It was a good experience. We had the salad bar and it was delicious. Their Cheese garlic bread was great. The Restrooms were clean.

Used to love Sizzler before, I wish I can say good things about my last visit, food was ok, bad service, poor waitress couldn't handle too many tables, lots of dirty tables.

We decided to dine in tonight mainly for the unlimited salad bar and broccoli cheddar soup. We were third in line and it took roughly 20 mins to get to the front of the line. A couple 2 spots behind me ended up leaving due to the amount of time it was taking with the first clients. It would have been nice if there were two cashier's to speed up the process. Food was okay, though I do wish there were other options such as onion rings, fries, or cheese sticks. There are potato wedges, though sometimes they are overly cooked. Servers were a little slow this evening. One bowl of the soup crackers were completely out when we arrived. Servers didn't bother to refill until I asked for crackers as both bowls were completely empty. Lights were dimmed around the salad bar, which made it seem like we were sort of eating in the dark. The back half of the restaurant had great lighting. Some customers did mention it was a bit to dark; however, staff didn't do anything. It was way to dark in the restaurant. Also, the cashier went on about the dessert station which serves a soft serve machine. It would be nice if the staff were to inform the cashier of the soft serve machine being out of service to inform customers as it was something that was asked if customers would like to include the dessert station in their meal. There are brownies. It would be nice to have a few other options such as cookies, etc.

Hadn’t visit a sizzler in years; and I have to say I’m glad I hadn’t! There’s more better choices available than this around town. Sizzler has really lack in food, taste was horrible for a burger and poor choice selection from 1992 when we had gone there just about every weekend. No more for us!!

Still nice to have al variety at the salad bar. Grilled Chicken strips would have been better than cold chicken wings.

I really wanted to have something fresh and light so what could be better than a salad bar? Crazy disappointed  the salad bar Food was so old it had a crust on it. I saw the staff just filling the new food on top of the old food ( poor food handeling) Ac was not working because the manager didn't want to turn it on. Ribeye ordered med rare got rare. Bit of fat on the steak but tender and juicy. Don't like the order and pay "before" seating. Staff is friendly but service slow. They all appear to speak Spanish fluently. There beer is pricy at $6.25 for Corona. NO craft beer:-(. For this reason I will choose alternate restaurant.

Based only on the steak and lobster meal. The meat was overcooked and kinda tough so I didn't finish it. I had ordered medium rare. The lobster was tiny and cooled off when served. The baked potato tasted good, but the skin a little hard. The cheese toast was good. It was my favorite part of the meal. If I ever go to this location again, I would not order that dish. My daughter liked her kids burger and the service was good.

Manager made me pay 40% more for our salad bar even though I bought the entree. I was so embarrassed they have signs posted at the salad bar. Help us keep our cost down by not sharing salad bar. That I understand, but not the other.

Well.... I pulled up and out! So I decided to read the reviews... Gemini Marketing... That review had me gagging. Do you know I literally left church... And drove to Manchester and Prairie to Sizzlers and you were RIGHT! THAT WAS THE BEST TASTINGS FOOD! 👌🏽 AND... I didnt have the best waitress bit, she serviced her other guess pretty well. They were the same nationality. But, it was ok. Otherwise... You were right. Hadn't been that way in a long time and it was worth the drive. I didnt have to leave a large tip bcuz she didnt make her presence known. Im usually a huge tipper... Only bcuz I know what's it like to deal with different types of attitudes... But, back to this other restaurant... Please take the trip down to LA or Manifee ( that's my favorite place) 😍 🙏🏽 😋 I pray you all learn how to trust JESUS CHRIST! Let's be fair to each other.... We all bleed red blood no matter what color we are born. Love you all in Jesus name!

Being that we just dine in at the sizzler on Manchester in the city of Inglewood and the food and service was top tier, I was so excited once I saw the location on Devonshire in Northridge. I took my kids as a treat and they were not pleased with the choice. The ground beef was smothered in oil that was already separating from the actual mystery looking meat. The Mac and Cheese was crusted and so old it appeared to have been from a week ago. The spaghetti noodles also hard in texture. I asked the server why the fried chicken was black and if there were any fresh pieces being prepared in the kitchen. She came back with identical pieces and said “the cook said they’re fresh” . They have the audacity to cut the Sizzler Toast in half, lol and they’re scorched tasting. It’s just a mess. Perhaps if this location takes a field trip to the Inglewood location they can take back a lesson or two on how to serve food that customers are happy to eat. That would really help, because this place is really- really -really bad! The manager sat in the front and ate food from the kitchen he didn’t even eat that scary salad bar food. I mean yuck. What a waste of $60. I took a bite of the food on my plate to be fair and gagged instantly. Just very unappealing and stale tasting. Pics below. The only thing that was decent was the cornbread, and signature lemonades. All we ate was broccoli and cheese soup, total rip off. Don’t wait for me to come through those doors ever again. They should change out the oil in the fryer, and serve FRESH FOOD.

Our waitress ruined our experience. I won't be dining here with my family again. She didn't acknowledge us for 25 minutes until we caught our cashier's attention. She only brought our drinks AFTER being told to do so. She never brought us a basket of bread, she didn't collect our dirty plates (we chose salad bar) and she never bothered to come by our table to ask if we were doing okay. I saw and heard her tending to other tables nicely. We were the exception. Sorry for expecting good service.
