La atención es excelente, y los corte de carne bastante buenos, lo que puedes esperar por un restaurante de cortes, la calidad es excelente y la cocción tal cual la pedimos.

Es mi por mucho mi lugar favorito para comer hamburguesa, ninguna en la ciudad como las de aquí, hay que considerar que las porciones son muuy generosas, sobrecocieron la carne pero lo supieron solucionar muy bien, en esta ocasión pedí el postre de oreo y no me decepcionó en lo absoluto, no dejen de pedirlo.

Lugar cómodo, no muy grande pero adecuado. La iluminación es perfecta y la decoración agradable. Perfecto para comer acompañado y charlar durante horas. Los meseros son muy atentos y serviciales con cualquier cosa que necesites. (Otro cubierto, servilleta, babero, etc.) La hamburguesa es enorme y deliciosa. Un buen reto para cualquiera que guste de grandes bocados. La langosta muy bien preparada y también es de un tamaño generoso. Lastima que no llegue al postre porque se veían muy buenos. Pero seguro regresaré por uno. Quizá el único punto malo es que llegas a sentir que el lugar está algo encerrado y llega a hacer mucho ruido. Los precios son algo elevados pero vale la pena, la comida es de gran calidad.

A friend used to rave about this place back when it was in LA, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a location in Mexico City and excited to finally try it during my visit. From start to finish, the service and food were exceptional. The Delmonico steak was textbook medium-rare, with the perfect balance of meatiness and fat. The standout dish, though, was the gnocchi which served as just a side was absolutely incredible! As someone who tends to be a tougher critic when it comes to dessert, I was genuinely impressed by the crème brûlée. It was one of the best I’ve had at any steakhouse…silky smooth without being overly eggy, which is a harder balance to strike than it seems.

Visited twice, once on Christmas Eve to treat myself. That visit I ordered the prime rib, rare. Mere moments after I ordered, the server quickly returned to inform me that the chef did not have enough prime rib that was rare to offer, but could perhaps offer medium rare. Would that be okay?? How about THAT for care of service, food, and customer satisfaction??!! Most places would not have given any thought of the difference and just served it. Many others don’t even know or care. It was exactly as described and delicious. In the meantime I had the signature Palm salad with hearts of palm. A bit heavy on the dressing, but very flavorful with great texture. I opted for the classic mashed potatoes and they of course paired well with the beef. The sommelier helped me choose a nice red to accompany. I finished with the crème brûlée for a fully stuffed and appreciative dining experience. My earlier experience led me to return for what many have claimed as the best burger in Mexico City. I’ve been trying hamburgers around town and thought I should give The Palm Waygu burger a try. First of all, it is huge!! Much larger than expected even from the photos. It is also quite rich due to the Waygu, so this is EASILY a two person burger! It was cooked to my order, medium rare and delivered maybe a bit past that. Still juicy and not dry. The bun was very fresh and just lightly grilled to provide a good base for the burger. I cut my burger in half and tried it without garnish first to enjoy the Waygu. The other side I dressed with the supplied lettuce, tomato, and dill pickles. The table was supplied with normal commercial ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. The burger really needed nothing, but a house made flavorful sauce or aioli would’ve been a nice addition. The sommelier came to my rescue, again, with a couple of nice reds to go with the rich beef. The burger comes with a side of fries and these were just a bit undercooked, which was surprising for as well timed as my other dishes. I tried, but could not finish my burger, it was just too much. I ordered a scoop of chocolate house made ice cream to finish. I would be interested in trying or even comparing (with friends!) the regular Palm hamburger with the Palm Waygu burger, sometime. Service on both visits was exceptional from the moment I walked in. Let me add that I was somewhat underdressed on both occasions, as I’m traveling, but was treated with utmost care. It may look stuffy from the outside but my experiences were both very warm and professional. Two servers even recognized me from my previous visit and greeted me. The Palm is expensive in any location, but I feel that the food and service met the price charged on both occasions, especially the service.

visited the palm, located inside the intercontinental. started with the crab cake, which was delicious. tried the wagyu burger; pretty sizable at that. good burger, cooked well but still juicy enough for me. fries seemed perhaps slightly overcooked. finished with the key lime pie; probably something that two people should split. surprised to find some kind of "cover charge" on my bill; i have not seen this at any of my other restaurant visits, polanco or otherwise.

