•Comments: Wow, they really did fall short. Sunday, March 10th, I ordered a BobbaCrew (tapioca) and literally, they gave us a matcha-flavored water, bitter, without stevia sweetener, liquid (no crushed ice), few tapioca, and also very expensive ($115). I definitely don't recommend tapioca drinks (I haven't tried the other drinks and can't comment). Shame... the place looked good. I loved the experience where they bring out the giant jars of infusions so you can smell them and choose the one you like best. They can make it frappé, cold, or hot, and you can add flavor pearls. Very customizable. Personally, I found it a bit pricey because it was almost $200 for a hot tea and an iced tea with milk and pearls. Plus, it has almost no flavor, and for being expensive, I think it should at least be delicious or have a stronger flavor. It's great that you can buy their teas in bulk (although of course, 100g can cost up to $400). The service is very friendly, though. 10/10 for the service.

I've always wanted to try this place where they sell all kinds of infusions for all tastes: IZLAH. I ordered an iced green tea. It tasted very bland because it had ice in it, which prevented me from fully appreciating the flavor. I paid 75 pesos. I still don't know if I'll go back... 🤔

The truth is, everything is bad... I bought a black tea and it tastes really, really bad... I even asked for an extra portion of tapioca, and nothing! The sugar was way too low. The same as the expectations! The tapioca was flavorless, the drink tasteless, and the service was average.

I ordered a strawberries and cream drink. They only put a third of the pearls it should have, and it tasted like sock water. Completely tasteless. I left a tip, and it was a terrible experience. Don't be stingy and make the drinks properly! I have no desire to return. The price does NOT match the quality OR quantity of the drink.

I didn't like it. Besides being very expensive, they wouldn't give me the large drink even though I paid for it. 130 pesos and the taste isn't good, plus there's very little tapioca. Almost none.

Expensive ($15 for two drinks), ‘a little sugar’ resulted in no sugar, and most egregiously of all, the tapioca had evidently been sitting out for multiple hours because it was wrinkly and super hard. Avoid.

The flavor is good, but the staff are horrible. Their service is terrible, and if you don't tip them (for giving you drinks to go), they're very rude and despotic. A truly awful experience. I would never return to this branch.

Today I went to the WTC branch and bought a "red fruit" herbal tea. It seemed like just hot water, hibiscus flavored, but very bland. Even with sugar, it didn't taste good. I do NOT recommend it. 😒 Before placing my order, I asked the guy for the menu to see the other flavors, and he told me that the supposedly red fruit herbal tea was the only one they had, that they didn't carry any others, even though I've been to other branches and they do have other flavors... At the end of my purchase, he said they didn't have any herbal teas because they were out of stock. I was annoyed. I bought a glass of hot hibiscus water for 69 pesos, expensive for what it was and with no good flavor. 😑

TERRIBLE! My drink had TWO HAIRS in it, and I realized it too late. 🤢🤢🤢 The service is okay, but they ask for a tip for just a to-go drink. Sounds like the owners are paying peanuts to me. These drinks are a little more expensive than usual, but the flavor is below average. I mean, they don't taste bad, but there are definitely much better ones. I wasn't going to leave a bad review, but as I was almost finishing it, I wanted to pick off a hair I thought was stuck to the outside, but it wasn't. The hair in the drink was the last straw. How disgusting! I hope they close this place.
