I've got to be honest, Sonic Drive-In isn't my favorite fast food place. But every time I go here it's a pleasant experience. All the employees are super nice and the food has always been delivered properly and tastes great! Thanks Sonic!
Who has 2 thumbs and is happy at Sonic at happy hour? THIS GIRL!!! Can't beat the prices and mostly the flavors!!! Onliest problem.....choosing which 2 I want to get! Thanks Sonic, you guys are perfect at hitting my sweet spot!
Fast service, even when the drive thru looked backed up. I didn't see it on the menu, but if you ask for a cream slush they blend ice cream into your slush. Expensive, but worth it! Park in the lot and have good American fare like hot dogs, hamburgers, and french fries brought out to your vehicle on skates for a fun treat the kids will enjoy, and if you go after a certain time, drinks are half price - I think the timing might vary by location and/or season though.

Love coming here. Have the greatest service staff here. A few weeks ago I order a few things and they forgot one of my order that I have purchase. I called the store and notify them about it and they were willing to give me a free shake for the next time when I come back along with the one order that they missed. I spoke to Rose who have such a great customer service and give me an extra of my order that they missed and a large shake that she have promised thru the phone. It's a good place to go and good customer service.
To be honest one of my favorite burger joints to go to and fantastic quick service with great appetizers and other food stuff. I mostly get burgers and it comes at a pretty good price. If your looking for a fast food place that is pretty quick and good eating that not a cheap fast food. I highly recommend if you never have eaten there before.
Quick friendly service. Food was fresh, and they had my whole order correct. Cherry limeaid was in point as always! The carhop that came to the car was very friendly as well! Definitely going to come back to this Sonic’s.
The speaker box doesn't work so great at thislocation, but the customer service makes up for it. The cashier will triple check your order! Great homemade shakes!!
The app was glitching today...took 20 minutes to get a drink order didn't seem too be especially busy, not a Sonic norm for this long of a wait. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. Drinks were perfect.
My husband and I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich through the drive-thru and found this location consistent with the quality we have come to expect at Sonic. Our order was prepared after a short wait. The employee who handed our order to us was wearing a face mask, which made us feel more comfortable during a pandemic situation. The exterior of the building by the drive-thru was dark and needed more lighting. Perhaps timers needed to be reset, but it was definitely too dark on that side of the building. As for our grilled chicken sandwiches, the chicken was qood quality without the usual fatty excess that can be found elsewhere. It was grilled nicely and was served with lettuce and tomato.
They have become in recent months one of the quickest Sonics I have ever been too. Happy hour is great for their drinks and in the summer their late night shakes are half off. The 5$ box is a decent deal for a quick lunch/dinner
Great food. They have a wide variety of tasty drinks to choose from. Apart from the burgers and sandwhiches they offer, they have really great hotdogs. You can eat in your car or at tables they have set up outside. Ordering is easy. It is a really good fast food place to take the family. Service is pretty good. The only issue I did have, was when I pressed the order button, i didn't get a response from anyone for about 3 minutes. It wasn't even busy that day. For those who have been there, know that after pressing the button, it is usually a few seconds to a minute before someone takes your order. I would still reccomend eating here.
Employees are always grinding hard. Drinks are the best. Update: went by on a Saturday at 7 pm and staff gave me a huge list of items they are out of including bacon, ice cream, chili. The staff was polite. I'm questioning managements ability to maintain inventory staples.
This was my first time there. I ordered from my car, Hot Dog,fries,my husband had tater tots and foot long we both agree we comes back again to try there delicious milkshakes. Are waitress came back to are car and ask if everything was alright.
Food was all fresh, except the tots. But the lady who helped us was VERY NICE & brought us a bigger order of tots. That were FRESH as can be! This location is better than the Blackstone location.
Just did the drive thru but usually plenty of parking in the stalls to place your order. I got the two coney dogs. They were hot, buns were fresh and very filling. I didn't mind the meat, but it was a bit on the sweet side....not sure if it was the dog, chilli or bun but had a bit of sweet to it. Other than that really good I would suggest adding diced onions if they have it.. I should have asked. Get em on Thursdays BOGO. The pretzels are a good treat as well, very hit and not at all tough liked a warmed up one at some places. I have been thru here before, the staff is great!! If there's a line for order holding the line up, they come to you to pay and bring the food of yours is done sooner.
Ordered a Double sonic w/cheese and a Texas Toaster. Upgraded to chili tots and had Blasters for desert. The food came hot and tasted fresh! The service was spot on as well. Would've given four stars if it weren't for the location. Too much riff raff going on.
This location of Sonic on Shaw in Clovis has gone downhill in my opinion. Their wait times and quality of food has drastically changed. We usually get Cherry limeades when we drive through and they no longer put cherries in the cherry limeade. On top of that, they barely put any cherry syrup in either! What they give in abundance is limes. They put about six of them instead. So what you get is a limeade that has a very small hint of cherry. It's such a simple thing but when you've gotten them for you for years and they've always had cherries and limes in them and the amount you got was dependant on size of drink ordered and they no longer do it, it's disappointing. JMHO
I usually rave about Sonic, but the ice cream machine was broke down; this is the latest epidemic at most fast food restaurants. The other thing was the fries we got with our order tasted like the oil was going a little rancid. Overall, I like Sonic, but this time was a let down.
Milkshakes were good on a warm spring day. They need to upgrade their drive through ordering set up. Can't read any thing until you get up to speaker and the board is hard to read. Either know their menu or order from the drive&park bay😉.
