I can’t understand why people like this food, however the service was poor, long wait, unhealthy and greasy. I was the only car in the drive through and had to wait 25 minutes. I Came home my girl and I took one bite and threw the rest in the garbage.

Definitely could work on the service didn't make my order correct nor did they have the order ready what's the purpose of a takeout if you drew a drive-thru and you have to wait 5 more minutes but only my 5 minutes was 10 then they didn't even have it right had to go back in and tell them

The person taking the order Cristina (not the sweet person at the drive through window so excuse me if I got name /person wrong) your customer service skills need to be reevaluated. Sorry you’re having a bad day but for you to be rude to people for no reason is unacceptable. Not only that but I got my son a Cub meal with orange chicken & steamed rice. You must have purposely skipped adding a full serving of chicken(5 small tiny pieces doesn’t mean anything) the apple crisps and fortune cookie, on purpose because why? Because we didn’t hear each other over the loud indoor and outdoor noises with your mono town negative voice? Please refund my card. Thank you! Panda is EXTREMELY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL other than this incident I / we haven’t had any issues. They are busy busy so be patient when it comes to drive thru folks no need to rush or be rude

They just assumed I wanted a plate instead of a bowl. I hardly receive enough orange chicken to fill one of the Small compartments. I'm not interested in paying over $9+ 1 compartment and a bunch of rice. I told them I didn't need any condiments they gave me like 5 or 6 to weigh my bag down. They also did not provide any utensils to eat with fortunately I keep some in the car. I am not coming back for a while and I warn anyone in chico don't let yourself get burned like this. The atmosphere was my vehicle so it considerated a little higher.

We get the steam rice With orange chicken or and teriyaki chicken we love the chicken and we love the rice. It may take A little bit to get through the line sometimes it's booked up but that means they're good. Today 3/14/23 the drive through wad Rude & did not want to liason to what we had to say we tried to place 2 orders but they only toke 1 order & they did not give chopsticks when he ordered them & was not reasked at the window I was mad & did not try to re-order what my family & I wanted wr went somewhere else to get our food

I use to get the chicken green beans with chow mein back in 2020 on Cohasset and It wasn’t bad. They just put in a new Panda Express on Forest Ave so I thought we try it out and it SUCKED! The chicken (if you’d call it that) was so small like 5 or 6 tiny pieces. The bowl (which wasn’t a bowl, it was a box) was packed full of the horrible dried out chow main. The worse chicken green bean chow mein I’ve ever had! Will NEVER go back!

Worst panda I’ve ever been to. The chow mein wasn’t even cooked all the way and the veggies in it were still raw. The orange chicken was way! Over sauced like eating a mouthful of sugar.

Got horrible food poisoning from here and ended up staying the night in the hospital 0/10 I should have known based off the sour flavor of the food that it would get me sick. This place also has very rude customer service with employees that barely talk and just try to push you along

Go to this place if you like hair in your food. It has happened two times within the last year. The last time the hair was short black, what appeared to look like arm hair. It was so gross and I will not return. The company has yet to respond to my email to apologize and offer a response to having better hygiene solution.

I paid $7.80 (tax not included.) for a bowl which only provided three pieces of chicken… who ever only gave me three pieces of chicken… is this how you feed yourself? Just saying. Think about it. Here’s proof. I was already having a bad day, this just made it worse because I’m really hungry and thought I’d get more than 3 pieces of chicken for $10. ):
