I just went today, Sunday, August 17, 2025. I went to this branch, although I always go to Polanco. Since I really like the taste and had a craving, I looked for a different branch because I love its flavor. However, today my criticism isn't about the flavor; it's excellent, and the guy who served us did his best serving and cooking the food; he had a lot of work to do and gave his all. My criticism is for the owner, who knows this branch has high demand and only has one person serving, taking orders, and cooking; that's not possible. A loss to the service: two people serving so much demand, add more to your pay for the staff if the unit sells. And thank you to the staff for giving their all. I really appreciate your service!! Thank you so much!

The panini are otherworldly! Seriously. Also great selection of cheeses etc. But I got stuck at the panini.
We come here at least twice per week and honestly this place is a neighborhood gem. Incredible food - empanadas, tortas, paninis and many others!! The house wine is great and they have the best daily specials in Condesa. Amazing.

The Choripan and 3 Cheese paninis are some of the best sandwiches I've ever had, and reasonable prices. Great for quick takeaway!
Excellent flavor, a wide variety of paninis, for all tastes and stomachs. Warm, crispy sourdough bread. Truly a taste approved, approved, and endorsed by several palates that won't disappoint.
The selection of imports is impressive, the deserts are beautiful, the Paninis are scrumptious, and the service is as friendly as it gets

The paninis are delicious. I went for brunch on a Sunday, however, it was just my friend and me and the service was slow. For just the two of us, it felt like a long time, as did the checkout time. Maybe it was the branch we went to, but I'll definitely go back (to a different branch).
Great grab & go paninis. A bit pricey, but you do get a good amount of food. Nice lunchtime option.
They have so many products! Of course, prices are a little expensive, and it seems hard to have a smile from the employees, but it's a very cute location. I enjoy sitting there and have a glass of wine... or 2. ;-) Must admit I buy my weekly dose of cheese at that street corner, on Sundays.

The bread was stale and chewy. For the price (160 pesos on Uber Eats - November 2025), I expected decent bread. Furthermore, the description said it had ranchero-style ricotta cheese, but it only had panela cheese. It also said it had Italian lettuce, ground pepper, and chipotle, but it had none of that. The product was: a diet panini. Photo added for the establishment that requested it.
Terrible service from some—not all—of the staff at this branch. Despite our friendly approach, their responses are often unfriendly. We're not asking for servile service, but rather for calm and straightforward treatment. The last time we went, we simply decided to cancel our order because of their arrogant attitude—as if they were doing us a favor by selling to us! So, we just didn't buy from them, end of story!
Low quality, slow service, very disappointed. Go to other places in the street. Avoid this one, the value is not recommended.
