Fatburger

Came in and I was a little nervous to order. I have to have my food with little to no salt. Not a lot of places will do that. Alex helped me with my order and was so nice and attentive!! He made sure my order was just right for me! My burger and fries were so good and had very little seasoning. Will definitely be coming back!! Thank you Alex!!!

I’ve been to Fatburger a few times before and honestly, the service wasn’t great rude attitudes and just not a good experience. But today was completely different. Eli helped me with my order and he was amazing. Super friendly, patient, and actually made the whole experience enjoyable. On top of that, the food was really good too. He’s one of a kind and really stands out compared to the service I’ve gotten in the past. Huge shoutout to him for turning things around he’s the reason I’ll come back again!

I love this place! The food is always fresh and tastes great, and you can get just about anything your in the mood for. The wings are super good and always enough sauce on them. The fries and burger are always fresh and tasty. Im actually impressed to see a burger restaurant like this in the new age corporate world where everything tastes kinda old and cost you 20ish dollars for a meal. Great job guys 👏

I got the XXL burger and medium wings. Have to say the burger lived up to the name. It was a FAT burger!! Finally a burger joint that lives up to it's name! Wings were good also. If you want a FAT burger I recommend Fatburger.

I got the XXL burger and medium wings. Have to say the burger lived up to the name. It was a FAT burger!! Finally a burger joint that lives up to it's name! Wings were good also. If you want a FAT burger I recommend Fatburger.

I've had FatBurger three times, twice at this location and one other time at their kingsCanyon/clovis location and their food is okay! The other day when I visited FB, was through the drive-thru and from what I could see, it seemed to have been an all male crew, fine. I waited like 10 min at the window, I do understand that the patties have to cook, so that took some time as my burger ended up being super fresh and hot. I ordered the "skinny burger", which is basically a protein style burger, 2 patties as the buns and everything else in the middle w/cheese (added). The taste was actually pretty good, of course the patties were a little greasy, but it is a burger and it was pretty heavy, had some weight to it. The service was eh:/ okay. The guy who handed me my food was kind of dry, however, it was late, end of day as they were going to be closing within the next hr or 2, he was probably tired and had enough for that day. No one was in the drive-thru line when I pulled up, there were patrons inside dining. The Atmosphere/surrounding area is generally safe and in a "better" side of town.

That part is good but the burger was a little dry. Not super dry but not juicy. They use shredded lettuce and non toasted buns. They say a burger is made with love if the buns are toasted. We did the skinny fries which were good. For 3 combos it came up to $45 so a little pricey. The service was good. They seem to make the burgers fresh as it was a longer wait but it was okay. Happy I tried them. They have shakes, vegan, chicken and impossible burgers as well as wings. They have steak fries and onion rings.

What happened to the seasoning on the fries? Was disappointed with the burger... This is good for others but not for me. Overall 6 out of 10 in my opinion.

This location is one of the worse. The employees never take responsibility for messing up an order. They make it extremely difficult to resolve an issue. I’m assuming management as to be real mean to the employees because they take a defensive approach to everything. I’m not basing this sentiment on once experience. It’s fries not that complicated. Give the employees some autonomy to do what’s right

Ordered for delivery which became part of the problem. I ordered two fat burgers with the works we got two naked burgers. Add the cold onion rings were gross. This is not like the old Fatburger.
