I order huge sandwiches, they had a new guy in there (he got everything right and built it with care), his trainer, was the sub-guru. They're leagues above the stoners at Thundercloud Subs who always seem to have a dirty store and a lack of customer service.
Had the six inch chicken teriyaki sandwich and a drink. It was the deal of the day, so it came out to about 5.95. Service was quick and friendly.
The person behind the counter was very courteous and the order was done properly. The restaurant looked very clean and the food was delicious.

Sandwich was great staff was really patient even though the person in front of me had to personally look at every cookie for tenderness before they picked one. What a patient server. She even apologized to me for the wait.
Really friendly and helpful staff! I didnt know subway didnt accept Amex and I had to go to my car and get another payment option. Line was pretty long so they had to cancel and redo my pay when I went back but they were so nice and patient, everything went well. Sandwiches were good as it isually is at subway! I def recommend this location!

I work not far from here and go there all the time Ashlynn is amazing always has a smile and makes my sandwich with efficiency. I always get the same sandwich and Ashlynn remembered what I order and can make it from memory. I will always recommend going here. Ashlynn is and has always been amazing.

Idk if they don't hire enough people, but Subway should have enough people to keep the line moving. Feel sorta bad for the workers. Other than that, they were courteous and made my sandwich to perfection. The club or spicy Italian is my go-to!

This is my neighborhood Subway, and my daughter's #1 favorite place to get food. The service is always friendly and efficient. Recently the quality of the food has been astounding. It's been far fresher than normal and I've really been blown away by the quality. I have other favorite sub sandwich places and recently this Subway has been getting close to those other spots with their increased quality.
Ashlyn was amazing. She was polite and on point the entire time, even though she was making all four of our sandwiches at once. She was very friendly and made a good experience even better. Will definitely recommend this subway as long as she's behind the counter.
I come here because it’s convenient to my work. Usually there is a wait but it’s because there is only 1 person working. However today Rani was by herself and she did an amazing job. She has to be the most efficient Subway sandwich artist I have ever encountered. She listens and clarifies your order and works quickly. I feel bad that she is working alone because it’s a lot of work for 1 person. I hope management sees this review and they can contact me if need be. Rani should be topped out pay for the work she performs.
I see a lot a negative reviews here. I have NEVER had the problems that are mentioned. One time I was helped by a young lady who was not yet on the clock,because her coworker was indisposed. The food is not bad. I am usually in and out within 5 or 7 minutes. It is a Subway ,not fine dining . I give it 5 stars simply because when I am craving a Subway they are convenient and fast and sometimes you just need a Sub Club with everything on it! .
Five stars for the employees customer service. We were the first customers of the day and with a smile he helped us and finished baking the bread without missing a beat. Consistent as you’d expect from subway but Jason’s service (I remembered his name a week later!) was spot on!

He was holding down the fort the best he could and was super polite and just great to talk with. Honestly, this young man is truly a good one. Subway should give him a raise.

Not a very busy subway. Was there at noon and only 2 people ahead of me. The place was impeccable clean. The young man working behind the counter was very courteous when I made a change to my order. The subs he made were great. I’ll be back in the future.

They no longer take cash, which wasn't a problem for me but it was an issue for the two people in front of me. I think the price for their subs is high. I usually don't go without a coupon.
Niece place to.have for a quick bite. They have many options including wraps and salds . Small meal options for lunch. The place looked clean and employees were very friendly. The only complaint is parking is limited and hard to find one.
Typical subway, though since it's on the main road it might for a long line very quickly, especially around lunch time 12:00 to 14:00. Seems clean and up to subway standards. One point off for confusing parking arrangement, no sign that says ''entrance'' (it also was confusing) and the long line I experienced. Also, small Gatorade was $1.95 !!
The guy working the counter (manager, I think) was busy but super friendly. As a former sandwich artist many years ago, I know what a long line feels like and he did a spectacular job. 1st time in awhile at this location for superb service. 👌
while the experience was fine, i noticed that the decor is really outdated. its literally the same as when i worked for the company over 10 years ago, needs a revamp. its not bright and sleek like other subways nearby. the customer service was great but my only issue was that they seemed extremely short staffed. there was one person doing everything, and i mean everything. i was there for a little over 20 minutes and the worker had 7 customers before me,4 pickup orders to do, then my order and my sons, as well as the 4 customers who came in as he was finishing my sandwiches. certainly not right for him to have been riding solo

