I'm giving it a five because after all it is a franchise and we all know what to expect when it comes to fast food. But the people here have the science down pat. The past few times I've stopped in the staff have been very polite and efficient, for instance: on my last visit I was told there would be a 20 minute wait time and it was out in 10 or so minutes.

I come here a lot. The food is usually good. If you get the deep, deep dish every once in a while my hasn't been fully cooked. Other than that I haven't had any problems with this store.

I stopped by little Ceasars today for lunch and Quintin Shimwell was working and I normally don't leave reviews but this guy is awesome he was super energetic, very positive and respectful all while having a great sense of humor. I was greeted by him, he took my order and rang me up quickly and just overall seemed like he loved his job. If you know lebanon it's not the greatest place to go eat this guy needs to be taken care of honestly i would come back just to talk to him. My pizza was a little to saucy for my liking but that's it and the only reason for the 4 star. Quintin I hope I'm spelling your name right but you're awesome man keep doing you I wish you the best

Answer the damn phone! Either this place is mismanaged and under staffed or employees are deliberately not answering the phone! It has been posted here several times! Maybe the managers need to come in and answer the phone to take orders at busy times? I wonder how many profits you lose annually to people furious that this problem has not been addressed? ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE! ITS YOUR CUSTOMERS CALLING!

No body was answering the phone and I was the only one in there. Till I guess one of her friends came in who clearly didn't work there but was also crawled out started yelling and answering the phone and hung on on several calls... beware!

Service was awful. I ordered inside so they said they would bring my pizza out to my vehicle. 37 mins later, I walked in and there sat my pizza in a stack of others. Cold as heck. They did not know what they was doing. Couldn't even get one pizza out to a customer.

My food wasn’t even done and they told me to wait 30 minutes and I did come back to get raw food then when I called to tell the lady about it, she told me to bring in the food the next day because I live in another town so basically to just save the raw food because it’s the policy and then she told me to just come back the next day to get something to eat after I told her well what’s corporate number and I’ll ask them about this policy because I’m not keeping raw food in my house like it’s doughy

On multiple recent occasions, a female employee is vaping at the front entrance with the door open, with what appears to be other customers, then go inside, and carry on business as usual. The sanitary practices are disturbing as a customer. Due to this behavior appearing to become a new normal, we will no longer be able to continue business here.

We stopped by yesterday for 2 pizzas. Once ordered (drive thru) they automatically sent us to the front to wait, which was no problem. There were a few more cars after us that seemed had to do the same. There was a parking lot full of cars waiting for pizzas… We were waiting for almost 30 minutes for TWO pizzas. Aren’t they suppose to be hot and ready??? And on top of that there were cars that were there after us that got their food before us. There was also a car there before us that had to wait a lot longer than we had to. We asked as the worker was out there when it would be done and she said about 5mins. She said that they had worker on break which is why it was taking so long. If you know you are busy then there should be no one taking breaks until it dies down. It was a very bad experience. This place has went downhill since they first opened and they’re so unprofessional. Very disappointed.
