I've tried the regular glazed doughnuts before, so I somewhat knew what to expect. The rest of the doughnuts we got were very good! They are very sugary in my opinion, but still very good. I wasn't expecting their coffee to be as good as it was. I got a simple ice caramel coffee and it was very good! Not bitter, a good, bold flavor and the right amount of sweetness (for me). I will definitely be back, but as a treat...

I ordered a dozen donuts including four cream filled donuts because cream field are our family's favorite and none of the cream filled donuts had any cream in them. That's fine, things happen but when we went to call them to warn them not to dole out more disappointments to people expecting cream filled they were so great about it. The manager is the one who answers the phone which is something that I like. They take donuts seriously there I think that they get it, they're not just serving someone a donut that might be somebody's treat for a hard-working kid or a little comfort for a hard day at the office.

Happiest place to start a birthday! Super clean, everyone was attentive and nice. The manager was awesome! They are kinda in the back next to the car wash on the freeway side. Donuts were de-li-cious!! Thank you!

Long line in the drive through, but well worth the wait. I found the way they handle to overflow for the drive through to be very efficient I enjoy coming here to get the classic dozen. All in all though the doughnuts were delicious and the family really enjoyed them.

Took my grandkids in to hopefully see fresh donuts being made..they weren't due to the holiday they were closing soon. All the employees were so awesome and pleasant even at the end of their shift. I work in customer service and its guys like this that are an asset to habe around. I enjoyed my visit and will return based on my experience tonight. Thank you to the 6 or so employees working tonight. 11/11 around 9pm. We had just come from urgent care and the kids wanted donuts. I had been a long time since we took the oldest and the guys were awesome and helpful. We missed seeing the fresh donuts but they were super helpful and let us know when to come back. :) I know they were about to close but they all had such positive attitudes even with the drive through line around the corner. I have always been a fan of krispy kreme as a kid and ever since they put the location in oceanside we have made routine visits about every 2 weeks . The last 3 times we went we had issues with our order. I do not like to complain or anything I usually just stop going to certain places after bad experiences, but since me my husband and kids love to come here I called and talked to the manager Jacob. He was very attentative and handled any concerns I had. I'm very happy with the customer service here at this location and we will continue to be loyal customers!! And their donuts are amazing of course :D !

What really makes this location is the service. Brenda is an absolute gem of a person!!!! They always have a smile on their face and make you feel special. My little's first experience at a Krispy Kreme (we have tried others on different trips but all stayed closed after covid). Sad that they weren't making the originals, so we didn't get samples or to see the glaze fountain, but they had other donuts on the machine so he got to watch the conveyors running. I love how there's wide open views and even a little side area to just watch. The staff was friendly, recommending drinks for us and getting us the bathroom keys which were hilariously large.

Long-time Krispy Kreme lover here. I came in specifically today to get the Harry Potter donuts, not expecting much because I came in after work and figuring they'd all be sold out. Thankfully they had some Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw ones left, and I plan on coming back later this week to see if I can snag the rest! I love coming inside the store for service, and I love that I still got faster service inside than at the drive thru window!

There is nothing like going into a Krispy Kreme store. It was only the second time in my life van buying the Krispy kremes from your regular grocery store. The woman who waited on us was so patient and friendly which was the opposite of the experience I had in Myrtle Beach 22 years ago. The donuts are presented in a clean and neat manner to oogle your eyes and your nose goes crazy with that fresh smell of coffee. The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. The young lady who helped me was very patient as my 10 year old nephew indecisively made decisions on the donuts he wanted. The donuts are as you would expect from any other Krispy Kreme location along with typical coffee flavors and options. Each bite is made out of melting sugar hitting your taste buds. For this location, you are going for two things - 1. The donuts/coffee 2. The customer service. The parking is pretty dedicated however not exclusive to Krispy Kreme. It does share parking spots with other businesses in the area. This location specifically does not have an active drive thru. It does not mean that it does not have a drive thru, it just is not open at the moment. Great service + yummy sugary pastries + coffee makes for a great place for a quick morning office treat.

