Very spacious, but the times I've been there have been problems with the managers, once because "it hadn't been contracted with music" so they charged several thousand pesos extra at the time (parents of the XVañera very angry), the next occasion was due to a lack of toilet paper in the bathroom and the guests had to help serve (argument of the bride in the administration), valet parking with an excessive charge, and cars in the street, they should be careful when answering in this room, it seems that they are half crooked.

If you don't want a bad experience at your special event, don't hire their services. The owners' management is terrible. I understand it's their space and they want to take care of it, but their restrictions, besides being unjustified since it's an event venue, weren't made clear from the beginning, preventing us from looking for other options. Even with very moderate sound, they demanded we turn it down to the volume they wanted. And not only that, we spent over 11,000 pesos on music for our event, and due to harassment from the owners, the DJs told us they were going to stop because they weren't allowed to do their job. They also acted rudely and considered it impossible to even slightly dim the lights to show a 2-minute video. They also tried to manage the schedule and itineraries as if it were their own event, and they treated our guests with a very despotic and rude attitude, even though, I repeat, it's not their party. They even threatened to turn off the lights if things weren't done their way. The party was exactly as they wanted it, not to mention the toilets ran out of water halfway through the event, and they wouldn't lift a finger to help, practically telling us to figure it out ourselves. I hope these problems can be avoided and that we don't make the same mistake we did.

A horrible experience. The lady keeps your things, she's arrogant and acts like she's giving you the service for free. I wouldn't go back for anything. People don't recommend it. The men's bathroom stinks and leaks in the restrooms... not recommended at all. If you leave something, they tell you "nothing ever gets lost here," and the next day, they say, "Who knows who did it?" when it's their house.

Unpleasant, I don't recommend it. Terrible experience from the owner to the valet parking attendant who charges for street parking but isn't responsible if something happens to the car, so what's the point of paying? And the owner loves to argue in the comments.

The service is terrible, and the valet parking staff is very rude, as is the owner. It looks bad arguing with people about comments you make, trying to get them to improve, but they take everything the wrong way. The truth is, their events are designed to make people never return. I've been to venues with lower budgets that are better, and they also include many of the things they promise here just to get you to hire their service. On top of everything, the owner seems to be asking for free things when the opposite is true: she's being paid for a full service. On top of everything, she doesn't give a contract, she keeps the things you bring for your event, and the things you forget, saying there was nothing there when they checked.

There is no parking (valet parking $50 pesos. And they park it on the street). When you bring your car, they ask you for money again. The reception is terrible, with a guy in a t-shirt and casual pants (drunk or drunk) in charge of the room. Large but dangerous, with no wheelchair access. The floor is unstable. They don't decorate; you put that in; the chairs are broken or in poor condition, the waiters are poor, there's no captain or anyone in charge of the service, there's no one entertaining (the entertainer is supposedly the sound technician). The staff makes you give a schedule, which is not respected, waiters are tipped at the end, there aren't enough waiters, they serve too much food and in the wrong proportions. The garden area is excellent, as are armchairs and inflatables for children. The bathrooms are clean, and when they run out of toilet paper, they don't provide any more. You have to be looking for the staff or owner for some detail (they are never attentive or they are kissing in the office, and they do not pay attention) it seems that they only care about money and not providing good service (that is why they are rented) BAD SERVICE and other details THEY SELL YOU MANY THINGS THAT ARE NOT TRUE.

The venue is just nice because the service is terrible; the DJ only plays background music if you don't tell him what to play, and your guests might leave. The waiters and the DJ secretly take your drinks and food, they don't provide good service, and they demand tips while also drinking your drinks during the event. The owner and manager lacks attention and tact during the event. They offer batucada balloons but don't provide them. If you don't request valet parking, they force you to pay $50 even though you park on the street. Honestly, I don't recommend this place.
