A simple place, but its dishes have excellent seasoning. I had the opportunity to try a cemita at Mesón Garibaldi, and honestly, the ones at La Odisea are superior, and their chipotles are exquisite. A plus this place has is that it's affordable compared to many restaurants in the area whose food isn't as delicious. The place lacks a bit of hygiene and care. The staff tries to do their best, but the lack of staff overwhelms them. They took a long time to deliver my dish, and they didn't deliver one at all. Another issue is that they usually cook greasy dishes; my dad, because he can't tolerate too much fat, once got sick from the food there. It's a shame, because the flavor and prices are very good.

I went to get a cochinita torta: the sink was full of dirty dishes, and the girl started washing the pan where she was going to heat my food. She didn't disinfect the lettuce, she only half-washed it. And on top of that, she wasn't wearing a mask! What a shame, because the cochinita was good.