On the whole, I'm not crazy about Crispy Creme Donuts - but our friends from Colorado were visiting and they DO love these donuts. Service was fantastic.

Always delicious, but I am partial to a "saturday morning" mom & pop sort of doughnut shop. Krispy Kreme definitely has all the bells & whistles but personal preference outweighs on this one. The kids love to see the full case of donuts & they make it way to easy to drive through 😅🍩 Overall it was really clean, & convenient with a nice classic glazed donut to enjoy with coffee. Not the best donuts, no cake donuts or bar donuts. They do have a drive thru, so it's convenient, and they're open all day. But, if you want really good donuts go to Super Donut in Carlsbad Village.

Seems like app orders don't get fulfilled until you come in and ask someone. I ended up waiting in my car until the estimated pick up time only to find out they were waiting for me to come in before they started making my order.

My diet is gluten-free so I only stopped here to pick up donuts for the office so I can't attest to the taste, however I state that they are pretty slow no matter morning or night ( I've been on 2 separate occasions) and the staff sometimes try to be witty when ordering which is sometimes annoying.

Customer service was poor. Donuts are expensive and over-rated! The glaze flaked all over me every time I bit into the donut. Not the same as before. I don't think I will go back.

I don't know why they would get rid of the best doughnut they had, the vanilla Kreme filled, but nevertheless, they did. This location is decent, and doughnuts are fresh. The only off-putting part is the customer service experience. They need to learn how to make people feel like they aren't a burden to them for showing up and interrupting their day, as that's how I was treated. The young lady who took my order was short, not polite, and needed to learn customer service 101

All these 5 stars for a place that wasn't even opened yet. I would wait on this place to work out issues. I went today. Line was crazy long and took forever. They got my 1 drink wrong. And messed up my donut order. I ordered 6, got 5 and the 5 were still wrong. Donuts aren't hot, its not freshly made, so not sure why they are so slow right now. Just wait. Maybe they'll get better after a month. And the size of the donuts is one of the smallest you'll find. I think thats as a whole for KK, but for the money, go to a local shop that has full size donuts.

I was a little disappointed with the donuts. They don't have enough frosting, it's just a thin ring on the donut. I drove too far for disappointing donuts. I really wanted to like them, but they were also too sweet. I prefer my local donut shop. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I'm used to the burbank location, the line is around the block. Now I understand why this location is empty. We ordered ice coffee, was like 3 day old coffee with ice, no sweetener very bitter and no mocha flavor at all. The donuts were stale except for the jelly filled were the only good donuts. I learned my lesson with this location. Sorry, will not be returning.

Went through the drivethru. Kyla rushed us through ordering, not even letting us finish talking - we had to finish ordering at the payment window. She was so rude - said nothing to us when we pulled up to the window to pay and didn't acknowledge us when we asked to finish ordering. No eye contact, no hello. Nothing. And then my husband's coffee order was wrong.

To be completely honest, the food is great, but the service is so poor. This is a coffee chain, I have the most simple order. Large hot coffee with extra cream, that is it. Unfortunately Every Single Time, they get it wrong. Most of the time the brewed coffee is cold which is a disappointment. Once instead of cream they gave me extra sugar. Geez people, can you please just pay attention to what people are ordering? PLEASE!

It never fails...they are always out of specialty/holiday donuts, Why?? Purchasing or Management can do a better job at ensuring you are stocked up so you don't run out of donuts. It's so disappointing to travel a good distance just to be told we are out of certain donuts. This has happened 4 times to us.

She looked at me blankly then said she didn't know what skinny meant! I explained it was just low fat milk. After taking 5 minutes putting the order into the system, where she was obviously struggling to use it, she started making the coffee. We didn't pay much attention to what she was doing, and when she handed them over we thanked her and left. When we got to the car and took the lids off, what we actually received was 2 drip coffees, 1 with low fat milk and the other black with a shot of mocha🤦🏻‍♂️ (pic below shows what should be 2 lattes)! By this point we couldn't be bothered to go back and complain, so just decided to leave. It really shouldn't be difficult to get a latte order correct! The donuts were good though, especially the maple peacon Pinon spice. They tasted fresh, light and fluffy!