Bread was good. Location has a lot to be desired Gigantic step up to get into restaurant. Parking situation kinda confusing with medical clinic sharing same building.
We ordered 4 sandwiches, after the only employee at that location finished all of our order, we're told only credit/debit cards accepted. But just a week prior there were no payment restrictions. We left work no good and they had product loss. Also lost our business.
Went in at lunch and missed a sign that said, "Bell broken". We stood in line 7 deep till someone knocked on a door and a employee came out from back. Sandwich was alright it was just strange no employees stay up front during lunch rush with a bell broken.
Have only one person working and it's his second week... very poor on management. Waited almost 20 minutes just to start ordering. Nothing on the gentlemen working, he was nice and obvisouly new.. just disappointing that he would be left alone.
Bread was under prooved, guy with tats on his knuckles was moving at turtle speed and was assembling my sandwich with such lack of care that I got far more meat than I should have, but way more sauce than I wanted. Overall, the Help Wanted sign outside is accurate.

Overall Experience was satisfactory. The food was prepared to my liking in a timely manner. All employees were very friendly the whole time. Female employee was very hospitable and professional. However, Male enployee on shift alongside her, had a lot of hair hanging out from his hat and no evident hairnet. Which could be seen as unprofessional as well as unsanitary. Didn't know the Meal of the Day came with tuna fish and I don't like tuna fish. I couldn't tell what meat he had put on the sandwich because his hands were covering the sandwich. A young man helped us with our order and his customer service was terrible. He barely said a word to us and seemed annoyed to be helping . No hello, goodbye or smile the whole time.

10900 lakeline mall drive, suit 500 Austin T exas 78617. We ordered at this given address date 3/15/20 more then couple footlong guacamole turkey sandwiches that day. They were out of guacamole for our last sandwich. We had no bacon in our sandwiches. When we asked to add extra turkey since they were out of guacamole, the employee said that we had removed bacon that was our choice, but we don't get extra turkey since they had no guacamole. We paid for guacamole turkey sandwich. We took our sandwich without guacamole. Not happy with customer service.
Likes to close up to an hour early for no reason. Tried to open the door 40 min before close on a Saturday and was ignored.
This store sent us some coupons In the mail (expires 5/8/25), came in to use them "Oh we don't take coupons here." Right... so... 18$ for a sub it is. They will not accept coupons.
I went there today to pick my online order. Ordered two veggie patty sandwich! They didn’t have the patty , I wasn’t called to check if it’s ok to make a sandwich without it. My pick up time was 9:15 but I only went around 10:45 am to pick it up! The subway employee didn’t make my sandwich yet as they didn’t have the patty and wasn’t sure if I want one. So I go pick it up and she asks if she can make it without patty, I said yes and she finished it. At the end I ask her, will I get my difference back as veggie patty is more than delite. She says “no it’s the same price.” I said no it’s not. She was repeating the same. So I had to open my app and show her there is a $1 difference. She says “it’s just a dollar difference” and didn’t give me my money back or store credit or nothing! Yea $1 isn’t much and I can let go but that’s for me to decide not her! That wasn’t nice at all. I am not going back there again anymore!!!!
Most of the time I visit this location it takes too long to get an order completed so I end up going elsewhere. Doesn't matter if there is one person in line or five, the wait is 20-30 min. Also, seems like they are training a new employee each time I visit. Quite often they are out of bread or some vegetable is not "prepped". I hate leaving bad reviews but I've experienced these issues 5+ times in the past year. Hopefully they can turn it around!
Went here for lunch and the location is understaffed. It took about 35 min until I was able to order. I noticed all tables and chairs were completely dusty. Restroom was out of order and the only one that worked there was a replaced toilet just seating inside the restroom. WTH? Bad, bad experience.

Just came here today and the employee who messed up my order wouldn’t remake my sandwich until he called his manager.
Worst subway I have ever been to. Employees are rude, very unsanitary, understaffed and it's been this way for a long time. This owner should have his franchise taken away. I could go on all day with the things wrong with this place.

