Had coupons to use from the mail but ended up not using the coupons because They had a great couponless promo combo deal $4.99 for a blt combo (blt cheeseburger, fries, drink) it was so totally worth it. I purchased 3 combos and it fed us (a family of 5, 2 adults, 3 kids) everything was fresh. We didn't have to wait long although there was a long drive thru line, we still got our food fairly quickly.

The food really was not that great. The burger seemed rushed to where it was not neat which made me not want to have the taste for any of there food. Paid a pricy amount on my order and was not tastefully satisfied. I am not the type to call back with a bad report but i can atleast advise everyone.

Depending on who's behind the counter/mic, customer service is great. Food is ok, prices are fair, and drinks are for the most part rarely flat. Parking is huge, a lot of spaces you can find. Also has handicap spots just in case. Ramp provided on side of building. Homeless here is pretty high, security is on the property but don't do much to help. In a sense of risk is low, just pan handlers. The inside and outside were remodeled. Looks great! Lots of places to eat inside. Bathrooms are fair and locked.

I went to Jack-in-the-Box today around 9:30 And I haven’t been over there in a minute because the last time I went over there in the morning for breakfast, the customer service was trash but today the customer service was on point and the food taste like it was freshly made so I appreciate that💯💯💯💯💯

Also, I had placed the wrong order on behalf of a coworker, when I brought the food back to make the correct order I found out they discontinued what I meant to order. Which was a country scrambler. I needed to do an exchange and the manager made it extremely easy. Great customer service and polite young man at the drive thru window.

I don't know about other people, but everytime I have been here, the food always taste fresh and never seems like it's been sitting under a heat lamp. They provide you with plenty of napkins as well, unlike a lot of other places. Keep up the good quality work, that's why people keep coming back

Not only is she one of the most powerful, important, highly educated, extremely loyal, and respectful managers I've ever met, she's the world's greatest cook of all time. Its pretty good for a fast food place, the overall quality is a good 4/5 and the food there is 4/5 aswell. And if you do end up coming here, get their tacos.

Good service , I'd say the only thing that's not so good is there hrs of business not always open but that's because of covid. So it's not really there fault . Other than that they are a solid four star.

My kids love the curly fries and mini tacos a bucket for $3 . Good value deal meal items. Usually always open 24hrs.

I live in Oklahoma and my husband was visiting relatives in California. Toward the end of his visit. He lost his wallet so I downloaded the app at home and was able to purchase his dinner through the app. I called first to get the address and the staff person was pretty helpful. She could have been a little nicer. But the app was very useful and my husband received his food without incident

Other than needing to check the trashes outside of their building, the atmosphere is a thing that changes here and there out of nowhere. Sometimes safe and sometimes not, so whomever is available need to do a round check for trashes on the floor, refill trashes that are full, and make use of checking for broken glasses outside of your building.

This one is way better than the one on Pacific, but sometimes the employees don't give me a bacon substitution of a hash brown like they usually do. I guess some are probably new or just maybe don't know how. No matter, the service is still better.

You can't go wrong with Jack in the Box. I mean.... it is fast food, but it is good fast food. My favorites are the breakfast pancake, eggs and bacon.... potato wedges.... the croissant sandwich.... jumbo jack.... even the tacos ...basically everything that I've tried. So 5 stars for the fast food category.

This location is one of the better locations in Stockton.. the staff is friendly, and accommodating.. they'll make anything "made to order" upon request.. you just can't mind waiting a few extra minutes if that's your request.

Very nice, courteous, quick service. Ordered chicken nuggets and salad. Salad was fresh and delicious. The tomatoes were even fresh and tasty. Came with dressing and croutons. A few of the chicken nuggets were over cooked and hard but my dog loved them. However, the nuggets that were fresh were really good.

From my personal experience, this is the best Jack in the Box in Stockton. This location not only gets my order right, but they give me fresh food, too! I only stop by here in the afternoons, so I can't attest to their morning and evening service. I definitely recommend this JitB for lunch, though.

My choice is the big breakfast or jumbo... Good price and classic food groups.

I got a jumbo jack which tasted great. The downside is that there is no charging outlet at this location which is not ideal for those who'd want to stay longer.

I waited for almost 30 mins before I got my two cold tacos. When I asked for taco sauce I was told just one minute which they really meant was wait 23 minutes

Picked up food for my granddaughter and myself. My granddaughter's order was correct but mine wasn't. At least the curly fries were fresh and hot. But not impressed when you order by number and you get it wrong.