The employees are always friendly the times I’ve gone here, but you just can’t get a good coffee. I order exactly what’s on the app/menu and I’m either charged for the iced latte option when I wanted/ordered the iced coffee with milk. The 5 times I’ve gone here the coffee I order (same exact order I always get) tastes completely different or is just bad. Chunky grinds are always coating the bottom, one time I sucked up a piece of coffee filter through my straw. Today the same thing happened. I’m willing to spend 3.99 for a decent fast food iced coffee…I’m not expecting anything artisan…but most times they’re so inconsistent and not good. Bummer.

I walked in and what I believe to be the manager asked me to change to a cloth face mask from my clear plastic one I use due to some breathing issues. I don’t have a problem with that. I have a problem with the aggressive way in which he asked me as if I was doing something unlawful. I have been in California all week and no one else asked me to change. I am a teacher but in my life I have worked retail and I believe there is always a kind way to ask customers to do something. He then continued to look at myself and my husband the rest of the time we were in the store. My goodness. Oh and don’t let me forget he only had one glove on. His other hand had a hurt finger. Maybe he should not be making food.

Twice, ordered doughnut holes, they come 12 in a cup. Yet, when we checked, all cups had only 9 or 10. Management pretends to not be aware of this but it has happened to us on two separate occasions - exactly the same situation. Stealing from your customers is not ok! Fraud. People check your items or go to another location.

I understand that it's kinda hectic at restaurants on Veteran's Day and I'm thankful that they honor us at all, however, if you're not sure who's next, just ask who's next in line, most times, people will speak up. Don't just assume and choose who you want or suspect is next.

Disappointed with the drive through service. Was looking forward to trying some doughnuts from Krispy Kreme for the first time and it seems like they were out of alot of the doughnuts they have advertised. Couldn't take a simple order kept telling me to hold on in the drive thru when there was nobody in front of me sat there for nearly 20 minutes and when I went to order the #1 that says i can get a hot or iced coffee AND OR 1 bottled drink they said they can't do that LOL! It's on your menu!!! Decided overall not to buy anything. Most ridiculous interaction I've had with a food chain.

Tried to go when they opened the day after Christmas. It was posted on the door of the establishment that they opened at 6. When I got there, the doors were locked. Waited 10 minutes before calling and I was told they had no donuts and it would be a while before they actually opened. Absolutely disappointed, why were you not there earlier so you HAD donuts when you opened? Will never come here again, absolute time wasting experience. Extremely disappointed, next time come in earlier to prepare or open later. Dont waste people's time. This is a donut shop, right?

I wish I would’ve had an opportunity to try this location. I walked in with my daughter who is one and a half, ready to have a Sunday morning treat. She excitedly pointed to the different donuts in the window and we were ready to go. We sat there for three minutes as the workers, which there were 8 of by my count, scurried past us. My excuse me went ignored and one of the employees made eye contact with me but they were apparently busy because ignored me. I’m sure the donuts are great if you could ever make it through the door. There were three cars in the drive-through and one family inside the store so they were not busy for sure. Just bad training or bad service

We pulled into the parking and the hot donut sign was in. We waited in line over 30 minutes while we built up how delicious the hot donuts were to our grandchildren. Finally we ordered 1/2 dozen donuts but none of them were hot. Rather than complain, I asked if they had HOT donuts. They confirmed they did. I specifically ordered ANOTHER 1/2 dozen donuts that were hot. The young man went to the back and boxed my “hot” donuts. I paid for all of it and we went to the car. I opened the box to give hot donuts to my grandchildren and there wasn’t even a single donut that was remotely warm. In fact they were so cool that the icing was completely set up. What a disappointment and waste of time and money!!!

