clean place. lunch time was busy but I got a place to sit. A big table is available for large group meetings. food was ready quickly and it was delicious . Pick two is my favorite .
Very good service and food. Lovby was a little loud for me but that's not something staff could fix. Very good food!
The service is very friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere is comfortable and you can relax and take your time to dine in at your pace. I recommend the sip club! Cinnamon raisin bagel is great, and the "pick two" meal is a good option. You can choose two of the following: a half salad, half sandwich or half soup. It comes with a side of bread, or a bag of chips or an apple. I always pick the Chipotle chicken avocado melt half sandwich and get either a half salad or soup with the side of bread. You can customize everything. I've tried different breads on my sandwiches or different types of lettuce or salad dressings.
Leah is absolutely Amazing. She has thee Best Customer service. I look forward to seeing her smile. The Girls in the kitchen area are amazing as well, they were working so hard to get those orders out. I appreciate them all. It takes Team work to do this and while smiling at the same time. Amazing.
My wife loves it here, its her go-to for soups and sandwiches. She always goes for the 2-in-1//combo. All panera's have a starbucks'ish vibe -at least for me. Service is good; minimal interaction with staff other than ordering (if you order from register) and picking up food, fast food style. Drinks are self-served. Like most paneras, they do have self serve kiosks --AND-- tipping is not expected (minimal staff interaction/self serve) Only gripe is I'm not a big fan of sandwiches, soups, and salads. I go there because my wife wants to go. Rated 5 because store and food is good overall; in general I just don't want to eat at a restaurant where everything on the menu feels like a side dish.
We had not been to Panera in a long time, so thought we would give it a try. At 09 on a Saturday morning, Panera was not very busy. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant (did not see the restrooms). Staff was very pleasant and helpful, coffee was good and coffee station was clean and well-stocked with 4 types of hot coffee. Avocado toast was decent with fresh arugula and generous amount of feta. Steelcut oatmeal was good with pecans and fresh sliced strawberries on top. My only negative comment is that the oatmeal was served barely warm.
Panera Bread at Sierra Vista Mall in Clovis has become a favorite spot for me, particularly for its comforting tomato soup and the savory Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. These dishes have a special place in my culinary preferences, consistently delivering in both taste and satisfaction. One of the most welcoming aspects of this location is the staff. Every visit is greeted with warm smiles and friendly service, making each dining experience feel personal and inviting. The efficiency of the service here is noteworthy; from placing an order to receiving my meal, the process usually takes just about 10-12 minutes. This swift service, combined with the warmth of the staff, makes for a delightful visit every time. The tomato soup at this location deserves a special mention. It always tastes fresh, with a rich flavor that soothes the soul. Paired with the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, it creates a meal that is both filling and gratifying. Additionally, the 'Pick Two' option is a perfect choice for someone like me who enjoys variety without feeling overly stuffed. Cleanliness is another aspect where this Panera Bread excels. The staff takes great care in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant. This attention to cleanliness and hygiene is reassuring and enhances the dining experience.
A large group of us came in to eat about 4:45 on a Sunday. There were very few people in side eating which made getting a large table easy. The young lady was very patient with us as we had a little difficulty getting our rewards info to show up. The food came pretty quick considering the amount was ordered. For about $14 I got the “pick 2” which was half Toasted Italiano hot sandwich and French onion soup. Both the sandwich and the soup tasted okay. Nothing special about them and I wouldn’t get either again. Then I decided to try the orange scone which had a nice flavor. I’d get it again. Almost forgot to mention, they have Pepsi products. Overall, everything was okay. I like that they have Pepsi. I like there bread and there baked goods.
I love Panera so much and I'm also sad about the change to the breads. There food is still so amazing and delicious especially the salads. I just wish they would make there breads and bagels in store like they use too. If something seems off with the breads or bagels is because they don't make them in store anymore. Rehire your bakers and bake the breads again. 10/10 was so much better when they did.
To me, Panera has always been a restaurant that was mentioned by friends as a great place to eat. For the price, it is. I got a drink, duet (1/2 grilled cheese and tomato soup) French baguette and a cinnamon roll for 11.96. It is worth mentioning I got the baguette for free. However, the food I paid for filled me up and the roll was an added bonus. The place gives a coffee house vibe and it is enjoyable to sit and relax while on a computer doing work. The thing is, while I was sitting here for about 45 minutes, I began to notice that the floors and tables were not the cleanest. A lot of the tables still had crumbs on them and the floors had pieces of paper and some food. However, I do not think that it was all that bad as I did see the staff actively trying to clean the floors (not so much the tables). Overall, I would recommend this place to a friend. I would tell them to try all the charged drinks and mix them together!
