El local es agradable y cómodo. Servicio muy atento y que te explica los platos y aconseja sobre los vinos. La comida EXCELENTE, imaginativa, sabrosa y muy bien presentada. Una gran propuesta gastronómica que se sale de lo habitual.

Hace unos días hemos vuelto a cenar en este restaurante, que está a menos de 5 minutos andando de la Plaza de la Iglesia. Y, como la primera vez, nos encantaron todos los platos que nos pusieron. En cada uno de ellos, el chef combina varios ingredientes en un plato rico, vistoso, y de texturas y combinaciones muy originales. Lo suyo es compartir platos y probar así de cada uno de ellos. El trato muy agradable también. En fin, cenar aquí es disfrutar. Cómo es posible que tan poca gente conozca este restaurante? De lo mejor que hay en Castelldefels.

Luis es un profesional y somelier como pocos. Detallista y atento al mínimo detalle. Cocinero aunque no los conocemos... Chapeau. Platos originales y bien de cantidad. 200 % recomendable

Fantastic place! They use everyday ingredients, but those ingredients are of excellent quality and they're presented with a great deal of flair; my personal favorites so far have been the roasted aubergine slices with goat cream mousse and honey crisp, and the tonka bean-infused panna cotta with passion fruit reduction on top. Very decent selection of wines and beers too.

I’ve been here a few times over the last years and it’s consistently memorable for the right reasons. The dishes are incredibly creative and mix flavours and textures in a way you won’t see elsewhere. They play on classic flavours in some, and come up with new combinations in others. In our latest visit we had the duck magret with cherry declinations which was outstanding. The other dishes — solomillo, carrots, caballa fish — also executed brilliantly. On top of that, the service is always warm and friendly without being overbearing. A favourite we’re sure to revisit time and time again, more so as they keep changing the menu.

Be ready that tongue carpaccio is super spicy🌶️ But we received nice dessert as a compliment at the end which was a delicious bonus. Highly recommend you to visit this restaurant.

Loved the food here! If you’re looking to branch out from the paellas and the ham croquettes, this is the place. We ordered 4 items from their varied menu and all dishes were amazing. Also good wine and craft beer selection, friendly service and chill at atmosphere. Highly recommend.

This is a Gem restaurant that we found ourselves returning to three times in the two weeks we were there. The menu is exciting and creative and the best part is that it changes daily. All the produce used and served including the widely varied wine menu is all organic. We highly recommend the food and service here.

A small little gem hidden in a kind of random residential block. Don’t be fooled; this place is legit. The waiter will patiently explain the whole menu and the chef/owner will come out and say hi and give his favorite wine recommendations. They use local, seasonal produce and the wines are local and natural and delicious. They also have gluten free bread. Stop by!!! You won’t regret it! (And you’ll surely come back again and again like us when we are in town…..)

Vincular restaurant & winebar, an excellent taste experience close to the center of Castelldefels. The chocolate fondante with wasabi was a premium finish to a premium 3 meal course. A must stop if you are în this city. Definetly 5 stars experience!

Exquisite cuisine! This place is a really hidden gem! If you are looking for amazing food with a twist, this is exactly the place to be. Each dish comes as an individual experience and the taste is amazing. Service is quick and friendly and they take the time to answer your questions. Wine is just a plus! Natural wine, i did not know what that actually was until i visited this place and i simply loved it. You also have the option to buy wine and enjoy it in your own living room. The prices are so correct! Usually this type of culinary experience is so much more expensive. Can't wait to go back and try new dishes and wine! Ps: parking available close by.

Absolutelly amazing place! We had lunch and we were completelly blown away that we forgot to take pics of all the dishes. The food was fresh, great ingredients with very special textures. The french chef makes tasty food and turns a simple lunch into a 5 ⭐️ experience! We loved that they have no menu because he choses every day something alse to cook, depending on his inspiration or the fresh produse that he finds, that way you can have a special meal every day! Wine also special, only natural and well selected!

Delicious food done with fresh, local produce. I went back a few times to try various dishes and was always pleasantly surprised by how creative the French chef gets! They also offer natural wines from local vineyards. A unique experience, I'd recommend it 100%. 👌

Restaurante interesante, tiene platos diversos de lo normales. El cocinero es francés y apasionante Thai, hay una "fusión" de estas características en mucho platos. Sin pasarse de sabores consigue un buen equilibrio. Plato estrella Las berenjena con queso de cabra y miel en textura de merengue. No tienen carta de vinos y nos aconsejaron un vino natural, Java. Es un restaurante en que volveremos seguramente. Aconsejado a quin quiere probar algo nuevo.

Un establecimiento diferente en Castelldefels. Un lujo tener cerca de casa esta propuesta tan cosmopolita que encajaría perfectamente en el barrio del Born o del Raval de Barcelona. Productos ecológicos, de Km cero, decoración industrial con entorno sostenible que marcan la filosofía del restaurante. La oferta consiste en tomarte un vino tras el asesoramiento del encargado y combinarlo con unos platillos muy interesantes, ricos y que te sacan de la rutina habitual. Aconsejo probar si te gustan nuevas experiencias y sobretodo el vino. No le he dado la máxima puntuación porque me gusta tener una carta donde escoger los vinos, la comida y saber los precios para decidir qué es lo que quiero. Aconsejaría con este formato de "carta - pizarra" añadir el maridaje por copas acorde con los platillos para poder probar diferentes tipos de vinos y hacerlo más económico. Las copas podrían ser "medias copas" para favorecer esta línea (es mi opinión) Les deseo lo mejor y que permanezca mucho tiempo abierto 🤞

Vincular es un local particular... Tiene una carta con productos de proximidad cocinados excelente por el chef francés... Y por supuesto amplia carta de vinos naturales y ecológicos.

Very rude and arrogant French cook/owner , overpriced small and sometimes too complex tapas , I was not feeling well after our last dinner , so would not recommend anyone . Despite visiting twice, the last experience was particularly unpleasant, with the chef being extremely rude to my friends , when they asked for menus after waiting for 15 mins , so he came from kitchen to teach them lesson on how they should not pressure his staff…( seriously?) He also added that he doesn’t accept kids on Friday evenings , when our daughter was already seated with us at the table….. It's regrettable to say, but the chef's unprofessionalism and arrogance negatively impact the otherwise family friendly atmosphere in Castelldefels. This individual might be better suited elsewhere ( perhaps back in his country) as his attitude does not match a positive service experience in Spain. My advice? A standing ovation for staying far away from this gastronomic drama. Bon appétit!
