Drive thru takes too long but worth the wait

Typical fast food place.I like their wings ,bucket and burgers .It quality is very nice.Very hygenic and healthy enviornment at store.Fair price and fair quality of the food.The side dishes such as fries macaroni salad cole slaw are ok. But overall it is somewhat cheap and still a great place to eat.

I really liked there food other their prices are expensive unbelievably expensive and there was a lady named Maria there who is really nice and really cool and when one girl was kind of short with me she was really awesome

My husband goes through the drive thru an orders 2 piece breast extra crispy, we had a few "it's doughey" probs. But I called the young lady explained to her the prob, she was so sweet! My order came back great! It's clean and much better than the Madera store! Sunday extra crispy chicken breast!

Drive through isn't all that crowded. Microphone on the menu is set at a good volume. Staff at window are friendly, but always seem rushed. No errors on any of my orders to date. Have not been inside.

Ordered mashed potatoes no gravy and order came with gravy anyway. Do they not know how to read an order. It was a delivery order so I called them back and was told oops sorry. That was it .

Food is good except this place does not have a baby changing station and that was very inconvenient.

Got here at couple of minutes before ten and doors were locked. Manager needs to fix this problem. They don't like customers close to closing time. Sales will plummet at this location.

I ask for a Simple Request of the Buffalo sauce that they serve with the Buffalo wings and was denied I was even willing to pay for the sauce I will not be going back the that Location for any of there food

U Ave a worker there that followed me home. N stalks me..her badge said charika at the Chowchilla CA location.. I believe she's on drugs...just to let u know she is violent

Chicken is Always old and dry, And is way more expensive than other KFCs and they DO NOT HONOR TV ADVERTISED DINNER SPECIALS. PASS ON THIS KFC🤷

Charika obrien your manager was rude did not give me my correct change back and cursed at my saying F off. Gave me soggy food

Horrible service and suddenly after MONTHS of being able to change the sides on the fill up deal, they say you have to pay for the gravy if you get 2 coleslaw's.

I've frequent this KFC and from the first time till today the service has declined - today was the decision maker never to return to eat here. The food is good as always but the service from the girl at the register has gotten worse & seemingly rude. When an employee cannot maintain a courteous attitude they must be relieved of their duty. I'm disappointed in the service I received.

The place was filthy. The door glass was covered in greasy hand prints and the place they kept the chicken hot was glass and you couldn’t even see through it. We finally just left without anyone taking our order. This was A Friday evening around 7:00 the first week in November 2025.

Always check your drive through order BEFORE you leave. Didn’t include biscuits with order even though they were on my receipt. Then never answered phone when tried to let them know 🤨👎

I ordered through the drive thru and when I went to pick up my food the employee made fun of my voice as he handed me the food, I don’t understand why honestly because I was polite to everyone I had an interaction with. Then as the employee slammed the door back they all laughed extremely hard at the fact that I stood there parked and confused for a moment. It was kinda pathetic though because said employee was a much older person and it shows that no matter how grown you are sometimes you never mature. I threw my food away because I was afraid they did something to it. Sad that you can’t just got to a restaurant and get your food and leave without having to be the joke that brightens up someone else’s monotonous day.

This Taco Bell is more expensive than any other Taco Bell in northern California! Its just Taco Bell. Standard ordinary Taco Bell. But their prices are almost double! Trust me. I work field service. I travel the roads. Save your money for Merced or Fresno.
