Very well run Starbucks. I love that when you are out of something seasonal, your servers know how to suggest another great drink. Very socialable and made amazing drinks. Thank you! Strawberry and cream frap classic style was incredible, as was my dirty blond iced Carmel cookie crumble drink... Thank you! 😊 Definitely recommend this location.
Bery friendly staff. Always have smiles on their face and go out of their way to be friendly and fast.. The place is always clean and I must say it is probably the best Starbucks I have ever gone to.. Wish I could give them 10 Stars
Great service same price delicious coffee no matter where you are!
Ordered through the mobile app, so I can't speak on how fast the service was, but the drinks were just like any other Starbucks. I like the location, I like the building, and their bathrooms are clean, so overall a good Starbucks experience.
Update: changed from 4 stars to 5. They are now speedy with drinks. Very new Starbucks, and it shows. Very slow with making drinks... but thats to be expected. However everytime I go back, they get a bit faster. Last time I went was during lunch rush.. and it only took a couple minutes! Counter people are great with suggestions to add on to drinks. Very friendly staff.

I came here for a few weeks since I was traveling visiting family but still had to work. Everyone here is nice. I was reading the reviews that it’s expensive. I thought so too but I guess since it’s out in the middle of nowhere I can see why. Since I use the WiFi i wasn’t too worried about the price. My hot spot wasn’t that great in this area so I had to come here.
I come here a few times a week. I usually order with the app so my drinks are usually ready right when I show up. I've got the timing down pretty good now. Only takes a minute out of my commute to work by doing it that way. The bathrooms are weird. You wash your hands outside of the restroom and there isn't any towels or hand dryer. At least there wasn't the two times I used the restroom. Plenty of seating, and they have free coffee grounds for your garden/worm farm if you want them. I came one time and the lobby was closed but the drive thru was open. My work truck won't fit in the drive thru, I ordered from the app so I had to ask someone going through the drive thru to get my order. All in all, good place

The young man taking the order was very polite. Although, the barista was a little slow. They also seemed to be out of stock of a few things I asked for.
My order was for a vanilla Frappuccino with 2 shots of expresso grandi. It was reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, which was a big help for my friend. She has never been in a Starbucks..omgosh!!! She ordered one like mine except Mocha. They were both delicious. She loved it!!! The bathroom was very clean and they even toilet paper. A plus!! I totally recommend Starbucks!!
Friendly staff I have only been in the dine in area once (I use the drive thru a lot). The inside was clean and had plenty of seating. Their drive thru is quick. I have never waited longer than 5 to 8 mins.
It's a normal Starbucks, and drinks are good. However, the employees are a bit slow, but that's reasonable since its new. What I don't like is that they don't have workers on sunday. Over all its 4 stars
A Starbucks like most others, polite baristas and a drive through. It's convenient and predictable, with Starbucks you know what you're getting.
We always enjoy the friendly staff except for today .. we just went thru the drive & the guy really needs to work on his customer service he didn't give us straws & when I asked he seemed very put out & said uh&we'll we only have small straws do you still want them ? Well of course we want straws how else am I going to drink a vente Frappuccino with out a straw ???? We're very disappointed in today's coffee experience
Brand new Starbucks so they are a little bit slower because they are training everybody, but they have a drive thru, bathrooms, and an indoor seating area that is quite large and sleek looking. The ultra modern look of the place is pretty nice. They forgot to make my drink but, went out of their way to make the drink as fast possible eve though there was a line.

It's one of the better locations as far as quality in flavors go (all Starbies are not equal in that). Staff know what they're doing and are friendly. I wish the menu had more healthy options reduced in sugar and sugar free. I go to other coffee houses more often because I can order something at those places that aren't saturated with sugar but still have loads of flavor.

It was turned down , so we could at least hear each other. Someone went and cranked it up again. It was hard to have our coffee and chat. That's why 3 stars. I still recommend this place but maybe to go.
I rated 4 stars as this is the only starbucks that will give you a venti ice water instead of the trenta I asked for. I generally spend $15.00 or more at every starbucks visit. Not just this store.

