if you want to eat the best chilaquiles on the island, you have to come here 🤩 The place is so beautiful and peaceful and the service makes your day with their kindness. They are very accommodating. 💚
Such a hidden gem. Lovely owner and constant coffee. I got the Huevos Motuleños and it was scrumptious! The vibe is so nice... relaxing, in a beautiful natural setting. Love this place.

This place deserves more than 5 stars because it goes so above and beyond. You are welcomed by the sweetest people into a peaceful garden. The food is bursting with flavor and clearly made with love. My wife had the best chilaquiles of her life here. The juices are fresh and very reasonably priced. We can’t wait to return the next time we are in Cozumel!
Stopped here for a late lunch and we both got the house specialty - Huevos Motulenos - they were delicious! Lovely relaxed outdoor seating and friendly service. Lots of coffee top ups and a side of fresh fruit - perfect 👌
My husband and I had breakfast here. The service and food was excellent! I also had a fresh juice from beets and green juice. So good! Highly recommend. Price was great, too!
Addy’s restaurant is a hidden gem. We were warmly welcomed and served. The breakfast was excellent (and very affordable). On top of that, the garden where you sit while eating is beautiful. We even saw a hummingbird during our meal – wow. Many thanks for the warm service and the delicious food, it’s definitely worth the trip.
This breakfast restaurant needs more recognition. The food tasted homemade and the service was incredibly friendly. First time trying huevos rancheros and I think this place did it justice. Although I might be biased here because it was my first time! The mini hot cakes is what sold me on coming here and as a Canadian, the maple syrup was perfect. This is the first place since being in Mexico where they served maple syrup instead of honey with my hot cakes. All around the place felt very authentic and the food was very homey. The prices were fair and a lot cheaper than any other breakfast places I’ve been to. My partner and I enjoyed ourselves and plan to be back again for breakfast.
What a breathtaking discovery we stumbled upon on Google! We feel truly blessed to have stopped here for breakfast. Addy's kindness and warmth radiated throughout our experience. The food was a masterpiece, crafted with love and care. This enchanting restaurant is nestled in Addy's backyard garden, making every bite feel like a treasure. Although the food was made to order, the brief wait only added to our anticipation.
What an amazing little breakfast spot! The food is delicious and reasonably priced, the dining area is in a lovely shaded garden, the service is excellent and the people are warm and friendly. Couldn't recommend more highly!

We had the most incredible breakfast and smoothies here in a quiet, beautiful courtyard respite a short walk from the pier in Cozumel. The hospitality was wonderful, the food and smoothies were delicious, and Addy's art is beautiful and makes the whole serene outdoor area shine. If you're making your way to Cozumel, take the time to get away from the crowded tourist traps and make your way here - you won't regret it!
Absolutely unreal little brunch spot. We came here on a whim, and ultimately spent the whole meal raving to each other about how much we were enjoying it. The garden patio is beautiful and tranquil, the service is SO quick, so friendly, and it’s clearly a well loved family business. Speaking of well loved, every dish is so very clearly prepared with love (both figuratively and literally), and tastes fresh and delicious to boot. Can’t recommend enough, and will definitely be coming back.
i’ve had two wonderful breakfasts here! The food is delicious and filling. the owners (and customers) are very welcoming. the garden is beautiful. the tables, chairs, walls, etc. are covered in beautiful painting. this is a charming place for an amazing meal.
Serene oasis to have a delicious breakfast or juice. Addy is a very gracious host and checks in on all her guests. Only note would be to sit under the roof or awnings so you don’t get a “surprise” from the iguanas above.
Addy was a lovely host, the garden setting was artsy and lush, and the food was very good. If you are looking for somewhere to have a leisurely and delicious breakfast, eat here - you won’t regret it.
Absolutely amazing!!! This place is a real gem on the island. All the food is all natural & damn delicious. Get away from the tourist spots and grab a delightful bite here. The ham sandwich is so dang delicious!!! Wonderful spot!!!
5 stars for this lovely place ! Beautiful garden, very romantic. Nice outdoor seating. Breakfast until 2 pm. Food is amazing. Very friendly service and absolute fair pricing. I like the fresh fruit juices and the tasty coffee. Eggs, Hot Cakes, Veggie-Sandwiches, Omelettes and Huevos Motuleños ! The owner Addy and her daughter are doing a great Job !

Food was ok, smoothie was terrible. Made with mango that wasn't ripe. Food was presented cute. Would be cute for a kids menu. I don't require heart shaped fruit or pancakes however. Place is beautiful, great place to eat, except for the empty pool. Those creep me out! And they are dangerous! Other than that grounds are gorgeous.