Came here for Thanksgiving dinner and we where very impressed. Service was top notch. Very friendly and catered to our every need. The food was delicious, from the bread at the start all the way to the the fantastic pumpkin pie at the end. Every dish tasted great, hats off to the chef. While a bit Pruett for a turkey dinner, well worth it in my opinion.

Restaurante de comida americana enfocado en cortes de carne. El servicio es excepcional y el lugar esta muy bonito. La cantidad de comida es muy generosa. Los cortes de carne están cocidos a la perfeccion de acuerdo al termino qué lo pidas. Los gnocchi con trufa están deliciosos igual que los calamares fritos. Hace tiempo que ya conocía este lugar y quise regresar después de la pandemia, y bajaron de calidad en sus alimentos. Haciéndolos más secos y sin alguna característica sobresaliente en sabor, hamburguesa sustanciosa de wagyu pero insípida. Siempre encontrarás espacio para poder comer aquí, casi nunca se llena. Y el estacionamiento está dentro del hotel intercontinental que cuenta con valet parking con un costo por hora de 80 pesos pero si lo pagas dentro del restaurante, son 130 tiempo libre. Me agrado más el ambiente de afuera del restaurante de the palm por la música en vivo que tenían.

Beautiful ambiance, amazing terrace, and outstanding service. The wine list is extensive and well-curated, with excellent options from around the world. The Lychee Coco cocktail was fresh and creative, though a bit too sweet for my taste. The sides were delicious, but the filet mignon was disappointing — overly salty, dry, and lacked the tenderness expected from such a cut. The crust was thick, masking the flavor of the meat, and the texture didn’t match the rare cooking. Overall, the price, quality ratio wasn’t met for the food, but it certainly was for the service. A beautiful place to enjoy a refined evening with excellent wines and hospitality.

Good, but not kid friendly. We really like the food here, it’s reliable and excellent American steakhouse food. The service is quite good as well. I’m taking a star off because they won’t let you sit on the lovely outdoor terrace if you have kids. It’s pretty ridiculous in my mind that this place would rather cater to a few smokers than to families…especially since we said we didn’t care and just wanted to sit out there, having specifically reserved an outdoor table. The restaurant did some good things to make up for our frustration, and our kids love the food so maybe we’ll go back…but I’d honestly suggest just picking one of the many other lovely restaurants around the area that have nice outdoor seating and welcome families with open arms instead of dumb rules.

The service was impeccable. My porterhouse steak was quite good. I also ordered a nova scotia lobster. In the picture, it is an entire lobster. What I got was a lobster tail. It was about four inches long, two inches wide. I don't know if you're familiar with the steak seafood chain in america, it's called the Sizzler, but it was absolutely no larger than a lobster tail, I would get from them. I did not touch the lobster and told him I was not paying for it. They were very kind and understanding. I honestly should've spoke to whoever was in charge. For the price, the size of this lobster tail was absolutely embarrassing. Not to mention, I ordered the nova scotia lobster. Not just the tail.

Había visto videos de algunos críticos, donde se dice que es de las mejores hamburguesas en CDMX, después de tantas opiniones buenas sobre este lugar sin duda lo visite como primera opción. Pedí la hamburguesa clásica; los platillos muy bien presentados pero el sabor nada excepcional o sobresaliente, la carne no es espectacular ni las papas, tampoco el pan. Las porciones son muy buenas, una hamburguesa alcanza para dos personas. De las bebidas tienen variedad de cocteles clásicos, aunque sin lugar a dudas es el peor "Penicilin" que he probado. La atención y calidez de los meseros es muy buena, y el tiempo de espera para mi fue mínimo, todos super atentos y amables. El lugar es muy ameno, cómodo y bastante tranquilo.

