This Domino's does a great job! The food is always good and made to order. The delivery guys are super nice (be sure to give them a good tip!). When we are in the mood for pizza, this is our "go to" place

I must say that first time I ordered from here and tho my pizzas was a bit cold but man the manager Kandy that was there on July 7 2023 was awesome 👍👍😎👍😎 she made sure we had paper plates and napkins made sure our sauces was in the bag and thank you for being so amazing thank you

I work at the hospital and didn't realize the cafeteria was closed today. Starving I placed an order online with Domino's at noon. I expected to wait at least an hour since it was lunchtime. in 30 minutes I was eating my pizza. It was hot, just like I ordered it, and really good.

Best pizza coupons come from their app and are the most used of all my pizza favs. Each time I have placed an order online it has come out picture perfect. The staff are amazing and quite as the most seasoned of ninjas when they deliver your order carside. The award programs is absolutely worth it and free pizza is always a broke-gurl favorite.

What some people don't think about is the time time in their history and the time that they were a trainee somewhere... we all start somewhere, and we all have, at some point, not known what to do until we are taught. I previously commented under the name "Not sure " ,so you can read my experience, and unless you were born with a silver spoon in your mouths, I'm sure you can relate....i didn't get my refund tonight, but I did get a pleasant call from the manager on duty Laurie, explaining the circumstances. Whether things go right monetarily or not, just the fact that she remembered me after hours on a busy Friday night was worth more then money in every way. One of the best Dominos around! My pizza is always hot and just how I like it. The delivery service is amazing. All their staff are extremely friendly, very helpful, and always offer the day’s specials. Their drive through is also very nice and convenient. Definitely recommend ordering pizza here!

I really like this Domino’s so I give this domino’s Pizza a lot of business. The manager Morgan is a great manager if something is wrong she is quick to make is right. Justin is also very good and always makes my pizza’s perfect. Even when they are super busy they give their best. There are a few other employees that are also good but I forget their names.

Went to domino's yesterday ordered the new garlic parm.stuffed crust pizza it was delicious,hot,and plenty of toppings.Will definitely be back to this location on Henderson in Cleburne.

The Cleburne Domino's has not disappointed me since I moved here in November 2021. They are quick to get my food to me and it is hot and fresh. I placed an order today and it was delivered in under 20 minutes! Food was hot and fresh! Parker has been my delivery driver a few times now and he is always so friendly and has a smile on his face. I just wanted to come on here and say that our delivery driver Jarod was absolutely awesome! He was so sweet and upbeat. He made us laugh and just really took the time to make sure our experience was personalized. I know it sounds ridiculous to talk about pizza delivery being personalized, but it was so refreshing to be greeted by someone with such a positive attitude!

I was offered a coupon upon ordering that didn't apply to me and another which applied to me before I completed my order with them. I love this location now that it's part of the Mark of Excellence franchise!!! The quality of the food has improved dramatically. As a former Domino's employee I'm very picky about pizza. (I did not work at this location, but I did work for Mark of Excellence at a different location in the metroplex.) Please continue to be awesome because y'all are freaking killing it now with the food and the customer service!!!!!

Most of the time they're spot on even accommodating to special requests. This time they were slacking on the cheese. Suggestion: Add a section for special requests on your website.

I enjoy Domino's, the staff is always friendly and prompt. I was a little late getting my order picked up and im guessing they don't have a warmer to keep the food warm and when I picked it up and home it was cold. I feel that the order should be finished out down to the drinks and condiments cuz when I got home realized I didn't have the 2 icings or the 2 liter of dr.pepper. if the order was completed and kept together that wouldn't have happened. When I arrived home my bf had picked up the same thing at Domino's as well which was the 19.99 combo special. He too was missing his icing and 2 liter of Dr pepper. I usually don't have an experience like this, just left me a little disappointed and aggravated when not having everything when you get home and ready to eat. Im sorry but felt I needed to point this out. Im still a fan😏

Update: Cleburne store is fast! Although their day shift makes a little bit better but they're both edible and good. Manager has made my incorrect orders good and very quick to respond. Will continue as a customer! Service was very slow. Also there was an employee walking around eating while cooking pizza and standing at the make line.

The only problem I seem to have the majority of the time is their app not working properly and can't redeem offers, but food generally ok and service at local location has been good. Not bad for the price.

