The excellent service makes up for the terrible donuts. The cashier recommended a drink that wasn't on the menu, but based on his experience, it was very well-balanced. I ordered half a dozen Homer's to go, and when I got home, surprise! They were tough and flavorless. Perhaps the worst donuts at any Dunkin', but kudos to the barista and cashier.

Café malo, sabía a quemado, lo chicos se esmeran pero el mollete estaba demasiado refrigerado, sabía mal.

Estoy harta del trato al cliente de esta sucursal. Estaba perfecto hace dos meses y recientemente cambiaron el personal. Karen siempre esta de mala cara, se equivoca en las ordenes y es ineficiente al preparar los cafes. Siempre hay muchísima fila porque son lentos. En una ocasión se equivocaron dos veces en mi orden porque los empleados no paraban de platicar. Hoy se rehusaron a darme un popote para una bebida fría. En general pésima experiencia.

Siempre acudo a esta sucursal y en general todo bien, pero estas tres últimas veces que eh acudido a comprar un café todo mal, tres días seguidos, me dijeron que su máquina no servía, que solo tenían donas o bebidas que no fueran a base de café, y ahora que vuelvo a ir y vuelvo a pedir un café “iced caramel macchiato” me dicen que si y al momento de pagar me dicen que ya no tienen caramelo que me lo pueden preparar con vainilla o con moka ósea una bebida totalmente diferente a la que pedí. No entiendo como estas cosas les pueden pasar tan seguido, deberían tener más cuidado a esos detalles.

I don't understand how a police meal in the US that doesn't cost more than $5 here is so expensive. It doesn't correspond to the reality of the country. A donut costs almost 40 pesos, better one from any bakery and at most 15 or 20 pesos, clarified I lived in the US for several years.

I know it's better to ask, but I ordered a caramel latte from their $74 menu, but they don't mention that extras cost extra, it ended up costing $105. I suggest they warn you beforehand. Also, there was a lot of ice and very little coffee.