Ben was working. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes in the bathroom and he never came to wash my hands. My sandwhich also came with bread when I clearly asked for a sandwhich and not bread. -10/10 I will not be dining here again. I will however return for 25 free cookies. Good day!
I had to put one star, I don’t know how this place is still open???? Makes me think real bad about this place. The service , what service. The food I took a picture and it broke my camera, the employees were both so rude, and the place was disgusting dirty tables, I take back the star. I will never recommend this place, I am surprised that the health department has not closed it down as of yet
Stood alone in the lobby for over five minutes. Shouted "hello" twice and no one ever came to serve me. Finally, the phone began ringing and an employee came out. They were apologetic and told me their doorbell wasn't working and they didn't hear me come in. However, the two times I shouted "hello" were much louder than the phone ringing... It really came across as if I was just being blatantly ignored because I could hear them in the back the entire time I waited.
Very slow service Charged me for an individual chips and a drink instead of just the drink that I needed to buy to fulfill my coupon at least he could have charged me for a make it a mealwhich is 2.50, instead of the 3.19. My son wanted cookies instead of chips with his make it a meal and was told he couldn't get the cookies because we were already charged for chips and the cookies cost more, but they advertise a choice of apple slices, chips or two cookies Won't visit that Cedar Park location again

My husband went in there today with our kids. When they arrived, there was nobody at the counter. There was a sign that said "the bell is broken, please knock on the door". My daughter knocked on the door and was greeted by a young man. My husband proceeded to order the food for them. When he asked for mayo on my sons sandwich, he was told that they were out and would not have any until Saturday. Really??? That is like a BBQ restaurant being out of BBQ sauce. He got their food anyway. Not long after that, another patron walked through the door and proceeded to order 2 meatball subs for her teenage daughters. The guy behind the counter mumbled under his breath "I wouldn't eat that". She said "Excuse me". He told her that the meatballs had not been changed out in a while and he wouldn't eat them. That is absolutely dispicable. If you have food that you are serving that you feel is unfit to eat WHY WOULD YOU STILL HAVE IT OUT TO BE SERVED? My husband ate one of the meatballs as a joke (because honestly, if it were that bad it wouldn't be out... or so we thought). He is now sick and I am praying that lady did not feed those sandwiches to her daughters. This place and those particular employees need to be investigated by the health department. If my husband starts vomiting, you will receive our ER bill from us.
I pulled up to this subway with my girlfriend and my friend today and when we pulled up they quickly locked the door started sticking up signs on the door. And pretended that we weren’t there. This was at 6 o’clock.

1 girl working here losing customers because she is so backed up with orders. I feel bad for her being left alone. I ordered a wrap which is double the amount of a sub and she cannot refund me. Give your employees some RAA (Responsibility, Accountability, Authority) so they can help the customer. The employees can’t do anything besides make sandwiches without the permission of the manager who doesn’t work until late afternoon. I even saw another review that says they can’t even answer the phone without a manager there?? As a manager they should be here if they don’t have enough staff. Thats what managers are suppose to do.
Came in with a coupon for a 6.99 footlong. After ordering was told that they didn't take paper coupons. The coupons says use in store or in app. So I downloaded the app and the coupon worked for the store and they wouldn't honor the coupon for my food I just ordered even though it worked and would let me check out in app.
Ordered online, did not get half of the order correct. Ordered an hour and half before picking up, no calls or messages about order modifications. We ordered three subs and cookies but two of the subs were wrong, different cookies than what we ordered. Really disappointing if you notice how they don't even try to make things right. Should've gotten a refund tbh. If you are ordering online, just know that they'll do whatever they want since you aren't physically there.
Subway is usually pretty good. Would love if they didn't close super early. Just tried to order at 9:30 and the door was already locked. Someone else tried to go in too but he looked disappointed as well. They're not supposed to be closing until 10. Smh.
I ordered on the app and chose Curbside pickup. My order was ready by the time I arrived and I selected ‘I’m Here’ in the app. The app said to wait in my car and someone would bring me my order. I waited for 10 minutes and no one came out. So I called and of course no answer. I waited another 5 minutes and then finally decided to just go inside. I thought maybe they are busy. There was NOT ONE customer inside. I told the employee that I had a curbside order and my order was just sitting on the counter. No apology or acknowledgement. Why have the curbside option in the app if the employees are too lazy to take the order out?? This is ridiculous. Will not be going back to this location. I should have listened to the google reviews. My order was also $32 for two sandwiches and meals!!
Order 64DAED7A-99 placed to be ready for pickup at 12:25, was still not ready by 1:30. The employee didn't acknowledge my presence when I stood in line. I had to verbally speak out for him to acknowledge me, but after asking for my pickup order, he told me he hasn't even started it, and decided to keep taking orders from the people in line instead of starting mine. Why would you prioritize orders in store over pickup orders that are overdue? Why don't you acknowledge people waiting for Express Pickup?
I went to the subway a week ago in CedarPark, I asked the young man if I could substitute turkey instead of bacon on #40 or #42, and he said I think so, by the time a redhead lady came over to ask what was going on, I repeated what I said to the young man, then she went on to say we can't do that it will a price difference Blah blah blah and she started to shudder, I tried to her money wasn't an issue. That is when I walked out.
Worst experience with my order. I ordered 6 raisin cookies and 6 chocolate chip cookies. I got 9 raisin cookies that taste like air been hitting them all day, stale. My sandwiches were hard with raw bacon. The cucumbers and lettuce was old. I have tried calling the number listed and a recording picks up on the first ring stating "record your message and press #" then does nothing. And the comments line is closed.
THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! The manager running this location needs to be fired immediately. Food is mediocre (meatballs are never heated although it’s on the hot menu) I get off work at 8:30pm and every time I stop by at 9:00pm the doors are locked which online and the actual sign on the door says they close at 10pm. I have never had any issues with other locations but this place and the staff is just worthless!
They only have 1 person serving and the line forms. It takes 30 minutes to get through. The line is empty, they don't have tomatoes or onions. It's dirty where they prepare the subs and the man who is there is slow.

