When I was there, it was not very clean and nothing was cleaned while I was eating there. I have had better experiences in the adjacent KFC.

The Max is good as usual but the waiting times were not upto the usual standards. I do agree it was busy but I have seen busier McDonald's. The staff however were very friendly despite their stress working on the orders. It is also a nice place to sit down and have a quick bite

We’ll definitely Burger King is far better but I had no choice on 12/24/2022. Restaurant was clean. Very, very loud toddlers & children.

The branch was fine. Ordered through drive thru. Today we ordered to 2 meal menus and a kiddie meal, unfortunately, we didn't receive the glasses, not even the toy 🙄 we couldn't go back either coz we didn't have the receipt. We just found out they were missing when we got home. Sad.

I Came to this place 13:00 in 24/12 and then place was closed and the personal inside were cleaning and refused to open regardless the opening times they put on the door showed that they should be open !!

It’s the 3rd time only in the past 2 weeks when they deliver grossly incomplete orders. I paid for multiple menus and they forgot to add any fries, for any of them. There’s nothing worse than driving 10+km only to arrive home and discover your guests are all missing essential parts of their menus. I do not recommend this place and I will certainly stay away from McDonalds from now on.

I came to order at 23:40 and they closed the drive thru blocked by car. Why does it say you are open till midnight if you are not taking orders. I came a long way driving starving and I have to sleep without eating tonight. Shake on you

Used the Drive-In. Ordered 2 9er Nuggets, 2 small fries, a hamburger Royal TS (no cheese) and a large fries. Received: 2 9er Nuggets, 2 large fries. No hamburger at all. Luckily we parked up so the children could eat immediately and I was able to spot the mistakes. When I returned to get the order rectified, the staff member didn't once speak to me. No "hello, can I help you", no "I'm sorry for the mistake, let me fix it"; nothing. It's quite an achievement to deal with a customer and say absolutely nothing. Germany is not renowned for its customer focus but this is a new low. Won't be returning. Oh, and the Hamburger had cheese in it...

I was disappointed after waiting 15 minutes for the place to open for breakfast only to be told breakfast is not being served, When there is a breakfast menu posted next to the entrance door. Also the cashier was a bit off putting and slightly annoyed when I asked for help.

If I could give this place a negative number of stars I would, I’ve been there two times, and apart from not being willing to even try to speak freaking english, they are always out of something. Terrible experience. Thanks for nothing. The only good thing about this place are the chicken nuggets.
