From the moment we walked into Via Brazil Steakhouse, the atmosphere immediately set the tone: relaxing, calming, elegant, and very upscale. It felt like the perfect place for a special occasion, yet still welcoming and comfortable. Our server **Alex** was phenomenal, and his supporting staff were truly top-notch, unbeatable service. Alex was incredibly helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable, and we honestly never had to wait for anything. The meat rotations were constant, and our drinks were always refilled without us ever having to ask. That level of attentiveness really elevated the entire experience. The Brazilian lemonade was absolutely amazing—refreshing, perfectly balanced, and one of the best we’ve had. As for the meat… wow. The beef was incredibly fresh and cooked exactly to perfection: medium to medium-rare; hot, tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Each cut was better than the last. Every server was friendly, helpful, and clearly took pride in what they were serving. The salad bar deserves special recognition. There were so many options, and everything tasted fresh and restaurant-quality. Our personal favorites were the fried bananas, the salads, and the beets, all absolutely delicious. The cheese selection was excellent as well, and for dessert, the flan and grill pineapples were the perfect sweet finish. We will absolutely be back, and we highly recommend that others come try Via Brazil. We’re uploading pictures because this place deserves to be seen as well as experienced. Exceptional food! This place FAR exceeded my expectations. Service and atmosphere were top-notch and every cut of meat I was served was amazingly tender and flavorful. The salads and sides were all delicious and the desserts were works of art. Our table of nine was well-attended to by friendly and efficient staff. I must add that I've been disappointed by steak houses over and over, but THIS PLACE KNOWS HOW TO COOK STEAK! the Filet mignon melts in your mouth and the Pecqueña was smoky, crispy on the outside and unbelievably tender. We will definitely go back to meet with our cousins, but I'm eager to try the one in Cedar Hill.

This place is outstanding. Outstanding service. Outstanding food. Great atmosphere. We decided to just go for the salad bar where everything was, as you can guess, very good. If I hadn't overindulged in all of great selection of sides, I would have loved to have some of the delicious looking and smelling meat the gauchos were walking around -- Next time, for sure. I will be back with a larger party.
Amazing experience at Vila Brazil from the food to the service! We came in having spent the afternoon by the lake not really dressed for a fancy dinner. Service was above and beyond what I’ve experienced even at nicer restaurants. The manager was super helpful with the kids coming by several times to check on them, even cutting pineapple on their plate and getting fresh french fries for the kids so my wife and I could eat!! Our waitress was great checking in on us just the right amount of times throughout the meal. The gauchos were very accommodating and attentive. The waitstaff never once let our drinks get below half full! All I can say is the passion and dedication the entire staff exhibited is second to none! WE WILL BE BACK!
Since they've opened I haven't had any issues what so ever. I love the staff and management. They are very welcoming and always very present while you dine. The two managers are always there running around as well making sure you are happy and if there's something as far as meats goes you want they make it happen. For the food. DELICIOUS!!! The salad bar has so many options hot and cold. It's so much better than the other Brazilian steak houses I've been to and always always fresh and they keep it stocked. Like I can't give them enough praise because it's just that good
Something about this place keeps my husband and I coming back quite frequently. The atmosphere is very relaxed and cozy. The food is always fresh from the salad bar to the meats. As far as service I can’t express enough on how amazing it is. Everyone is so kind and accommodating.
Every time we come here it has been so amazing! The waiters remember us (Camila) and we met the most sweetest waiter Kas! She went above and beyond for us. We brought our daughter and she kept her entertained and even helped clean her hands. Thank you so much to everyone there.
Awesome ambiance! Elegance! White table cloth and black napkins. Delicious, succulent! Roasted meats! Skillfully prepared. My was 5 star! She was very intuitive, proactive, courtesy, perceptive, folded my napkin multiple times as I exited for the vast array of salads and hot entrees provided with meat menu. If you ever been to south beach or Coral Gables opulence to express! This place has the same caliber.
Me and my wife treat our selves here. We live for the fried pineapple!!! It's like they season it. The pineapple juice explodes on every bite. The meats are piping hot. The meat is cooked medium rare to medium. Evey now and then they well bring a medium well. Im sure you can ask to be cooked longer. They asked us if we had special requests. The atmosphere is elegant casual if I had to put words to it. You can dress up like its a rare special occasion. The place easily fit the bill! Or sweats and sneakers they treat you like royalty all the same. The Owner eats there too. He waves and speaks! Smiles and talks to his employees like people. You can tell he cares about the place. The price is high but fair for what you get. Also includes buffet. I think including the drink would make it more economic though! $44+drink puts you well over 50 bucks a person if you go for dinner. Lunch is $27+drink. But its all you can eat real deal steak, chicken, pork, lamb brought to your table on steaming scures!!!!
Great view overlooking Rockwall lake. They make you feel like royalty bringing dish after dish of delicious different cuts and meats. Great value for your money You would spend between $25 to $50 on a stake ( depending on the restaurant) around the same area. And here you get to taste and choose from a variety of meats. At the time of my visit.( 01-2026 lunch on a Saturday) You get to pay $22 for choosing to have only the salad bar. But don't get fool by the name salad bar and think you'll be limited to only salad. There's plenty of different salad choices, as well as soups, pastas, and a limited choice of proteins. For $35, you get to enjoy the whole buffet. This does not include any drinks!. Overall a great experience inside a wonderful atmosphere surrounded by wonderful views. Laury, the manager made us feel at home, he is very attentive.

