Five Star Service from Ruben and Max during the sales process and the technical handover of the C 250 We had initially identified a similar car in Alicante. However, the final sale was cancelled due to some disagreements with the seller. A “new” car was identified from the Mercedes Spain official website. From the first contact with LG Barcelona, we received excellent feedback to all our questions. We flew into Barcelona and had some great time as tourists in this great city. Next morning, we met with Max, who spend almost 2 hours with us explaining all the technical details of the Mercedes. Subsequently both Ruben and Max have been available on WhatsApp to answer any questions. We will definitely consider LG Barcelona again, when the time is up to purchase the next 2nd hand Mercedes.

Mi sorpresa fue un reventón de una delantera y desgaste desigual de las traseras . Concesionarios y comerciales como estos degradan la marca y aún más jugando y haciendo caso omiso con la seguridad . He tenido el coche en el taller varias semanas, les pedí que cargaran la batería, que no me importaba pagarlo, porque tenía que hacer un viaje importante este fin de semana. Saqué el coche el miércoles del taller, hoy es viernes y el coche ya no arranca. He tenido que solicitar asistencia al seguro.

El viernes fui al concesionario para hablar sobre la posibilidad de vender mi Mercedes. Hoy es miércoles y todavía no he recibido el presupuesto . El manager de lg Casteldefels me recomendó contactar con OkacionPlus o Compramostucoce porque mi coche tiene un color complejo. Quiero aclarar que compré mi coche en un concesionario oficial Mercedes en Terasa, y cuando lo compré, me dijeron que si solo lo revisaba en un taller oficial, no perdería mas que 10% anual. Al final, me recomendaron contactar con otra empresa porque mi Mercedes, comprado y revisado solo en un concesionario oficial, ¡es del color equivocado! Sin comentarios.

My experience with this LG Barcelona dealership has been a complete disappointment because the vehicle return process has been a total disaster. According to the appointment with Mercedes-Benz Finance, after the inspection of my car, everything went perfectly, and I only had to hand over the two keys and all the documentation, and that was it. But at the last minute, they told us that the dealership couldn't receive the vehicle because their manager wasn't at his desk, and they forced us to come back in two weeks to return it, and that's where the trouble started. After many calls to Mercedes-Benz Financial, I finally managed to get them to accept the car at the dealership itself. I ended up returning the car on October 15, 2025, and today, December 6, 2025, the car still hasn't been transferred to my name. The intention was to return the A-Class and buy another 7-seater Mercedes-Benz, but in the end, I had to change my mind about buying it because of the problems I'm having. It's truly a shame that Mercedes-Benz cars are the best on the market today, but this is how they end up losing customers.