Both jack in the Boxes on Hammer Lane need to get quicker night crew. Because the wait times have gotten ridiculous. Tonight, the drive thru line wasn't so bad so my dad and I went there. Ordered our food, and slowly moved through the drive thru. By the time we got our food, it was somewhat cold and underwhelming. When Jack in the box is nice and hot, and fresh, it's great. But in the last few weeks or month, JitB just hasn't had their stuff together. With Jack being one of the few late night or even 24 hour fast food joints, they need to put a better emphasis on their night crews, pay them higher wages, and train them better. JitB excels at the late night option, so they should focus on that. I almost exclusively eat JitB at night when it's late and everyone else is closed, since both my dad and I work late, and it's nice having a fast food option after we get off work and are too tired. Please fix your wait times in the drive Thru Jack, otherwise we will keep going to a competitor, or just skipping the drive thru all together!

Service is always nice, orders correct. The sourdough jacks are always lukewarm though. This critique is more for the quality JNB is producing. When did they decide to move to this heavily processed chicken patty, mcchicken-esqe. Used to be a wonderful chicken sandwich. The ultimate bacon burger has also taken a quality hit.

It was neat and clean, and our food was hot and as expected. But the service was poor. We stood for several minutes waiting to place our order. Although we could clearly see three associates working, no one ever bothered to say that someone would be with us. They just kept working and never made eye contact. One even came over to give someone else their order and never ganced our way. We were the only customers inside, besides the guy who was called over to pick up his order. Decent service from the staff. The issue was the food. We ordered their fish sandwich combo and we couldn't enjoy the sandwich due to it being heavily loaded with the tartar sauce. Trying to take off the sauce didn't help. It was soaked into the bun on both sides and all over the fish patty. The jalapeno poppers were great.

I only received half my order in the drive thru. I had two bags and only got bag 2/2 but not bag 1. I drive 15 mins and waited 15 mins in the drive thru. Drive 15 mins back home to my family of 6 and two of us had no food to eat. It was too late to drive back. I called several times and left messages but have not heard back. I wanted to drive back over but it’s been inconvenient and I work the opposite direction the rest of the week. I just wanted my meal or a refund. The phone just rang off the hook. Why have a phone number if nobody answers it. I understand they may be busy but that’s no excuse. I’ve worked in retail for over 20 years. I know what’s acceptable and what’s not and that is not.

My husband is a truck driver from Los Angeles and he was delivering at the 99 cents store in that same shopping center so he decided to walk into the Jack to get food when he was told that he needs a car to order from the drive thru because they wouldn't let him in at the dinning room he even walked up to the drive thru thinking he could probably order from there but was told the same thing he needs a car to order he was mad after what these truck drivers do to deliver everyone's goods they get treated bad😡🤬 and I hope someone does reaches out to him.

I use to love going to jack in the box since I was a little kid, but you guys need an entirely new crew. This is completely absurd. This is the SECOND time this establishment has done this to me. The first time someone from corporate called me and mailed me two free combo coupons for their employees disrespect. I asked for a small complimentary water and the manager herself denied me service to a free water because I’m not a customer. This time I WILL be having my lawyers contact this business. I ordered a sausage croissant meal. N I had to park in the front to wait for food so it made no sense why my croissant was hard I had left n didn't check my food. This Was my favorite location, late night Staff used to be Friendly. There were only 5 vehicles in line, when I pulled up. 3 of us sat at order location for 13 minutes just to Place order. They Actually Cleaned and Closed the Shake machine @ 11pm; which is Earlier than B4 when Not open 24hrs! I purchased a rice bowl. 🍚 The chicken and broccoli 🥦 was good, but the rice was unbeatable. So many hard patches of hard rice was in my bowl. The rice must have been exposed to air for a long period of time.

My first impression of this location was that they got nothing in my order correct. I ordered a munchie meal, ultimate cheeseburger, two tacos, halfsies fries and a large coke. What I got was a cold chicken sandwich, onion rings, a single small order of regular fries and a root beer. Personally, I'm just never going back to this location.

Second customer service was terrible and then as a veteran, I requested the veteran discount rudely.They said they've never done that and I don't know Jack of the box has it?They said no we've never done that ever and then I had to clarify that this particular jack in the box did not do it. Lastly, after receiving my food, my food was terribly.Put together the drink that I got which was the witch's milkshake Bang didn't even look like the pitcher.It wasn't even all the way full so over.All experience very underwhelming. I just want to mention that this male worker working on the drive-through headset had a bad attitude on 4/13/24. Like we are just there to order our food, not to deal with his bad attitude. If you don’t like your job, then why are you even working there? We asked nicely about doing two transactions and no need to respond with “sure whatever”. Hopefully that’s not the atmosphere and service is like every single night. I’m there just to enjoy my late night meal.