Not sure what they've done to their crust but it has definitely changed. Just brought home 3 pizzas and they were good but the crust is just weird... Like whole wheat or cauliflower.. Meh.

My order was made and delivered quickly. But one pizza, which was a thin and crispy crust pizza, was burned on the edges. It should not have passed the quality check. Very disappointed with this one pizza. The hand tossed crust pizza was perfect.

Ordered our food and it delivered to two different apartments before they actually got it to us solve the 20-minute delivery time turned into an hour and a half of us waiting but half the neighborhood got free pizza because they kept giving it to the wrong doors

Went in to get 3 large pizzas. New guy on register, I had a promotion pulled up on my phone...this promotion was only on the website...new guy wanted to argue we don't have that deal. I'm showing you your website and the promotion I want this right here. No we don't have that deal. The crew leader or shift mgr finally stepped in and took care of me. Pizzas were all great once I got them home.

Pizza was good but would have been better with peppers and parmesan cheese cause when I asked for peppers and parmesan cheese for my pizza,which all needed was enough for one large pizza they were going to charge me over $2 for it. I have never heard of a pizza place charging for peppers and parmesan cheese. And I am definitely not paying a third of what I paid for my pizza. That is like going to McDonald's and them charging you for ketchup and salt & pepper. Needless to say I won't be ordering pizza at Domino's again when I have other choices of pizza that don't charge!!!!

We have ordered from this Dominoes a few times. Twice the crusts were burnt and the third time a used a coupon for medium pizzas for $6.99 each; any type crust. I bought 2 and was charged $8.99 for one and $6.99 for the other. They could not explain why one was more than the other and would not honor the coupon and it was their stores coupon.

My order is never right. Which is so sad because I truly love Domino's. I could eat their everyday but I never get my marinara sauce. They forget my salad half of the time. I could go on and on. I have called in the past to get corrected but am tired of doing so! Yes yes I still order from Domino's because I love their food....

the wait time for a pick up is to long. there was another car in front of me last time i went. I sat 15 min waiting because the person in front was talking to the person at the window. I do not know if they were ordering food or something because they left with no pizza. Soooool.... 15 min wait fro the person in front not to get a pizza idk it was weird.

They've messed up my order on more than one occasion. It seems to have become a habit. Have not returned since my last visit nor do I plan to. Overall service is nothing to really say that is worth speaking of. Manager on duty needs to learn to speak privately to employees when scolding them and not when customers are inside the store etc. That is not professional or acceptable.

Can you get someone to acknowledge customers at the counter for carry outs. Shouldn't have to wait 10+ minutes before being acknowledged. The employee who was supposed to working the counter just kept folding boxes and no other employees, who clearly saw me, said anything to alert her. Then had to wait another 10+ minutes for someone to simply bring my pizza from the completed rack to the other side of the counter. The box folding counter girl was too busy. Don't plan to come back. Update: wife was craving Dominos...subpar service hasn't changed.

Ordered last night and it took over an hour to get the order because half of it was still at the store. Then the guy left WITH half our order and another driver came and delivered only half of our order, then finally got the rest cold. THEN, I ordered again tonight to get a pizza and wings because we actually enjoy the food and the pizza cheese was all off the pizza and on the cardboard

Dominos has definitely improved over the past few months. I love their Parmesan Stuffed Crust Pizza! Best in town! My complaint isn't the quality of food or the service but with the location itself! While pulling into the drive to pick up my order, I bottomed out and almost had my front end ripped off of my car! I had to park and check for damage. My front end was detached and dragging and I had to use a few zip ties to attach it back on till I can really try to fix it in morning! It's night time so it's hard to check any other damage but I think it was just my front end. While pulling out of the parking lot I was sure to ease out carefully but still my tail pipe scraped the pavement hard. I just want to mention so everyone reading needs to be weary of pulling in and out of the parking. I highly recommend parking in the taco bell parking lot next door and walking over if you order carry out. And Domino's... I highly recommend fixing the steep entrance to your store before yall are paying for damages on vehicles. Otherwise, my experience here and opinion of the food is excellent.

I got the Pacific Veggie with mushrooms, onions, spinach, tomatoes, black olives, and garlic Parmesan sauce. I was so disappointed with it. There was an ok amount of black olives and tomatoes, but the mushrooms, spinach and onions were nonexistent.

