Terrible service and customer service. I'd been there before and everything worked perfectly, however, today, December 10, 2025, two hours passed without us receiving any service. When we decided to leave, the manager became aggressive and told us it was the last time we'd ever come to the place, as he wanted to charge us for the reservation after keeping us waiting for two hours without bringing a single bite to the table. The table where a couple of family members were sitting took more than half an hour to receive the bill. It's clear to me why the restaurant is declining and why it's empty during the holiday season. I'm not talking about the quality of the food because it's not bad, but rather the complete lack of attention from the staff and the arrogance with which they treat customers.
Excellent service, the waiter was very friendly. The paella was delicious. We went to celebrate my mom's birthday and she was delighted with the place.
Delicious food, great service, great location with friendly atmosphere. If you're staying in this district they are absolutely worth the quick walk for the local vibe and great flavors.
My husband and I visited yesterday. The paella is spectacular! The waiter's service is excellent. We will definitely return.
The food is incredible, truly delicious. It has that homemade touch that makes you feel right at home. I loved everything. 100% recommended. And the paella, simply spectacular.
It's a magnificent restaurant. Spanish food with authentic flavor, and the portions are generous. The service is excellent, and you feel well taken care of. Highly recommended.
DELICIOUS food. They have a wide variety, and Spanish dishes are their specialty (I highly recommend the Valencian Paella!). The place is very cozy, and the most important thing is that the service and attention are excellent, always attentive, respectful, and friendly.
Came here on Monday for dinner and the service was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and always coming by our table to make sure we didn’t need anything. I recommend the paella and house sangria.
"pulpo en tinto" and "pulpo gallego" were EXTREMELY tasty! interior is also nice and cosy.
I ate here with a Road Scholar group. The food, ambiance, and service were outsranding.
We visited the restaurant on Monday around midday, so there weren't any other customers. The waiter was very helpful and quick. We ordered what we'd been craving: paella. The paella was delicious, the rice wasn't dry at all, and it had a great variety of meats and seafood. I recommend trying the dark chocolate dessert; it's a delight! 😋
This shop has a English menu and friendly staff. There are reasonable and tasty cuisines. I recommend a beef steak and paella.
The owner is a stalker from Spain who stopped my wife in the middle of the street and asked for her phone number, then wouldn't let her move until she gave it to him. Response: Am I lying? You stopped my wife in front of your restaurant and told her you'd "seen her walk by several times." She gave you her number so you'd leave her alone. You then texted her to "get to know each other."
It was a good restaurant; we used to celebrate my mom's birthdays there, and we had a great time as a family. But the last time we went, the owners had a dog in the kitchen, which was completely unhygienic, no matter how much we love pets. They shouldn't be in a restaurant kitchen. To make matters worse, we even saw it relieving itself. We never went back to that restaurant. I hope there aren't any pets in the kitchen these days.
My husband and I went on Friday, September 6th, as we were staying at a nearby hotel. The waiter Miguel's service was very good, very attentive. The place was empty. This time, the paella didn't taste good; it smelled like it had been reheated from the microwave. The chicken pieces were dry. It seems like they cook a lot of paella, and since they have leftovers, they just take it out of the refrigerator. It's a very nice space, very well located, but it needs to be remodeled because all the furniture is very old, there are magazines piled up, and the decor is old and neglected. The fact that it's so empty speaks to the restaurant's difficulties. It can be a good restaurant again. I wish the owner luck. Best regards, Miguel! Very good waiter. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S BAD COMMENT: I'm giving you the waiter's name and attaching a photo of the credit card payment. You're a very rude person. No way do we eat for free, we even pay you. Your comment is from a crazy person. And because you don't listen to your customers, you're in this situation. I feel so sorry for you, that's why your restaurant is empty... and you'll stay that way. No. Do you think offending your customers will help you? You don't know anything about restaurants. Seek advice. I didn't offend you, but you offended me. Here's a photo of what you asked me for so you don't lie.
Excellent service, but I got food poisoning, which is unacceptable. The daily menu is very average. The carrot soup was overly salty, accompanied by very hard and dry bread. The paella is of average to low quality (dried shrimp, a strange-tasting chistorra sausage, dry chicken, and it didn't seem fresh). I wouldn't return.
