They waited until they were done, with most of my order to let me know that they couldn't offer me the service that I requested regarding my wheatgrass juice.... The orange juice was delicious and not cheap. I really wanted the wheatgrass.... When they first started making wheatgrass the owner himself suggested that we have it on ranch with the wedge of Orange... Later we come to find out that a little shot of apple juice works better with the flavor and better with the health benefits.... This location refuses to do it the way it was meant to be done. Other locations do it the right.

They now have decided to stream line and basically force you to work for them cannot use cash any longer and that should be against the law but it's obvious there heading to the agenda to only be a cash less environment which takes my freedom away. I will not ever purchase again.

More often than not you get someone taking orders who is rude! I always say please and thank you, but this place is something else. The people making the drinks are always more friendly. Whoever owns this place should make visits more often to their establishment. I went to their sanitizer machine and it looks like you’ll need sanitizer from using that! Absolutely disgusting.

We all love Jamba, but I've found this location increasingly unreliable. They're severely understaffed and can't handle online, delivery app, and in-store orders. Today, I went in at 11AM for a Strawberry Wild and was the only customer in the store. I waited for 25min at the register while the sole employee kept making online pickup orders until I finally gave up and left. There could be 20 customers inside or none, and still no telling when you might get service.

I had the absolute worse experience today 4-14 when picking up my order. I stood at the pick up counter for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged, my PB mood smoothie literally did not have PB at all. My “sweet” pretzel was not only cold but was not sweet and when I asked the employee to warm it up she told me to get out and that she was not going to warm it up because “I was late picking my order up” I am highly disappointed and it sucks as I love Jamba Juice. Their prices went up but their quality of service went down significantly.. extremely disappointing

This place and company are horrible. Not only are they way overpriced for a drink, but the guy at the register screwed up the order, causing the lady making the drinks to get mad at us for us correcting her when she gave them to us. Also, I bought a bunch of fundraiser cards, and the guy said, "we do not accept those. We only take the app." They overcharged me, and then he said,"He didn't know how to fix it. Call the number on the receipt." That he refused to give me.

I placed an order on Postmates for 3 large acai smoothies totaling $53.17. I called right after the order was placed and asked that they fill each cup up to the top as this was costing about $18 per smoothie. The man ensured they would be filled to the top. When they were delivered with the red sticker over the lid, each of the 3 smoothies was only 80% full. I was so saddened by this as I love Jamba Juice and I’ve ordered from other Jamba Juice locations and never had this experience with delivery. When they are filled to the top and delivered they have never spilled. When I contacted Postmates, they said this Jamba Juice needs to make it right.

This location is hit or miss sadly. While the drinks are always good they are often understaffed. After waiting 30 minutes today (8/16/2022) in a backed up shop, with them having to argue with and then remake drinks for another customer, and 8 smoothies actively being made but none going out for over 10 minutes me and my two daughters had to depart without drinks or a refund or be late for out next appointment. The staff was handling themselves admirably under the circumstances, but paying almost $20 to wait for nothing just isn't worth the risk if you don't have more then 30 minutes to wait for drinks. Management may want to consider hiring more individuals.

Great drinks but VERY misleading marketing. I bought gift cards & received "bonus reward cards" as my incentive to buy MORE gift cards. All great until I try to redeem only to be told they aren't valid until July 1. I likely still would have made the purchase but it was a very misleading ommission. I may have bought my last Jamba Juice. I deal straight up with people and expect the same in return.