Used to go to this location often. Lately I've been ordering from here and the pizza has been BURNT! Said something the next time I ordered and sure enough the pizza was burnt AGAIN! never again. I'll go else where! Shouldn't have to pay for a burnt product. Over it

We went by tonight to order pizza. Pulled up to the window and was told that I couldn't order there, I had to go in......are you kidding me? There was no one even in line!! I was the only car. I wasn't planning on sitting at the window the whole time. Since my $ is no good there, we left. RIDICULOUS customer service skills.

Salty sauce really dominoes ??? Usually go go to spot for pizza when I need a something in a pinch but the last order on Sunday was horrible the sauce was super salty 😩. I love the garlic sauce most of the time because tomatoe sauce give me wicked heart burn. It today it was horrible like it was so bad it make my stomach up set major loss. if your looking for pizza hit up the stop on Main Street called Giovanni’s way better pizza hands down. This place needs a complete management makeover, and phone system makeover as well. Can never get thru to anyone. Pizza takes well over an hour sometimes 2 to get an order. I am finished with Domino's. Your reviews are complete garbage. Take a hint, and fix this store. It's unacceptable running a business like this. I have already emailed Domino's. This is the 2nd time, and still same problem.

No longer a customer. Usually order because no other options, but this order finalized it... put up with horrible customer service, ridiculous delivery boundries and now the almost worst pizza in the county. Tried to order from a business address and was told they stop delivery at the business .06 tenths of a mile away.. BUTT they deliver to the houses directly across the street??? The delivery guy (because I had to have it delivered to another address) was all upset because he had to wait a whole 2 minutes for me to get there.. odd they said 45-50 minutes for delivery, but it only took 15 minutes. Which brings me to problem #3... The toppings on the heated up cardboard-like crust. Supposed to be 2 medium, 2 toppings hand tossed.... well hardly. 1st pizza had almost no cheese, extra tomato sauce and overcooked pepperoni. The 2nd pizza had plenty of cheese almost no pepperoni and was hard. BOTH pizzas appeared to be already cooked and sitting around waiting for a customer.. the was stiff cheese under the melted cheese on pizza #2 and the #1 pizza was only warm. The pepperoni on #1 were curled up as if it were reheated multiple times. In the picture, the slices on the left were #1 and right is #2... they are supposed to look alike, because they were supposed to be pepperoni and extra cheese... Bye bye Domino's

Ordered two pizzas on 10/24/18. It took an hour and 15 min for them to be delivered, even though the location is a 5-min drive away. Pizza arrived at literally room temperature, not even warm, much less hot. Total garbage. Filled out a comment form on the dominos website detailing the experience, no response whatsoever. Avoid this location!

Poor service. I waited at the drive-thru for 30 minutes and employees saw me, but never came to the window. I saw 3 pizzas hit the floor from rolling out of the oven. I understand that it gets busy, but there were plenty of insiders working to help out with the oven. They also moved food off the warming wracked and put them elsewhere, getting cold, also where my food went. I was amused by seeing them work slow on a busy day and letting food get ruined. I wouldn't recommend this place, at least not when it's busy, very unorganized and poor service.

How to COMPLETELY foul up a pizza order in one easy step! I placed an order through the Dominos app, it arrived semi warm & I left instructions to ring the door bell, since it was supposed to be contactless delivery. The guy knocks on my door & waits. Then to add insult to injury, it either wasnt my pizza, or it was completely wrong. It gets even better. I call the store to let them know my pizza order was completely wrong & what my correct order was supposed to be. The young woman goes to check on something, then comes back on the line to rudely ask, "What was the issue exactly?" After I just told her, really? Then she said it would be remade & delivered, no time frame, done. Someone needs to pay closer attention to things here.

Waited for an hour and was told that I was being disrespectful when I called. Canceled my order due to poor unacceptable phone etiquette. Will not order from them again. Long time Cleburne resident. Teach your employees better than this. If you are in the service industry staff accordingly.

I ordered 4 pizzas 3 pepperoni 1 meatzza all large. 68.00 dollars worth. I get it delivered to only find out 3 out 4 is good. Sent tge one messed up back. The box was smashed pizza pizza was no damn good. It was sent back with the driver to be replaced i get the replacement back and i get a large chees for replacement.... I think i will take my business else where.

Just ordered and they delivered. Missing my daughters order. I call for the manager for him to admit it got left and they will send the driver back out. I never even gave them my name. Really , they should of called me given the last time I ordered the driver helped out with 4th of July info and called me to let me know the radio station. Not even a compensation of on your next order....we got nothing. So now all of the food will be cold by the time she gets her dinner.

