One of my favorite seafood places, I feel like the quality has dropped a bit due to their growth. It varies depending on the branch; my favorite is the one in San Felipe, but since it's close to home, we order from here a lot through Uber Eats! We've tried everything, my favorite being the fried fish rinds to whet our appetites with a Corona! This time I had a delicious fish fillet, very well served and with great flavor. Another favorite is the gobernador tacos (chopped shrimp with stewed chiles and cheese), really good, and the shrimp ceviche was a little oniony but still very tasty! A complimentary Poco de Gallo beer and tortilla chips! You really have to try it, everything is delicious, but it will vary depending on the chefs at each branch! You decide where you like it best! The food was delicious and quite filling, although there were few waiters; they should have more employees, as the restaurant wasn't very full, and the waiters were quite exhausted. It had a nice family atmosphere.

It was a very good way for Chihuahua to welcome us, the food is good in general, but the service is above average, it's a shame we only stayed here for a day, because there are many delicious things to try.

The service was incredibly slow... Over 50 minutes for a tostada And 1 hour and 20 minutes for the next dish... With the restaurant practically empty... The food was bland... The tuna tostada... With cucumbers and avocado... lacked any special touch...

I thought this was a chain and everything was standardized. The portions are very small compared to the other locations. The shrimp ceviche was more vegetables than anything else. A Maruchan has more shrimp. The aguachile tostada had 5 cucumbers almost 2 cm wide and 7 shrimp, I counted. They only sell Corona and its derivatives here. The place is the nicest of all and the service is also impeccable. It's a shame about the food.

The place has a nice atmosphere, prices are in line with the product, and the dishes are very generous and well-seasoned. It also has a broad menu, catering for all tastes. It's quite clean. The only thing that leaves much to be desired is the service of the waiters. We went on a Friday and we were the only table. Even so, it took them ages to serve us. They weren't paying attention to our tables. We had to call several times because even though there were many waiters, they were all chatting together. I think service is a fundamental part of an establishment.

Good afternoon, today I ordered a grilled steak with potatoes and rice. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived to pick up my order and it still wasn't ready. Other orders placed after mine came out, and my order was ready after 30 minutes. When I got home, I opened it and instead of potatoes, it had salad, and the salad only had the stalk of lettuce in it.

Pésimo servicio... pedí para recoger y fue horrible la experiencia las fotos lo dicen todo, son 2 mignon de camarón en salsa de mar, pedí agregaran ensalada y pusieron unas tiras de zanahoria, además del trozo de zanahoria sin pelar que usaron de relleno, traía un pedazo de palillo olvidado en un camarón...es la sucursal Francisco Villa...es lo malo de no contratar ayudantes para el fin de semana, minimizan costos...mejor la sucursal de la Deza y Ulloa.

Terrible service from the moment you walk in. All the kitchen staff are just chatting away, playing their own music, doing their own thing. When you take your order, they leave you hanging mid-sentence, and the food is incredibly bland and tasteless. The preparation is so standardized; they give you very little of everything and reheat the rice, so when they finally serve it, it's mushy. It's urgent that we speak to the staff and tell them that when there are other customers, they shouldn't be shouting and laughing loudly as if it were a public place. Many times, people come here with their families or friends to have a good time.

I don't know if it's an experiment, but this tuna toast took the longest to prepare. Not to mention the insulting avocado they served me. The service was okay; once they delivered the food, no one ever came back to offer us another lemonade. 💩💩
