We got a couple of chickens, and they were very good and reasonably priced. They also have all kinds of takeout options, and they looked fantastic. They seem to have quite a few customers, at least when I went (Sunday lunchtime), which leads to a bit of a hassle with pickup orders, but they're doing well.

My family and I have been regular customers at this establishment for over ten years. We order frequently, either by phone or by stopping by, and it has always been a convenient and reliable option, especially when we have large gatherings at home. Lately, I've noticed a drop in quality, particularly with the roasted potatoes. On several occasions, they've arrived shriveled, very dry and blackened on top, tasting reheated. Interestingly, this tends to happen when I place large orders (for example: 4 chickens, some just thighs, about 20 croquettes, and about 10 potatoes), while smaller orders are usually perfect. My feeling is that they prepare the larger orders further in advance, and that affects the final result. The last time was especially disappointing: it was my birthday (October 26, 2025), I had invited the family, and the 8 potatoes in my order were inedible. As a regular customer, I preferred not to write a negative review without speaking to them in person first. The following week, I mentioned it when placing another order, and they told me to address it directly upon pickup. When I arrived, the woman handling orders apologized and explained that they were having a problem with their potato supplier; the potatoes were arriving drier than usual. She even offered me regular fries as an alternative, but I ultimately chose the Caliu brand because they looked good (and, in fact, they were perfect). I told her the previous ones seemed reheated, but she insisted it was "impossible." Even so, she took down my name and phone number and assured me they would call me during the week. A week passed, and no one called. With my next order (the third week in a row), I mentioned it again, and they said they would speak to the manager. When I picked it up, they apologized for the oversight and told me that to get a refund, I needed to bring the receipt or the spoiled potatoes. I explained that two weeks had passed and I hadn't received either the food or the order, but I did have the bank receipt for €52.30 dated October 26, 2025, and that they could see my order number 32 in their system (1 combo meal #1 with 2 potatoes, 1 chicken thighs only, 6 chicken croquettes, 6 ham croquettes, and 6 more potatoes, a total of 8 servings, all inedible). They replied that finding it would be "very complicated," something I sincerely doubt. They didn't even mention the supposed problem with the supplier. I told them I felt bad, but that with this approach they were losing a regular customer (not just me, but my family too). And it's a shame, because that same day the potatoes were perfect again, which proves that the problem isn't constant, but rather related to preparation or storage. Furthermore, I find it odd that many negative reviews include a response from "Jordi," presumably the manager or supervisor, suggesting I call to resolve the issue. Precisely for this reason, before writing this, I wanted to act appropriately and discuss it in person, trusting that my case would be resolved. However, seeing that they neither called me back nor offered a reasonable response, I had no choice but to file this complaint here, as private channels proved fruitless. In short, I'm disappointed that after more than ten years of trust, a justified complaint was handled this way. All for a minor issue (less than €12), they've lost a loyal customer of over a decade. It's a shame, because when everything goes well, the chicken and potatoes are excellent. But the inconsistent quality and poor after-sales service have caused me to lose confidence. I hope they take note and improve.

I usually buy a "combi", one day they didn't have potatoes, the next they didn't have croquettes and today, Sunday, at 11am they still didn't have chicken...

A different way to spend a Sunday morning. I went shopping, looked at the items in the ad, chose what I wanted, and then we had trouble understanding each other. When I went to pay, they gave me an amount that didn't match the marked prices. After explaining for a while why that price couldn't be right, they redone the invoice. It still didn't add up, but I told them to charge me anyway, that I'd check it when I got the receipt. They got confused with the card reader, made another receipt with an amount that was finally correct. After 35 minutes there, I left. When I got home, I saw that they hadn't included the aioli (I had ordered three items). I complained again, and the response was: "Oh, okay." The service from some people is appalling. They're rude and at times even arrogant.
