The girl customer service person didn't get her name is excellent and male that served me last 2 times as well. Very helpful with me . The pizza is great and cinnamon stix and cheesy bread really good as well .

I'm a sucker for the cheesy bread and the BBQ wings! I do wish the wings weren't so small, but I can't complain too much because they are always delicious and scratch a particular itch you can't get at most pizza/wing places! Delivery is quick, food is hot, and when you stack all the coupons and accumulate points, it's probably one of the cheaper ways to eat out these days! Keep up the great work!

Domino's always seems to amaze me with their Quality, Portion and Deliciousness. We order from there several times a month, "BUT" only when it's the 40-50% Deals. Yes we get the occasional full price pizza here and there. We are a family of five, 2 adults, late teen and 2 early teen children, and to feed all of use and with some Feast Pizzas made the way we want them for a discounted price. It gives us the opportunity to come back for more and still feel like we aren't breaking the bank for amazing food Thank You!

After an initial unfortunate mix-up with the order and an unpleasant conversation regarding the mix-up, I received a follow-up call during which the shift manager provided an acceptable, reasonable solution. The shift manager should be commended for her independent actions to resolve the situation in a favourable manner. I believe despite an unpleasant start to the situation within a reasonable amount of time she made attempts to reach back and propose alternate solutions. This is the inherent qualities I expect from individuals in the service industry and most especially those in management. I could only rate the food 4 stars as we were not all able to enjoy it due to the initial mix-up.

Pizza and wings. I order regularly and the food is always good and consistent. However tonight the pizza had something about it that set my tongue on burn mode . Same usual ingredients and I tried them individually but couldn't decipher what it was that was hurting my mouth. I only ate are one piece and some wings. Wings were ok. I'll go back , this was a fluke I'm sure. I gave atmosphere a 4 because it's takeout in a strip mall. The place was clean, organized and had good staff. That's the most atmosphere you can get under those conditions.

Saved like 11$. Accurate time for delivery, and driver was super friendly.

Wings are the same as other regular domino and no much to review when I tried earlier however as soon as I opened the meat lovers it is so hard like waffy or crispers and burnt at the bottom, it tastes dry and no sense of cheese rather than eating cardboard ….even the suasage isn’t put on entire pizza but could see only on 1/2 rarely , it was one of the worst pizza I had The one I mostly loved was the cheese pizza though… it was cooked to perfection, cheese was oozing yummy and dough is moist but fluffy would recommend extra cheese to anyone however it was completely mixed experience … one pizza is so messed up I wouldn’t give any review while other is so good

I think Boston style pizza is my new favorite. Although I wish Domino's would offer sliced sausage instead of crumble. The sausage always falls off my pizza the way it is now.

My pickup order was wrong so I returned to the restaurant to get it fixed, no big deal. The person helping me was apologetic and said I could keep the mistake while we waited for the food I had ordered to finish up. Win win! Then the general manager got involved. She took the extra item back without speaking to me and put it behind the counter. This item had already left the store and been picked over by me, that is how I realized it was the wrong item. I even ate one to be sure. I'm sorry to the person that ended up with this food, the general manager needs to brush up on their food safety regulations. While waiting I asked her for a can of coke, one last opportunity for them to put the customer first. She charged me for it while avoiding eye contact. I called the store when I got home and explained the situation to the person helping me and to the general manager. The general manager did not care. Blamed the situation on a trainee. According to her everything was handled appropriately. I'll try Pizza Hut next time!

Dominoes pizza doesnt even taste that good,there are plenty of other pizza places in Chatham that are delicious. No reason to buy from Dominoes again

I continued with severe stomach pains and nausea. It all hit us within 2-2.5 hours of eachother. When I asked for cleaning supplies from hotel staff, she mentioned her grandson started puking before she came to work and her husband was also unwell. After some conversation, we learned that her family also had Dominos from the exact same location. Had it only been one person unwell I wouldn’t have posted a review. However, because it was my whole family while traveling and another family - this is quite alarming, The other family ordered a pepperoni pizza as well (I can’t recall what else she said the got).

Meat lovers pizza was great but the Philly steak we asked for half mushrooms came full of mushrooms. When we called back they said there was nothing they could do, no customer service, nothing, they did nothing. If you like not getting what you ordered and you want to deal with a very large pizza company that wants nothing to do to help you then this is the place to go!!

I visited this Domino’s location recently and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered three medium pizzas and paid over $42, yet when I politely asked for a few carton plates to eat more comfortably, the worker refused to give me more than two. She said, “I’m not allowed to give you more,” with no explanation or apology—just a rude and dismissive attitude. It honestly felt like a scene out of a cartoon, the way we were treated—completely unprofessional and unnecessary. These are recycled carton plates we’re talking about—something that costs the store virtually nothing, especially considering the amount I spent. Good customer service isn’t just about the food—it’s about how customers are treated. This lack of courtesy and basic professionalism really put a damper on the experience. If Domino’s wants loyal customers, they need to train their staff to treat people with respect. I won’t be returning to this location.
