Went there for my Birthday. I suggested Mediterranean food and my daughter suggested CAVA’s. Great choice! I had the steak & Harissa. My gosh it was good! The family had an assortment of other delicacies that was great to sample! We went in the evening and they have a great outdoor seating area. Bathrooms were very clean. Staff and servers were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I want to go back there the next time I was Mediterranean food!!

We recently have been on a Cava kick lately. The food is light and usually tasty. The staff for the most part is friendly, tho their are one or two crew that wander around like drones barely reacting to stimuli. Had an issue with last visit but customer service team resolved.

Steely & Angel were literal angels. The customer service here was exceptional. I added multiple items to my order and they were so patient and understanding about it all. They helped me get all i needed and recommended a lot of items they knew i’d like and I did! The food was also super delicious. I tried the cinnamon powder dusted pita chips with the honey and i was absolutely delighted with them. They were so so so so good. My food was made correct and to perfection. Thank you so much to team at Cava! 😊

Love CAVA!! The chicken shawarma is great! Been eating at CAVA for years. So much better than Chipotle 😁 people at this location are super friendly as well, which is nice

here is what you need to know before coming to this location clean restrooms with in both restrooms the ability to change diapers for children also plenty of room to dine indoors and outdoors My personal favorite to come to this franchise is for the lamb and especially the blueberry lavender homemade juice that they make I also have a lot of main root sugarcane soda options and carry on options but especially for me to have some of the best prices on me especially for lamb huge fan to putting together ball with their lamb meatballs shredded broccoli on the best body rice with some pickled onion and their feta olive oil mix customer staff here was friendly hospitable great job and keep it in basically inside with a nice even pace of like hippie kind of music in the background gave it a nice ambience to go orders check in and out quickly Wendy of options for families only recommend this location I would say 80% about list is getting here and also keep in mind that there's apparently a whole lot of high school students or at least there were when I came that hang out here supposed to since they have super good fast Wi-Fi lots of tables to hang out

Maybe a bit pricey for lunch, but it's a huge meal and full of natural, colorful, fresh ingredients. Not as Mediterranean as I was worried it might be. Plenty of bowl customization options. Nothing was particularly spicy, but plenty of flavor. Delicious.

Went today for the first time and atmosphere was awesome. Loved that I didn’t feel rushed. And everyone had a smile on their face. Will definitely be coming back to this location…. My bowl was *chefs kiss* amazing!

This place was ok but I wasn't impressed. My steak bowl had only a little bit of rice, and the steak was overcooked and very tough. The brownie was very tiny for almost four dollars.

Decided to try this place because they had a lot of vegetarian options. I ordered online and The food was good, but I’m not sure why they don’t fill the bowl at least more than half full. We also ordered a wrap and a kids meal, which included a drink as well as Hummus and chips. Again very small portion of hummus even for a child. it’s not as if they don’t charge $12 per item so they should really not try to skimp out on the amount of food they serve. I also noticed that, although you can customize, they don’t follow any directions from the customization. Not sure if I would order online again. Hopefully it will be different if I go in.

I’ve been to other cava locations and they’ve always “fully loaded” my bowl as advertised on the menu board, but this one was so stingy on their scoops of the protein and toppings/veggies it was pretty sad. I barely got anything out of every option I chose and ended up with half a bowl of food. It was quite a disappointment today since I was looking forward to this meal for my post workout.

This visit was disappointing and uncomfortable due to staff behavior. The employee (male, black ponytail, glasses) who prepared my bowl spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive tone when I asked for extra lamb meatballs, as if I were attempting to get something for free rather than placing a normal paid request. After paying, I realized my pita bread was missing and returned to the register. While checking my bag, the cashier unnecessarily moved my personal items around. The employee who made my food then returned holding the pita bread and threw it into my bag instead of handing it to me or placing it respectfully, despite the fact that I was standing right there and could have opened the bag. Tossing food at a customer is unprofessional and disrespectful. I was polite and patient throughout the entire interaction, so this treatment was unprovoked and unacceptable. This experience reflects poorly on the location and its management.

Cava is great for their healthy menu and great flavors. However they have consistent quality issues. Their veggies/corn is always burnt. This time though there is a big plastic piece in my food. I wonder how many such prices made it into the whole menu. Scary.

I love Cava food but this location doesn’t have great service. No smile, no eye contact, I asked the cashier for salt and was rude when he said “no salt” . The spoon and fork section were on disarray. Clean but the staff should nit be frontliners.

Ordered online but why is this just half empty? When I ordered a few months ago, i could eat it for both lunch and dinner but now the portion is just ridiculous. Also, everytime I order, you can select the pickup time but when I go, it's never ready even when I'm late. There is not enough vegetables, not enough rice, and not enough meat. Seems like you guys are skimming on portion and given the price, I don't think I'll order from here anymore. Service was good so I don't think it's the employee's fault...

Today my husband took me to Cava. He was so excited for me to try the food — and he was right, it is delicious, and the place is beautiful. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. The staff, especially one of the girls, was dismissive and showed little empathy. It was our first time there, and we asked about some foods we had never seen before. Instead of helping us, she was impatient and unkind. We are learning English and doing our best to communicate, but we felt rushed and pushed through our order. We understand there was a line, but that does not justify treating customers without respect. It’s truly disappointing that such good food is overshadowed by such a lack of empathy and customer care.
