I have visited many different Islands locations, but Cerritos and Newport Beach provide the best customer service! This branch is conveniently located at Cerritos Towne Center, which has plenty of free parking. My mom and I ordered our usual favorites. I highly recommend the Islands nachos with chili and spicy chicken quesadilla. The food quality is always superb with hefty portions. Definitely worth the visit!

A great experience with delicious food. First, the wait was reasonable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. When were seated our server was very attentive and patient. Food was delicious. We had never been to this islands and quite frankly we hadn’t had it since before the pandemic. However the nachos with chicken were outstanding and the burgers were amazing. Fries were served with every burger and the chocolate milkshake is just decadent. A great experience overall!

Great service. First time here and we loved it , recommend the impossible burger and the Hawaiian burger, onion rings are really good and a big portions.we seen a movie and they had a special of showing your movie ticket and you buy one meal and get the second half off!! I love great deals!!!👌

I went last week with my family (4 pax). It has a fun laid-back vibe with generous portions. The burgers and fries are quite good, but not for the price I paid. Service was fast even during busy times. Food is 4 stars, service and atmosphere is exceptional though!

Server was the bartender. We were placed in a broth. She was very friendly and made sure that we had what we needed. Food order was accurate. Food was fresh and delicious. Atmosphere was enjoyable. I felt like I was at a restaurant by the beach.

Good experience, not the best but good. We ordered the nachos (A), the cheese fries (B+), a Malibu burger and burrito. The burgers have mustard on them, I'm ok with it but you might be surprised and put off. It's a big burger, not the best tasting but it gets the job done. The onion rings are a must have. They use 2 or 3 onions rings per fried onion, making for a thicker bite, it's worth it. Staff is nice, location was clean but felt slightly outdated or will be soon. Bonus is it's next to other stores you'd like to visit.

Nice and clean, staff always nice. Had the chicken ceasar and spinach dip...both were good except the salad could have had a little more dressing. A side of Ranch fixed that up quick.

Came for the $10 burger special they had. Burger itself was ok. Chili wasn’t that good. Wings were super salty. The fries were the best thing here.

This company has lost its charm, the happy hour menu is just regular priced items at other restaurants. The ice laden cocktails seem to only contain half an ounce of liquor. Definitely not the "deal" they make it out to be. Even the quality of the food has steadily declined, to the point that Norms is selling better food, at a cheaper price point.

You really news to season your burgers better the meat is too bland and tasteless. We are not in Europe people. Fries are good . Tortilla soup is tasty and service is excellent. Waitress kept checking up on us never had to hunt her down for a drink refill.

We were there on 11/09/25 around 2pm. We were a group of 8. Most of the tables were empty. The food was good but the service was horrible! We asked for cocktail drinks, however, most arrived AFTER we received our food and getting ready to leave. I canceled the drinks and the waitress knew they screwed up. Most of us just drank water since they failed to advise of delay and/or offer a soft drink instead. We also asked for ranch and condiments, they also never arrived. The waitress and the bartender repeatedly kept saying, sorry for the delays. We will not be coming back to this particular location.