Después de tantas opiniones buenas sobre este lugar nos decidimos a ir y sinceramente fue una decepción, las hamburguesas super recomendadas están saladas y no en el termino que se pidieron. La atención es muy buena pero en relación al precio, no lo vale. El lugar es muy agradable, pasas una buena noche pero no repetiría para comidas, quizá para probar algún postre pero al no tener nada extraordinario en mi primer visita dudo que ocurra. Otro detalle, es que como acompañamiento para las hamburguesas tienen aderezos que consigues en cualquier lugar, podrían al menos ofrecer algo de la casa.

The staff was very attentive, and the waiter was a nice guy, but the food was horrific. 1. Appetizer - Grilled Giant Shrimp. I smelled them as they were coming to the table and not in a good way. They were very pale with some black spots, no grill marks. When the waitress was serving us (very nice young lady) the shrimp was falling apart. They just wouldn't hold together as she lifted them from the serving platter. I was a bit put off by the smell and the look of them, but I thought, "hey this is supposed to be a nice place, they've got to be good. WRONG. Had a texture like they had been frozen and thawed multiple times. When I scraped one with my knife about a millimeter of flesh was on my knife. One bite was enough. We sent it back. The manager came out and it was a really hard sell for another app. We went with the fried brie en croute. That was fine. Hard to screw up deep fried cheese. 2. They are supposed to be known for their prime rib, so I got that and my girlfriend got some pork belly tacos. Sides were creamed spinach and mashed potatoes with gravy. The prime rib was highly mediocre. No crust, well salted, probably a choice cut of meat. I ate the cap and a few bites of the center, that was about it. The jus was pretty watery. The creamed spinach was cooked until it was almost gray, and had the consistency of grade school paste. I would have sworn the mashed potatoes were either rehydrated out of a box or a mixture of fresh and dried. Kind of lumpy, with a gritty, sandy texture. The gravy tasted like out of an envelope. The funniest thing was the Yorkshire pudding. A sad, little, brown, mini cupcake on the side of the plate. No flavor and tough texture. Even the horse radish had no flavor. The pork tacos were tasty, but the skin had no crunch to it and was really more like a taco de costilla or something like that. It would have been a good bar snack. We didn't have any cocktails, the Arnold Palmer I had was fine, my woman had a coke. 3. Coffee. We decided against trying their desserts. I enjoyed the coffee! The one thing I forgot to mention was that they did bring us a nice assortment of freshly baked rolls and bread with the meal. No water when we sat down, and the way they were pushing a replacement app I thought it would be comped. It was not. The majority of what we ordered was left on the plate after a couple of bites. As far as ambience, if you like caricatures of unfamiliar celebrities, you're good. I thought it was me, but my girlfriend, a local, didn't know who they were either. Unfortunately I didn't take pics, but I totally wish I had taken one of that Yorkshire pudding. 🤣 If you have an acquaintance that you don't really like very much, send them to The Palm, Polanco.

I’ve been going to most culinaria mexicana Mexico’s 120 list, and I have left “chain restaurants” to be the last to visit. Service was ok, although used ashtray spend too much time on my table. The restaurant is pricey but food is in no way outstanding. I have octopus tostada which was very dipped into a bechamel sauce that killed the flavor of the octopus. Then I had the “mar y Tierra” plate. The New York stake was small and had more than usual fat portion. The place is only to show off that you have money, it’s exclusive and elite. Very pricey it left feeling it was not worth for the money

De todas las visitas sin duda la de ayer fue la peor. El pollo a la parmesana super salado. El prime rib bien. Los meseros nefastos, nunca estuvieron atentos y solamente aventaban los platos y bebidas en la mesa, ni siquiera eran capaces de abrir o servir las latas en los vasos y junto a mi mesa una mesa con niños brincando y gritando. Es el peor restaurante donde he comido en mi vida. Fuimos a Crab day y ningún mesero sabía en realidad cual era su promoción , pedimos verduras a la parrilla que venían frías , lobster roll que en realidad era camarón , lobster Mac & cheese con 2 trozos de langosta y por último la cola de langosta de nueva Escocia que venía totalmente cruda.
