Wife has been going there just about every morning. Gets the same thing. Recently the plain bagel with butter as a side. They now say they can't put it on the bread without a $1.25 up charge. But it's free if it's just in the bag? Big kid there said the owner isn't gonna even offer butter anymore? Rude staff and changing policy. Bye bye as a customer.

How is this called Einstein’s when they don’t even serve Einstein’s bagels? Literally looks and tastes like Thomas’! (Note: I drove to a Ft Worth location the same day and took a picture of theirs…and they’re completely different bagels)

Just a kiosk in gas station, just a gas station restaurant that has bagels. Would skip if you’re really looking for a bagel. ladies at counter very nice

Now they're not Einstein's they need to start over and not do Bagels at all. literally got a bagel with Philadelphia cream cheese packets the country bagel that's supposed to be like the Einstein Farmhouse Bagel was supposed to be an asiago bagel instead they took a plain bagel sprinkled some cheese on it and it was terrible. For whatever reason they're not part of Einstein but they seriously need to either go back to Einstein or like I said just start over with something completely new that has nothing to do with Bagels ,biggest waste of money. And the guy that was working there it would have been really helpful if he would have mentioned ,"hey everything's different we don't have the schmear, we don't have the same bagels, or anything, warning us that it's nothing like it was , before we spent $18. Just when I thought cleburne could have something good, they change it and it's AWFUL!!

They close at 2pm and had 3 bagels left, I typically don’t even heat the bagel up so why they couldn’t sell me a bagel is beyond me, pure laziness and didn’t want my business apparently Update 11-2 at 930 am They bearly had any bagels and refuse to make anymore, management does nothing about the situation even you post negative reviews, they will receive no 5 star rating from me

I discovered the farmhouse bagley a few months ago and every location I have gotten it was great until I came here and was served by James the mngr I showed him there was no cream cheese or so little it was laughable only one tiny piece of bacon he looked at it and said its OK that's when I knew I was dealing with a rude clueless person got my money back and I will never come back hear for a bagel what a terrible experience

Always dissapointed when I go here because they are always out of something. Out of bagels, out of meat, out of eggs. Such a bummer, because I normally love Einstein Bagels.