Regular customer, and this last order was horrid. They had no pasta , so we were gonna settle for a sandwitch, it went to QC at 10:03pm I called to deal with the manager at 10:35 and was met with abrupt and dispassionate manager that only offered to cancel or I can come pick up. This was a failure to solve the customer's issues period. No more dominos for me I guess.

3rd time ordering from this place, would leave zero stars if I could, ordered at 6:50 done and at quality check at 7:03, it's past 8 and the only reason we were notified our driver was on the way is because we called and right after all the sudden it's out for delivery an hour later. Again this is the third time in a row, we live 2 miles away used to love this dominoes will never order again

I asked for a menu to decide what I want and they said 'oh we don't have a menu' and they seem a bit rushed to take the order and didn't seem to want me to take my time deciding. They didn't act very courteous either. But when I went to a different Domino's, I didn't have a bit of trouble looking at a menu.

The last three times we’ve order from there it has taken 2+ hours to deliver, and they make the pizza within the first 20 minutes of the order and then they let it sit and it ends up coming in as old pizza. This is also not ordered in surge times. Really disappointed in the quality of service at this location

Place an order for carry-out. Picked my order up, got a couple miles down the road and realized one of the items they gave me was incorrect. Turned around and it turned out they gave my item to someone else, and I got what I’m assuming is that persons item. They apologized, and told me to wait in my car and they’d bring it out to me in 8 minutes. 20 minutes go by and nothing, so I go back in and low and behold it’s been ready for however many minutes and they totally forgot to bring it out to my car. So now I have one pizza that’s nice and hot, and another with some breadtwists that are absolutely mushy and the furthest from hot. People should learn when they need to just take it and remake the whole order, because now more than half of mine is ruined. Thanks for reminding me why I stopped being a regular at Domino’s.

So last night, 11/29/23, we ordered three pizzas and they were all inedible. The dough wasn’t completely cooked, it was still very gummy right above the crust. I ate half of one slice thinking at first the chewy bits was the feta cheese but it became apparent soon that it was uncooked dough. It was also already cold after only five minutes from the drive there home. One of the pizza’s toppings looked like they just flung a handful on there, they didn’t disperse it evenly. Albeit I’m more worried about if my boys are going to get sick from undercooked pizza. It made my husband sick. This quality is unacceptable and I’m going to pursue a refund and also no longer order from this place. Not until they fire the employees not doing their job and risking customer’s health and safety and get competent workers.

Pulled up to the drive-thru and sat there a good 15 minutes while employees walked back and forth totally ignoring me. People looked up from time to time and saw me and then turned right around and went back to doing whatever they were doing. My pizza was ready when I pulled up. I saw on the board it was completed and I could see my order just a few feet from the window. While waiting, I saw the young man making pizzas eat handfuls of topping with his bare hands while preparing someone's Pizza. And then saw him rub his nose with the back of his hand and again went back to making the pizza. He never stopped to wash his hands. It was really gross.

Ordered my food at 6:15 PM. Had to wait until 650. To be told. My food wasn’t ready. Went to the window and they said your food‘s not ready it’s gonna take another five minutes but we can go ahead ahead and take your money but go ahead and park in the parking lot and we will bring it out to you. time goes by 20 minutes it was sitting on the rack When I walked in there, they tried to give it to me and say well it’s ready I didn’t want it. I just wanted to refund and I got my refund They probably would get a lot more work done if they were more concerned about their job and not playing on their phones

Employees completely ignored me as I waited at the window for my food. The app said the food was ready and I could see it on the table. The girls job who it was stood in front of the window with her back to me on her phone.

To start we live 16 miles from this location. Picked up 2 large pizzas. Got home to eat and the crust of the pizzas were not done. Worst pizza we have ever had. Be sure and check your orders. If not so far away would have took back but instead it went in the trash. Will not go back. The one star rating is only because you have to do one. BPW

The worst service ever received here! Ordered pizza at 7:46pm....a driver showed up over an hour after and no pizza. Tried to call the store and was placed on hold for almost 30 minutes. No one cares, were told if we thought we could come get our order before they got it to us then why couldn’t we come get it? After an hour and 45 minutes we got our pizza (cold) because we were tired of fighting with them. The young lady we spoke with claimed she was the assistant manager but was asking someone how to handle things. Wouldn’t give us her name for the future credit order we are supposed to get after she told us to give it when making the order. So frustrating.