Neighbors this is related to the Subway located at corner of West Parker St and HWY 183. Yesterday, Friday Aug 16, at 12:30p, I went in they were finishing rush. There were like 8 customers sitting down eating. One paying the order. The guy making the sandwiches looked at me I told him my order. He went to the back of the store. Some 3 minutes passed. The girl at the register came back I told her “I order a sandwich but the guy went to the back of the store I don’t know whats going on”. The subway guy told me they just finish rush, that I needed to wait, they will serve me but I needed to wait. So I told the guy “I understand, no problem, you should told me that before you disappear on me, thats customer service”. After my statement he started talking loud and said “ mow we are not going to serve you, you need to leave the store”. We started to argue, no bad language, I told him all this could be avoided by you telling me “Sir will get to you asap” or something like that. I told him “I never hire you not even for free as employee, if you can’t handle rush hour at sandwich shop, good luck to you the rest of your life”. I worked many fast foods before and during college. That attitude towards customers is not acceptable.
Ordered take out and had no sauce on the sandwich. They were in small cups for me to put in myself. Which mean chicken was not seasoned in it. Gave it a different taste.
Worst manager ever. Waited over an hour for a sandwich. Asked for the manager, turns out it was the blonde woman who put together my sandwich. If you can’t do the basic job for your store, you don’t deserve to be the manager. Plain and simple. Worst manager ever. Worst employee ever. This is a Karen as a manager if I ever saw one.
Poor customer service, Prentiss had the worse attitude, sighing in frustrating because I didn't tell her toasted on time. So not necessary the bad attitude, specially since you are about to eat and want to do it in peace. I could've walked out and leave her with the order, but I guess that's what makes a person a better person when this kind of situations happen
They must have given customers incentives for the most recent reviews. The service is ALWAYS incredibly slow. We came in at 8:30. One person was ordering their food. It took the employee 30 min to make 3 sandwiches. We left. Avoid this location if you value your time.
I work next door to this restaurant. Yesterday I went to buy something to drink, and ask the guy working for a couple of packages of salt. He literally refused me any, stating I must buy a sandwich to get a package of salt! He was also extremely rude. I then cancelled my order and left. I will never eat here again. Nor will I refer customers to my neighbor. Poor customer service.
I ordered online about 8:ish and got a call not even 5 minutes after I ordered telling me they were out of meatballs. I tried to call the store before ordering but went straight to a voicemail box. I told the worker who call me that same thing and he told me sorry we aren’t allowed to answer when a manager isn’t present. I told him to cancel my order because that’s what my son only eats from there. He told me he would have to call his manager to cancel the order. I had a weird vibe about my order being canceled so I went up there to talk to him in person. I got there about 9:15 and doors were locked and no one in the front. I waited to and someone came to the front so I knocked and he shook his head no one I pointed at the closing time at the door and he still shook his head no and walked to the back. They close at 10:00. Hopefully I can get my money back as I didn’t get my order.
Came in with a coupon for a 6.99 footlong. After ordering was told that they didn't take paper coupons. The coupons says use in store or in app. So I downloaded the app and the coupon worked for the store and they wouldn't honor the coupon for my food I just ordered even though it worked and would let me check out in app.
