They were so nice. My pizza fall down by me by accident, They did another pizza for me. While I said It is okay it was my fault so I don't want another pizza, they never accepted and did another pizza anyway. Good team working there 👍

I like Pizza Hut pizzas... It's a shame it took about 50 minutes to deliver... There were a lot of app orders coming in... And the wait was long :/ even so, the staff was very attentive.

The place was good, but the location has deteriorated the branch; between thefts and scratched windows, it looks dirty. The service was a 2-3; I understand that on weekends there are many orders, but they were still a bit rushed, and we liked the pizza compared to other days.

This pizzeria is relatively new, and the service is excellent, whether you dine in or order delivery. They definitely have faster delivery times than their competitors, and they were the first to offer a pizza with a cheese-stuffed crust. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is the lack of parking, which makes it difficult to eat in or even pick up your order. Besides the pizzas, I've tried their potato wedges, and they're delicious; I highly recommend them. Another reason I'm not giving them five stars is that they don't yet have an app, so you have to order through their website or by phone.

I really like the stuffed crust pizza. The service is good, the pizza tastes delicious, and the wait time depends on the number of orders. I like it because they give me enough packets of ground chili, hot sauce, and ketchup. I've also ordered delivery, and they haven't failed to deliver. They don't have their own parking lot, but you can leave your car nearby.

On December 27th, I went to eat there. No one was serving, and I waited about 15 minutes. The girl who served me was fine, but my order was for dine-in. It took about an hour and five minutes. I was getting desperate; it was a really long wait. The staff just seemed to be playing around. The tall guy with glasses was coughing right in front of the ingredients, and they were picking their heads with forks or other utensils. I asked a girl with glasses if my order was taking too long, but she ignored me, took another order, and just told me, "Just wait until it's ready, it'll be ready in about 10 minutes." Another 20 minutes passed, and it still hadn't arrived. Some Didi drivers were there before me and left, annoyed by the wait. The tables were dirty, and the "plates" were cardboard. In my case, they had ketchup stains on them. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Be prepared to wait 50-60 minutes for a pizza. Even restaurants with artisanal ovens don't take that long. They do prioritize delivery drivers over dine-in, but even so, they're left standing there waiting like everyone else, so if you order delivery from this branch, please be patient with your driver. The location and the restaurant itself are actually quite good, but it doesn't matter if the service is so slow.

Eviten pedir a esta sucursal, todas las malas reseñas son ciertas. Pedí por Rappi y la pizza jamás llegó, más de 2 hrs esperando, al repartidor también lo tenían perdiendo el tiempo y no le daban explicaciones. Pésimo servicio.

Nunca tienen ingredientes para preparar (así le dijeron al repartidor de uber) y si vas directamente tardan más de 30 min aunque no haya nadie delante. Medio groseros los que atienden.

Hicimos un pedido por uber eats y pésimo servicio. No pudieron avisar desde antes en la app que estaban saturados y tuvieron el pedido retenido por más de 1 hr. Por teléfono nadie te resuelve, solo se pasan el problema y te tienen esperando. Al final tuvimos que cancelar el pedido por du incompetencia. Miy mal esta sucursal. No les pongo menos de una estrella porque no se puede.

This used to be a good branch. Since they started using Uber Eats or Rappi for deliveries, it's very likely your pizza simply won't arrive. It's happened to me twice now; I've ordered from this branch and it's never arrived. And there I am, hungry, waiting for a pizza that's never coming. Terrible service. Avoid this place if you're ordering delivery.

What a disappointment. Today, November 9th, I placed an order at 4:00 pm. It's 5:35 pm and the order hasn't arrived. We called, but since everything is handled through an automated system, no one takes responsibility. The worst part for the customer is that they demand payment in advance, so we have no choice but to eat whatever we can at this hour. As Mexicans, I suggest we unite and support local businesses. There are many establishments where the service is personalized and you can speak directly with them. Not to advertise, but a good service that also has pizzas is Pane en Vía. I regret ordering from a foreign company like Pizza Hut.

The service is terrible, people prefer to leave rather than wait to have their order taken because they're told the wait time is "40 minutes." The girl with glasses is rather rude and bossy when asking if the food will take long. There are five of them on duty, and it's unbelievable that they can't do something so simple. I've been at the branch for an hour, and there isn't even anyone taking orders at the register.