Starbucks began its business with a friendly, attractive and professional staff with clean restrooms. They smiles are long gone. Now the ONLY reason to go to Starbucks is the clean restroom. What was left behind (in the toilet) and what I paid for, in my view is equal trade. $2.85 for use of a public toilet is not too bad. I was smiling.

This has always been a weird place for me to rate. More concerned with efficiency than customer service, which if you read my other reviews I don't always view as a bad thing. If the food is stellar though which I mean it's starbucks come on. Often drinks look better than they actually are. Feels like there's often drinks that are watered down. This place doesn't deserve less than a 3* though. Reviews were someone just leaves a 1* because a worker didn't bend over backwards for them twice are just a joke.

This was dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to. I wonder if the manager notices the bathroom floor stains. In the coffee room, collected dust and dirt is under all chairs and tables. They don't own a mop here. If the establishment is this dirty, you wonder how clean is the food handling?
I feel bad for this starbucks. Not only is the layout a nightmare but the staff is confused. Almost everything on the menu was out of stock and the workers seemed poorly trained. I can tell they weren’t expecting this many people to show up. I wish this starbucks was better because this location is so good! Lake County goes crazy for new chains and new shops and this place is busy! (i waited 40 minutes for a green tea btw)
It's a Starbucks. That being said this place is regularly slow on mobile orders. Don't depend on them to be ready on time if you are on a time crunch. On more than a few occasions I've shown up just after the estimated ready time and have had to wait an extra ten to twenty minutes.
The Saturday demand far exceeds the capacity for this rural Starbucks. The staff worked so hard but the orders poured in. You could see it happening. One jerk in a store full of 20 others before him yelled at the staff for the wait. So entitled! His young companion, maybe granddaughter, was mortified! What a smuck! AND there was not a person over 25 behind that counter. Shame on the owner operator. If your service can't meet demand, turn off mobile orders on the weekend. Drive through and walk in would still be a challenge. You sure weren't there hustling with your team or taking the heat. Another smuck! Shame on both of you. What sort of legacy will you leave (scar) on this world for being selfish?
First time ever had the rudest employee @drive-thru window. Mobile ordered 2 separate orders(for bonus reward 🌟's) and she argued with me 😳 She went back to look & found out I was right. Grabbed 2nd scone and basically tossed it at me with a scowl- no apology -no nothing. WoW
This place is always a hit and miss. We order the same drinks but everytime they are made different, the order ahead is always down, and they close the inside and keep the drive through open which then its backed up to the street.
Sunday morning and they don't have enough coffee for two orders. We wanted a venti and a grande dark roast and they had only enough for a ventilator. How long, we said. 10 minutes. Not the first time this starbucks has been unprepared for a bust morning.

