace with the world. The wine selection is also good, and there's no unpleasant surprise with the bill. It will definitely be a destination for future motorcycle trips.

Today, tagliolini with mushrooms, fried mushrooms, and grilled meat, dessert, coffee, and a "cicchetto" (a typical Italian cicchetti). Everything was incredibly good, and the prices were reasonable. There's parking nearby, and the lake with easy fishing is just a few meters away. Great for families and friends, highly recommended!

We've been to Taberna for a dinner and I have to say it was amazing 😍 We've ordered two starters (goat 🐐 cheese with honey and beef tartar with straciatella di buffalo) and mains (carbonara, trout allá Milanese and "special potatos"). All the food was delicious 🤤! Flavours are not standard, because tavern has own philosophy, but all great. Especially goat cheese with honey and "special potatos". Highly recommended 👍👍👍

We stopped for just one night while passing through, having breakfast. Everything was as we expected... the owners were friendly, welcoming, and, above all, accommodating, even waiting for us for a check-in at a somewhat unusual time. We also appreciated the sincere and human connection we found in a simple, quick chat lasting a few minutes. We'll definitely be back to stay a bit longer and try the food. Excellent breakfast. A delicious dinner, featuring locally sourced ingredients. Traditional Ligurian and Piedmontese dishes revisited with great sophistication and attention, and a superb wine cellar to perfectly pair each course. You can also stay overnight in one of the upstairs rooms, which are very welcoming and equipped with every comfort. Surrounded by silence and nature, it's definitely the ideal place to recharge and enjoy some relaxation. The owners are kind and very hospitable, highly recommended!

The location is stunning; the sport fishing lakes, even though they're man-made, add that extra touch. It's perfect for those who love fishing and want to spend a day with friends on a beautiful lawn, or even just relax in the grass. The place is welcoming, and the service is attentive, making you feel right at home. The menu offers a decent selection of dishes, all of which are truly delicious.

Non ci aspettavamo la cornice musicale per il nostro pranzo ed è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, complimenti quindi ad Antonio e Arianna, acoustic duo che ha saputo essere davvero una garbata compagnia e per il quale non poteva non scappare, alla fine, l'applauso. Atmosfera calda e accogliente, piatti sfiziosi e abbondanti, molto apprezzati le costine e l'entrecote con patate. I dolci più classici, dal bunet al tiramisù al tortino con cuore caldo di cioccolato ... una delizia! Bravi!

We stopped for a bite to eat, intrigued by the place. The chicken cacciatore was EXCELLENT, and the side dish of potatoes, carrots, and onions was DELICIOUS. The roast Angus beef was very good, perfectly cooked. Panna cotta with slightly salty toffee sauce was SUPERB. I'll definitely go back. I ate very well.

Hello everyone, and here we are again on the road 😎. After a wonderful trip through the Bormida Valley, we decided to stay at the Taverna del Dolmen. Overlooking an artificial lake for sport fishing, immersed in the most peaceful and fresh nature. The rooms are very nice and simple; don't expect luxury or over-the-top furnishings. The cleanliness is excellent, especially in the bathroom. For me, the bathroom is one of the most important rooms, and cleanliness absolutely must be top-notch. Being in the countryside, you may find some cobwebs and a little dust here and there, but that's part of the scenery surrounding the Taverna. We didn't dine at the restaurant, but we'll definitely be back. The owners are very kind and friendly, and for those of us who love animals, two cute little cats can visit. We cuddled them and welcomed them into our room; they go out on their own without disturbing us. Recommended for those who enjoy the peace and quiet of a quiet place surrounded by nature. Its location is quite isolated from the first town, but it only takes about 10 minutes by car. Highly recommended 😊. See you all, see you next time 😎

Second time here, sophisticated dishes with unusual pairings, and traditional ones are well executed. The food isn't bad... but I think the bill is always a bit steep. The place is lovely, especially in the spring and summer.

A truly beautiful and evocative place. The food is good, and perhaps a little overpriced, but the restaurant is also driven by a philosophy, described at the beginning of each menu, which aims to highlight local flavors and local producers, prioritizing seasonal products and nourishing rather than satiating. The music from the restaurant reaches those eating outside perfectly, present but not intrusive. The lake is the absolute protagonist, but also with great discretion. The wine by the glass is decidedly well-presented. The food is good, but in my opinion, it could still be improved to live up to the overall setting, which, like the food, is part of the same culture. The use of sachet Grana Padano cheese for pasta is a bit jarring, but it's also true that the social and health regulations regarding food are somewhat lax. Overall, highly recommended!

Antipasto piacevole, gli gnocchi alle ortiche, credo di fattura industriale, non mi sono piaciuti molto, la trota salmonata in carpione senza infamia né lode, buono il tiramisù che consiglierei di servire in piatto anziché in arbanella, seppur originale. Servizio curato e piatti fin troppo abbondanti, spesso a base di pesce, ma poca scelta. Avrei gradito qualcosa di più attinente all'entroterra ligure. Menù alla carta e prezzi, per quanto offerto, a mio avviso un po' troppo alti. La location è anche bella, le cameriere gentili e il proprietario ci prova ad esserlo, ma l'essere stati collocati sotto una tettoia di canniccio, che lasciava filtrare il sole di agosto, ha compromesso notevolmente l'esperienza, generando un persistente senso di malessere durante tutto il pasto. Consiglio vivamente di risolvere con un tendaggio. P.s.: avrei voluto vedere più mascherine, soprattutto in cucina, capisco che faccia caldo ma per me è una discriminante.

Dear host, if you think that 2 young children need to wait more than an hour for a plate of pasta and then have the courage to insult their parents then you should reconsider whether you are capable of providing services to any type of customers!