The layout is poor - if you have never been there before it is really confusing on what you are supposed to do to order and get your food. The layout is not conducive to figuring it out either and there is no signage to help clarify. The signage for the menu is also confusing and the cashier - while pleasant enough - was not much help (I'd say she was bored). And then the payment system asked for a tip! For what? There was a cashier and the food prep - but no one seated us, no one took our orders, and no one brought us our food - we had to do all that on our own! The food itself was good - but a bit overpriced. Honestly - I only went because I had a gift card.
Very expensive for the quality of food you receive. We spent $50.00 for 2 people, which consisted of a salad, Mac n cheese and a sandwich and 2 drinks. If the food was good then maybe it would be worth it, but I'll not go back. Sorry Panera Bread.
The food is good but they can be more generous with portions. I ordered the “You Pick 2” and got 1/2 of a chicken salad sandwich. Only to find very little chicken with a whole lot of cucumbers and onions. I collected all of the chicken onto my spoon (after taking a very small bite out of a very small sandwich) and it’s a pretty sad sight. Since there are plenty of other places around here that will give you 10x more of the amount of protein I don’t think I’ll come back. Thank you but I’ll pass.
The staff was very friendly but our experience with the food was REALLY bad.. The avocados in our turkey BLTs were hard as rocks and also had some skin from the pit. We ordered 3 BLTs and they all had that issue. Then when I went to eat my apple I saw that it was rotten with some mold in the center. Yuck! If I would’ve seen that apple before I ate the sandwich I don’t think I would’ve been able to finish my meal. We spent over $50 there so needless to say..we were very disappointed.
The bagels here used to be great. Asiago had plenty of crunchy cheese on top. Cinnamon crunch was true to its name and had plenty of sugar on top. A big change happened within the last few months and now the bagels are lifeless, gummy, lacking bagel essence. They need to fire their bagel boy. Soda machine always broken, too.
I placed an order from my desk around 12:00 PM, expecting my food to be ready at the promised time of 12:19 PM. However, I didn’t receive my food until 12:45 PM — a full 26 minutes late. My office is located just across the street, so the delay wasn’t due to distance. Because of this, I had only five minutes left to try to eat during my one-hour lunch break, and I was nearly late for my 1:00 PM meeting. This experience turned what should’ve been a simple lunch into a stressful, frustrating situation. It felt like a complete waste of both my time and money. When I spoke with the manager to express my concerns, the response I got was simply, “I’m sorry.” But frankly, it didn’t feel like a sincere apology. If you truly cared about your customers, I believe I should’ve been notified about the delay — especially since you collect contact information during the ordering process. A text, email, or call would’ve shown at least a basic level of consideration. Instead, the manager made no effort to make things right and showed zero concern for the inconvenience I experienced. This lack of accountability and poor service was incredibly disappointing. I won’t be returning, and I won’t be recommending this place to others.
I recently visited the Panera Bread at Sierra Vista Mall, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The atmosphere was very filthy, which was immediately off-putting. To make matters worse, I found hair in my salad, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the hard-boiled egg in the salad tasted like dirty water, making the meal even more unpleasant. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and food quality at this location and would not recommend it. The employee who helped us get a refund was a very kind in understanding our situation.
I actually give another try for Panera bread at a different location and unfortunately I ran to the same problem I’ve seen at a different branch, lack of customer service and mismanagement. Delay in ordering and delivering excellent customer service to clients especially during peak hours when people have limited time to go on lunch
MESSY, LAZY, DIRTY! Stay away from this location! Reminds me why I never dine at corporate restaurants! Look how my meal was served to me! I also paid over by 70 cents because they didn’t have change at the counter. So they get to profit even more? That doesn’t make sense. Imagine how much money they took from customers. The kitchen area by bathroom was FILTHY. Bathroom was dirty. Workers filled up their own drinks and didn’t bother to clean up drink station. Kind of embarrassing. The amount of filth in this place is shocking. I won’t be surprised if I get food poisoning. Imagine how they handle our food. 🤢🤮