These guys are always closing their cafe to do drive-in only, or closing down entirely for a day or two, and for some reason their constantly running out of items. It's the most unreliable Starbucks I've ever seen and I have no idea why.
2 green tea matcha lattes =🤮🤮🤮 2 mochas =🤮🤮🤮 4 drinks within 2 days that absolutely tasted horrible. All drinks were barely lukewarm and none of them had any kind of sweetness. I am very disappointed as is my sister. They need to retrain or something.
It seems to me that anytime I try and hit this Starbucks when I’m in town they’re closed for some reason. Like today I get there it’s 5:10 pm and there’s a sign on the door saying drive through only 5 AM to 4 PM. But I see at least four people in there, just standing around. So I knock on the door and the employees that see’s me holds up four fingers and shaking them at me And I said through the door. Well it’s 5pm your sign says until 4pm. Then she proceeds to shrug at me. But doesn’t come up to the door. So I get back in my car and plan to go to use the drive-through. Well they had an employees car parked in front of the drive-through blocking it off. I have been a Starbucks loyal customer since I was 18 when I worked at Starbucks. For a brand new Starbucks to be constantly closed or constantly closing early when they’re not supposed to close is mind-boggling to me.
My wife comes here almost every day. Some days are good, And some days are absolutely terrible. ( like today, 1PM, Sunday, oct 23) She made her order, specified she wanted to use her points. The lady at the drive through scanned my wife's phone, then said oh no points, you did it wrong, and its too late to get the points. THEN, she gave my wife the wrong drink, refused to remake it, and instead gave my wife a cup of vanilla, without care, then told my wife to fix the drink herself. Meanwhile we heard employees yelling every profanity you could think of, with customers able to easily hear, around elderly customers and children. We have encountered similar situations at this location multiple times, and for this reason we will have to take our business elsewhere now, I wouldn't recommend this establishment at all, given my complaint, and others listed here.
Im new here at this is my 2nd time coming to this Starbucks their customer service is terrible. I’ve had 2 different cashiers and they both have had terrible customer service. Also the 2 times I’ve been there they always mess up my order and argue with me that I order that when I’ve told them on the screen when I order all was correct! Definitely not coming back to this place!
1 year update: Still only one usable outlet in this location. There are many outlets on the ceiling though, completely out of use for customers. Seemingly, this location has no desire for students from the local community college to use their location to study, let alone anyone else that works on a computer. I fight over one outlet every single visit... EDIT: Dropped it to one star because no toilet paper in bathroom... but plenty of seat covers to use instead... :( Worst Starbucks I've been to. I want to give them a break because they're new, but a thirty minute wait for an iced coffee is just silly. There are like 8 people behind the counter, the drive thru isn't even open yet and they still have a serious problem. Not only that, they are out of a massive amount of items. Lastly, and this is the most ridiculous part, there is a grand total of ONE (1) power outlet in this Starbucks... How could a Starbucks possibly think this was a good idea? This is an incredibly oblivious decision by a company that wants to create a "second home" for it's customers. Most Starbucks are a hub for students and working professionals alike. However, this one will never be, because of this very simple, yet unbelievable design flaw. Maybe one day it will be a Starbucks that deserves to be a part of the franchise, but today, it's a far shot from the average Starbucks location.
Raising the price on your beverages, more than 20% in a day will lose Your clients. As a faithful Starbucks consumer since 1999 I will no longer be buying beverages at Starbucks. $6.25 for a chai tea is ridiculous last week it was $5.45. I’m done.
The manager was so rude she has no right to talk to costumers like that I will never come back here!! I only left one star because I can’t leave 0!!
Longest wait at any Starbucks ever. I don't mean to leave such a 1 star review but the wait is literally insane. Workers look confused, orders don't make sense, and it takes forever to get one coffee. I will change my review if I come through again next time. I guess I'll just stick to the Lakeport Safeway Starbucks. Avoid unless you have an hour to wait for a single item.
Second time here. Very slow and the second time they are out of their mocha sauce. Won’t be visiting this one, and I frequent Starbucks often. This one is not managed properly.
The parking lot is so small and they park people so often that the parking lot fills up and people get trapped. I've actually gotten hit in this parking lot. If I order ahead, I shouldn't be parked.

My drink doesn't look like the picture, I know it's always never right to the picture, but come on, there's not even foam in the cup. It barely looks like it was even done. I'm just tired of always coming to this Starbucks. And they don't have the ingredients, then they make the drink. Then they tell you they don't have the ingredients. It's not the manager. It was the employee making the drink he knew what he had and didn't, The lady of the cashier was great. I just don't understand why there's no better communication from the barista to the cashier it's simple. And a lot of the times they don't have the ingredients being delivered, I get it small town, but all i'm asking is for better communication and if you don't have the right ingredients, then say coming back soon for the drinks. And the worst thing about it is that i showed him how unsatisfied I was, and there was no offer of remaking my drink or offering me a different one.That's probably why i'm so upset about it. It's not that they didn't have their ingredients. It's that they didn't even offer a new drink , especially how 😡 upset I showed at the counter when picking up my coffee.
