Today was my Birthday so I went there to get my Free Drink! Bought a Chocolate chip Croissant and that was delicious! Staff is Always Friendly ... I Love my Venti Iced Chai Tea Latte with Nonfat Milk With Sweet Cream Foam - as I am Lactose Intolerant. ❤️ You may order this with Soy Milk, Oatmilk or Almond Milk ... I love there New Caramel Mocho Frappaccino with 2%Milk and Salted Caramel Drizzle on the Sweet Cream Foam!!!! Their Black Iced Tea with Lemonade is Absolutely Delicious Too!!!

Inside Target, never had a problem here. Usually quiet. Quick and accepts Starbucks cards (not all do). Slightly smaller food selection compared to a standalone store.
Always fast, friendly, and very consistent.
I have to say, this Starbucks is by far the best one in the area. Not just because of the drinks being made great every single time but also because of the staff, especially Amy and Chasity! They’re wonderful upbeat personalities, their dedication to the customers, and their passion for the place. I will forever go here, because of them. Higher ups please take this into thought and show them appreciation, you made an amazing choice bringing them two into the company.

This locations has always been consistent with the way drinks are made well. They have the same awesome employees not a big turnover at all. Very friendly. Unlike the one down the road next to Texas Road House. No comparison. Thanks team 😊

Ordered a drink today, and since having it I've vomited multiple times. I'm not sure if temps aren't right for the dairy or what but something was bad in the drink
Suppsed to he open unril 9pm yet rarely is. I understand the staffing shortages because of Covid but the hours fluctuate so much its ridiculous. I just tried to go here at 5PM on a Saturday and the stores closed. EXTREMELY IRRITATING, WILL NOT BE BACK.
Very unfriendly staff ... NOT helpful at all! Long wait times, drinks not hot. If you're going to have a Starbucks in Target, please have the quality of Starbucks!
never EVER had to wait at starbucks. i went in around 12pm and was told there was a 45 min wait. what type of “fast” service is that.
I had a mobile order drive thru experience today with a young barista that was disappointing and unfortunate. When the drive thru window opened, the barista said nothing and looked annoyed, but was reaching my drink out to me. I totally empathized, sometimes customer service is so draining, so I gently said “Thank you!” with a smile. I am also a young girl in customer service just like her, and I thought having a kind pass off would maybe help her feel better! Who knows- maybe the last customer was rude and maybe a nice one could remind her that I am indeed grateful for her work to make me a nice beverage! As it turns out, I was actually the issue! She only said “Next time please press the button”. Now, this confused me, so I replied “Oh! There’s a button?” thinking maybe there was a physical button at the drive thru or something?! She then replied “in the app there is a button for the drive thru” and I then realized I must’ve accidentally placed an order to walk in and pick up! As I’m starting to say “Oh! I’m so sorry about that!” (because I understand that’s probably quite inconvenient) she grinned and loudly interrupted me to say “BYE!” and shoo me away. (I was the only car visible in line, and wasn’t there for more than 30 seconds). I have to imagine that either she is the manager, or that the manager wasn’t around and in ear shot because it was that spiteful of a remark. I felt so embarrassed. I just didn’t realize that I made the mistake. I was genuinely sorry. I was so taken back by this that all I could do was continue to try to be kind and say “Oh, well, have a nice day” as I quickly drove off. It made me feel really sad, I genuinely meant no harm yet she clearly did. Her tone was rude and condescending which was confusing because I had only tried to be polite at the window and when mentioning my order at the drive thru speaker. I am a timid and shy customer, aware that sometimes customers are demanding or rude and I just wanted to get my beverage and continue on my nice day! Honestly, I was feeling great before this interaction. I made an honest mistake and I meant no harm by not pressing the drive thru button. And, I totally would have learned from my mistake had she just explained calmly in a not accusatory way that it’s easier on them if I make sure to hit the drive-thru button. But interrupting me to say “BYE” while I was saying “Oh, I’m so sorry about that” is rude and unprofessional. Her tone was just so mean and I didn’t do anything mean to deserve this treatment, just made an honest mistake. Truthfully, this barista spoke down to me as if I had knowingly gone out of my way to make her job miserable. It is worth noting that it was not busy at this time, it was around 4:45pm, and my order was just one large drink- nothing too complicated and with no special instructions. I was as kind and respectful as one can be, especially because I also work customer service!!!! I get it!!! And if I had been rude and demanding, I totally would’ve deserved this disrespect, but I wasn’t. I really regret spending my money here today, and was additionally too fearful that my drink was tampered with by a spiteful worker to try it. For this reason, I will not return to this location. I didn’t mean any harm, but it was certainly returned to me. It had total *mean girl from high school* vibes, and really troubled me during my drive home. I am not usually the type to leave reviews, but found this experience so out of the ordinary and upsetting that I wanted to share for fellow drive thru customers who want to avoid this sort of negative social interaction. Please, do better for other sensitive customers. Mistakes are inevitable, but there is a kind way to approach letting customers know about the “drive thru button”, and there is a mean way. She chose the latter.
I had ordered a medium vanilla latte with pumpkin spice muffin. While waiting, the cashier young lady was scratching her forehead and continue to take orders instead of sanitizing her hands. Then I noticed that she didn’t get my pumpkin spice muffin (which I am glad since she did not sanitized her hands). Another young lady ( in which she was very nice) came up to me and had given the muffin. But when I got home it was not baked fully. I am very disappointed.
I mobile ordered ahead, waited an extra 20 minutes and, therefore, was late for an appt which they canceled on me because I was late. What's the point of mobile ahead if it is not ready on time? Never mind what you have done with points and half the time my drink is correct and half the time it is not. Sorry starbucks. I have given you plenty of chances. Using up my points and going back to McDonald's and Dunkin.
This location was very efficient and great the first two weeks they were open, and have quickly fallen downhill. We get coffee almost every morning on the way to work and they get orders wrong consistently, almost on the daily. The frustration of having to constantly go back to fix simple coffee orders has led us to get coffee elsewhere.
After being inside location and only person in line for going on 10 minutes nobody says anything to you just comes up and says it will be 15-20 minutes. I am sorry but we were the only people in store. Sad crew today
Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Two of the employees were talking for five minutes about how a customer had complained to them earlier and I qoute them "I don't give a F$&k how her coffee tastes." While I was waiting for them to take my order. Honestly they need new management because I agree with the women that complained the coffee I had ordered was terrible they screwed up my order too.
Waiting 45 minutes for a latte and a cup of coffee is ridiculous! The management here needs to do something about this. The coffee is overpriced as it is, but then having to wait for 45 minutes on top of that. The barista said they were backed up, but they should have refunded the order at that point. My wasted time is worth more than the overpriced coffee.