I have been trying to buy an apple fritter from this Krispy Kreme doughnuts since it has opened. here’s the best example I can give you I went Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday each day when I went they told me they didn’t have any that day but they have them the day before. how crazy is it that you cannot get an apple fritter at the donut store they never ever ever have them. Too expensive to waste gas driving there not have what you want I’ll be looking for another donut store really really disappoints me

Really upsetting that this location operates until 10 pm, but their drive thru closes by 8:00 pm. Makes finding a sweet treat late at night difficult for a mom with children. Please open drive thru longer.

Very disappointed in this location we sat in line for 30 mins to only receive 2 dozens of cold donuts. If you want hot and ready donuts drive to the Carmel Mountain location it’s worth the drive.

I’m a customer that comes in there pretty often, and I realize that the manager of the store was talking to one of his employees with very little respect in front of all the customers looked like she wanted to cry or at the least looked upset. I own a business and that is unacceptable if he treats one employee like that he treats them all like that. The Manager of this, Krispy Kreme‘s needs to go to a class to learn respect. having him as a manager for Krispy Kreme makes me not want to get my donuts here. Maybe I should just go to Dunkin’ Donuts because we have meetings at work every two weeks and I bring them donuts and coffee he needs to treat these employees like he wants to be treated

When I went to pick up the donuts I paid for, one of the workers (Brenda) who wasn’t paying attention and didn’t realize I didn’t get what I paid for accused me of attempting to scam/steal from the store. She then proceeded to be INCREDIBLY rude and insulted me instead of trying to clear up what was clearly a misunderstanding. Other employees were very cool and actually helped, but overall I’d recommend avoiding this location.

I went to get some doughnuts at this place and i asked for 1/2! Dozen then they said at the window that the dozen is only $5 more which everything was fine. But when i got to the window i saw unhygienic matter. The guy who gave me the other 1/2 dozen. Was taking orders and he was touching the screen and he was touching his hat, headphones and he’s face and he was grabbing the doughnuts and putting to the box. He has a glove in his right hand but with that hand he was touching everything I mentioned. The screen looked dirty, I asked him if he can change the glove. He did but anyways he start to tocuch everything I mentioned again.

Emmanuel got no part of my order right — I asked for a Sour Cream and Coffee with 2 Splenda/2 cream, he recorded two Original and it wasn't until I drove off that I saw he gave me a black coffee.

We paid $25 for the PAC-MAN specialty dozen. The doughnuts were smeared because of poor handling and without sprinkles or a specialty box as advertised. What a waste of the money when it's not consistent with what the website advertises. Super dissapointed!

Very, very disappointed in this place. First of all the donuts shrunk so small and now they want $2.09 for one! I got a jelly which looked filled but who knew they only piped it a tiny bit in the hole. I took 2 bites that made it 1/2 through the donut and still no jelly. I bought an Apple fritter for my friend and I hadn’t noticed that it was very small and flat. Apple fritters are usually pretty big and definitely not flat, she took one bite of it and she threw it out, she said it tasted horrible, the worst she’s ever had. So the jelly donut was basically just dough and the fritter wasn’t edible. There goes $4.18 for 2 lousy donuts. Skip this place and get your donuts at the grocery bakeries or Sam’s.

As I waited to be attended one of the employees was pushing the mop and mop bucket as he approached he asked if I needed help I replied Yes i said I wanted a dozen donuts he quickly put them on the box and finally i asked for an extra donut to eat on my way which he grabbed quickly and warped on a napkin I just watched his entire move and once he had charged me for everything I asked him did you just grabbed all my donuts right after pushing the mop and bucket without washing your hands and putting on new gloves? He did all that with the gloves on he had since the beginning 🤮 the rest is history people always pay attention who and how people are serving your food this nonsense action could of made my family sick

Totally unprofessional, totally out of their depth. These are your customers they deserve the same attention as the rest of your customers not put off because you don't want to do delivery orders.