The best Brazilian steak house in dfw! The food is fresh and delicious. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. From the moment you walk in till when you leave you are treated so well! It is a beautiful restaurant that makes you think you’ll spend 100s of dollars when really it’s great prices especially for lunch! We have brought our employees and been many times as a family. I swear the serve just keeps getting better. Keep up the great work guys!
This place deserves five stars plus! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff is extremely professional and welcoming. I first came here with my company and enjoyed it so much that I decided to bring my wife back for a date night—and she absolutely loved it! What an awesome place. It’s officially our new date-night spot. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice, romantic experience. We will definitely be back!
This was my first time visiting this place. As soon as we walked in, the host greeted us right away. The atmosphere was really nice and elegant, and we got a table by the window with a beautiful view of the lake. The salad bar had plenty of options to choose from, and as a beef lover, I really enjoyed my portion — it was tender and tasty. I was so into the food I forgot to take pictures! The only downside was the espresso. It came without any crema, so I kind of knew it wasn’t going to be great — and it ended up tasting more like regular coffee. Other than that, everything else was great. I really enjoyed this place and would definitely recommend it!

For the love of all things holy, PLEASE keep this place in business! I was blown away at the staff, first of all. Everyone is incredible. So nice and hospitable. Our waiter, no joke, looked like Pedro Pescal. Are we joking? Not joking! I got a round of their signature drink for the table. It was reminiscent of a monitor without the mint. Delicious and they have additional flavors they can add. The atmosphere is so nice. We had a great view of the lake. The buffet had a great selection of sides, very impressive. Of the meat options, I enjoyed the filet, the flank steak and one other meat I forgot the name of. We topped the night off with the Brazilian coffee, which is mostly an Irish coffee, but carajillo ingredients. Fantastic. I 100% will be coming back here.
Came here for the first time with my boyfriend on our anniversary, and everything was just amazing! The food great and this restaurant was definitely the best service I’ve ever received! William M did a perfect job serving us and was such a kind gentleman! We will definitely will be coming again. 😊
From the live music to the very attentive staff to the MOST AMAZING FOOD this place is hands down the best restaurant in TEXAS! Our waiter Dan is from Brazil and spoke perfect English. And was able to teach us about the Brazilian grill and techniques which we intend to try at home. The owner Lowery introduced himself and made us feel like royalty. To say their place is 5 star does not say enough. This place came highly recommended and I was definitely not let down. I wish I would have gotten better pics of the food but could not stop eating.
When I tell you, this place is absolutely amazing. I am not lying From preserving a spot at 7 PM getting here on time seated on time. The salad bar is all by itself. The states is awesome. The service is amazing. You never have to raise your hand for anything they come to you so much that it’s like they’re at your beck and call in the car you turn up when you’re ready and down when you’re done only thing I didn’t really care too much for was the ribs but that’s only because they’re well done and I like steak to be medium. Everything was amazing. You gotta come here and the prices is very reasonable. and they have lunch specials.

Great offerings at Vila Brazil Garland tucked away in the corner near Bass Pro on the beautiful Lake Ray Hubbard Garland off of I30 EAST. Not only the wonderful choices of meats, but they also have a wonderful salad bar and also other entree type of food choices. This is a large restaurant with a full-size bar. Staff was very friendly and quick to bring whatever meat choices that you wanted. The parking lot is large with limited Handicapped options for parking. The price point is very reasonable for a Brazilian Steak House.
This is such a fun date night place! We love dining at Brazilian steakhouses and loved how close this one is to where we live! The salad bar had great variety and we were constantly being offered meats by the amazing waiters. We were seated quickly and had a great view of the lake. The whole staff was very friendly and kind! I would definitely go back!
Granted it being a Saturday, we had a party of 2 and did not have to wait too long about 25 mins at the time. Unfortunately, we found it super loud, we found ourselves yelling at each other the entire time. It was very clostrophobic feeling, everyone kept hitting my chair, the staff including the managers were scrambling and running around chaotically. I felt uneasy and anxious being in there. Our server William was great despite collecting my husband's plate before he was finished (William did end up making up for it in the end). We did a side order of the fried/melted cheese with honey but the cheese was not melted, there was 1-2 pieces semi melted and we drizzled the honey but for some reason it tasted a little bitter. Unfortunately, the only meat that was flavorful was the house picana but if you like any of the beef cooked medium or more don't count on it. We were not sure if anyone understood when we asked for medium doneness but all the cut on our plated were medium-rare to rare. The meats that only came out was mainly the picana, there was a chicken and sausage, and a pork that was super dry that I couldn't cut it. The only good thing I can say is that they do have a good selection of hot and cold sides at the buffet. But we were so disappointed and will not be back.