I always order Domino’s and typically have decent food and service but after today I may not be coming back. I placed my order at 7:30 pm for carry out…always do carry outs. I received a call within 5 minutes asking me if I still wanted to keep my order because the wait was going to be an hour and a half wait because they only had 2 workers. I said yes that’s fine just notify me once it’s done in case it’s sooner, she then tells me if I get a notification it won’t be ready because they have to clear it off their screen. I said okay. I wait the hour and a half and go to the store, get there and my pizzas are ice cold. They aren’t even warm, then they give me wrong (hot) bread twists. I ordered parmesan bread twists and they give me cinnamon bread twist that are hot while my pizza is cold. I tell the lady as I watch 5-6 workers then continue to cook pizzas and she tells me she put my twists in the oven and it’s going to be another 10 minutes. I work in customer service and this was not the way to handle this at all, I am not happy with how they handled all of it. I wrote this review as I sat in the drive thru waiting on my bread…it gets better she gave me the garlic bread twists, I ordered parmesan bread twists and the girl tries to confirm with me they were garlic and I said no they are suppose to be parmesan and she says “Yeah that’s what I meant” went back and put parmesan on the twists. Got home and the bottom of my cold pizza is BURNT! No apologies, no offers of anything.

Monday night I ordered over 45 dollars in food for delivery. After 45 minutes, I called and was informed my food was sitting under heat lamps and it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before the delivery driver would be back to pick up my order to deliver my food. I asked to speak with the manager, she refused to speak with me. This is not good customer service. I am awaiting my refund.

The crust of the pizza had no seasoning. Dominoes usually has really flavorful crust. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Felt like a waste of money.

I ordered at 10:45 for delivery and at 11:45 it still wasn't here so I called. They had it as take out. The guy I spoke with was very rude and put out with me. He delivered it in 30 minutes. Not only was the pizza ice cold from sitting around waiting to be picked up the order was wrong. This is not the first time they screwed up. But it will be the last. I'm not ordering from there again.

Last night my boyfriend ordered our food (two pizzas, garlic bread knots, cinnamon twists, and a big bottle of sprite.) we ALWAYS have this issue with them at this location not bringing drinks that we order. Last time I had to call and tell them and they said “you want to come pick it up?” I told them no I placed an order to deliver for a reason and the dude sighed and said okay we will come deliver it. This location was about 3 minutes away and it took them an hour to even come and deliver it. I hate this location and they give poor customer service. Even last night they didn’t bother doing anything about it. We lost out on drinks AND money. I will never recommend this location. Awful experience all around.

They allow employees to work when they’re extremely sick. Ordered a pizza for delivery a few nights ago, didn’t even go out at all that day, so there were no other sources. We both woke up EXTREMELY sick afterwards, not from the food. Used to go here a lot and now will avoid this place, you should too unless you like getting sick after you eat

Haven’t had Dominoes in years, now I know why. I ordered two pizzas - one ham & pineapple & the other sausage & pepperoni. The crust had no flavor, couldn’t taste the ham or pineapple or other toppings in my other pizza. There was hardly any sauce or cheese. I would have more flavor from a grilled cheese sandwich. They are stingy on their toppings. I will do better at Little Caesars.

Regular customer, LOVE Dominos & LOVE their pizzas. BUT. Ordered the “NEW 5 Cheese Buffalo Pasta” and it came with like 3 bites of pasta… RIDICULOUS!!! This picture was before taking a single bite. Just scrapping the food to the middle.

Pizza was good, but they were a bit lazy with the wings. Very disappointing. So, I decided to give them another try (2 yrs later), and when I got home, my pizza was wrong. Asked for green olive, but they decided I needed bell pepper instead. It's very frustrating. I live too far out to go back. Just picked off bell peppers.

I haven't ordered from Domino's in years because they messed up my last order twice. I figured I would give them another shot. The delivery guy showed up about 5 minutes ago with someone else's order! I called up there, and they told me someone else just called and said they got the wrong order. My order. $50 worth of food, delivery fees, and tip. They said they just remade my order, and I have to wait another 30 minutes before I get my food. I am very disappointed, and I guess it will be years before I order again if I do. I just received my corrected order and this delivery guy has excellent customer service!!!
