So glad to have Pollo Campero in the neighborhood! Wife and I stopped by and picked up the 8 piece family meal. We did half fried, half grilled. It came with 2 sides, so we did beans and rice. This was about $35. We also added 3 empanadas for an extra $3! So worth it! They were bigger than we expected and the filling was soooo good! Everything was perfectly seasoned and the flavor was bomb!

This Pollo campero is so good very fast with customer service food is good with affordable pricing and great atmosphere. I love how they treat you with kindness and respect when you come in or go through the drive through. I love the chicken always freshly made and always hot. I would 100% recommend this specific location to anyone in the area.

Been wanting to try this Guatemalan chain, I love fried chicken and plantains so it’s perfect lol. The grilled is really good too! Good portions and really cheap. Jenny at the front was soooo nice and helpful, even though I was taking a minute to order bc I’m indecisive hahaha. But she took her time to explain the menu and also help me figure out what to get and made sure I was happy with my order.

Tender, juicy chicken 🍗 made with Hispanic flavors. Very good food with clean restaurant and kind employees. They set an exemplary standard for quality food and service.

Props to the manager running this store, she had everything under control i came in when it was a bit busy hut regardless of that i still got my food under a reasonable amount of time.

The manager in charge was so sweet i absolutely loved her, i don’t go to pollo campero often and i asked her what she recommended and she knew what she was talking about, thats what i love to see! workers who know what’s on their menu and what the customers will love! Will definitely be coming back and hopefully shes working there again :)

I ordered a three-piece chicken dinner and it was quite tasty. However, the service level sucks. No greeting no smiles. They were actually like Robots with no personalities.

I ordered a 3 piece meal and only received 2 of my 3 pieces of chicken. For the price you pay you'd hope they can follow simple directions and complete an order correctly. I contacted them, now waiting to see if they correct the issue.

The chicken and the service were absolutely 100 out of 100 — delicious food and friendly staff! Unfortunately, I sat down at the restaurant hoping to enjoy a nice moment, but the atmosphere quickly turned unpleasant. A red-haired manager, who spent the entire time sitting at one of the restaurant tables, kept yelling instructions at her staff. It was a loud and uncomfortable spectacle that ruined the experience. Hearing shouting every five minutes was stressful not only for the employees but also for us customers. It really took away from what could have been a great visit.

To be honest the service was nice but this is not the first time that happens I’m from the neighborhood and every time I try to get Horchata the machine is always down or they have cleaned already around 5:30 pm or 6:30? Like they close till 9 or 10 I think it’s too early to do that. Overall horchata is an authentic drink from GT and it don’t make sense they remove it so early. They need to work on that.

this place it’s new!! never have fried chicken breast . today 8:30pm they close at 10 pm no chicken breast and last time same issue , night shift manager new to do something , better put a taco stand there half way fries order served to go !! and it’s a new place
