After 300 km by bike .. the only pizzeria to bring us pizzas to the hotel with super-topped pizzas!!! and delicious!!! I don't know if it was a bad night, but the pizzas were good. Yes, but nothing special compared to what my relatives had told me. My only complaint: while rolling out the pizza with scissors, a portion of the dough had been cut off, most likely because it was too thick, and the pizza probably wouldn't have fit in the box. Well, the cut portion of dough wasn't removed, and I had a piece of the crust with a flap hanging off. The nettle cream was fine, except that the entire center of my pizza stuck to the box... Lastly, I had a customized pizza from the website without tomato sauce (semi-whole wheat dough for €3.50, I didn't start with the Margherita)... it had tomato sauce. I understand that churning out so many pizzas isn't easy, but sometimes you need a little more attention to the product that ultimately reaches the end consumer. Aside from all that, I repeat, the pizza is okay, but looking at the photos of the pizzas and comparing them to the ones we made, there was a big difference. It's a decent local pizzeria. This was OUR experience.

I've ordered pizza twice. The first time was on Valentine's Day. I asked for a heart-shaped pizza as a surprise. When I opened it, I found a round pizza. The second time, today, we ordered pizzas, and each one was missing an ingredient, and some were even the wrong ones.

The pizzas are excellent. I've been a customer for years. The ingredients are exquisite. I loved your products. Unfortunately, last night I called to order and they SCREAMED, "Why are you calling at this hour? Everyone. I'll have your pizza ready for 9:30." I called at 6:40 PM, and considering you're a takeout pizzeria, I think it's your job to take orders over the phone. I was very disappointed by the way you treated me, and unfortunately, I won't be back. Everyone can be stressed and nervous, but that shouldn't be an excuse to take it out on the customers who pay for your pizza.