This place has gone downhill. The service is slow. The customer service sucks. The only nice person who smiled was the person handing me my order. Something needs to change!!
whoever was taking orders around 1pm feb 3...needs to repeat orders or listen up better because the slushee flavor and things i wanted off of my sandwich were totally wrong. disappointing experience :/
.The Had a great time for lunch after navigating the user unfriendly App to order ahead to save time but we ended up spending most of the time trying to add money onto a current card.So we had to just add a new payment method instead.😤 once we received our drinks and food we enjoyed. I would've given 4 stars but the App was a killjoy.
If your into a slightly overpriced hotdogs this could be your favorite place. It is exactly what it has been for years. I like consistency, unfortunately its consistently wrong when I get my order. West shaw ave location in particular. Also it's one of those places adopting the new way to rush you along by walking out to your car and asking for payment, then taking your card out of site, back into the building, and then relying on their memory to have a different person at register hand it back. I may be a little old fashioned but I dont appreciate anyone walking off with my card and going out of my visual range. Anyway the food is warm not hot and seems to get that cold outer chill after about 3 minutes of being out of the bag. The only decent thing is still the drink and dessert menu. Not health conscious by any means but a nice treat sometimes. The wait staff is usually slow and non attentive like most places that dont encourage tips for services. Fast food, mediocre. It's either fryed or deep fryed no exceptionally healthy options.
My wife had ordered some corn dogs and they were cold and tasted raw in the center. The drinks we ordered were fine and the price wasn't to bad the staff was nice but the food was under cooked. Update : I changed my review to 3 stars because the owner reached out and apologized for the problems we had.
They're pretty speedy, but I have never ordered very much. The drive through speaker definitely needs some attention. It really is a hassle to order. Thankfully they can hear us since I've never had items missing or made incorrectly. The landscaping needs a lot of work as well. It does give a very inviting vibe and it makes the business look like its struggling.
Food was good, coffee is now trash. They've added something to the coffee that leaves your mouth feeling like sand paper
Disgusting will never get food from there again. Their ice cream and shakes are great that's usually all I get from there but both times I actually got their food I was disappointed. The food is nasty, overpriced for such a small portion and very sloppily put together.
Went to this store around 730 pm. Brought the food home only because the parking booths didn't answer us at all. We waited 15 mins. And ended up going through drive through. The bun on my hockey sandwich was burnt. 2 of the mozzarella sticks were hallow cause the cheese melted out into the frier. My fries were over cooked. The only reason I give them two stars is cause the shake I got was perfect. Who ever was the cook this night 11/13/16.
Fries were stone cold, burger soggy and had cheese (not wanted), chicken sandwich missing cheese that was ordered. Drinks and desserts were fine. Don't think I'll order food there again.
Filthy and neglected. That's the only way I can describe this place. The parking lot, the drive up stalls are dingy and dirty and look neglected for many years. When going through the drive through and looking inside the floors are gross. The food is decent (3-4*), price (3*) but I will not come to this location again due to cleanliness issues I see
I learn the hard way that if you want your order at a quicker spend than snail speed you have to go through the drive thru. I went with my friends we were on lunch and we just wanted food, we were on a 30min lunch. We only had a small order it was grilled cheese sandwiches, tots, and drinks. The thing is we waited 25 min and our food was not ready, I felt bad but we had to go and we had to cancel. It was bad because everyone that was there canceled their order I was not happy cancelling but we had no choice we ended up getting something on our way back at taco Bell drive through and we were late. Know that I reflect things, I think that they were making every single order at once because the lady manager came out and said so we made all this food for nothing. That was rude instead of apologizing for the wait. Well like I was saying instead of making all orders and not handing out they could have started to give out orders instead of letting them sit there I also think maybe they were short staffed but overall horrible frustrating experience, hopefully they improve service because I really like sonic. I also want to mention this happened two months ago.
Usually have good experiences here and the food is bomb, but today I was picking up a mobile order that was prepaid with a giftcard and so I couldn't check-in on the app. The supervisor was really rude about it. My wife and I were kinda shocked and just like "what the heck was that about?". I dunno, it's stressful times and all, so maybe she's just having a bad day. The delivery girl who brought out our order was very nice though. Still, kind of a bummer from one of my goto places for grub.
The drive-thru line was long so we went to the stall where you can order from the menu and they bring it to your car, it took quite a while, we had to ask for our order again after already paying at the machine. We only ordered two shakes and a blast, It probably would have been shorter if we would have waited in the long line.
Not to happy with how they prepped my Red, white and blue slush float... But then again, nothing is ever how it's advertised on TV, or cud it be bad customer service? I wish I took a pic, but the cup was a styrofoam cup, maybe so I couldn't see the mess inside🥺
I have so many negative things to say about this location, i'll attempt to conjure up something positive about it....um, i guess the humanitarian qualities of the management are somewhat admirable, since they allow homeless transients to set up camp right next to their drivethru (in the bushes behind Boot Barn) and stick syringes in each other. I mean, it takes a legit patriarch to overlook the level of "bad" displayed here. Gotta respect the tolerance level for sure, they've got more "patience" than a Planned Parenthood opening on Parkway. Quick synopsis: The mobile app didnt work here (only at THIS location seemingly) for almost a whole year, which heavily sucked. I cannot count how many times we've paid for our slushes to have Nerds and drove off before we realized there weren't any, only to be compensated with an offer of another slush flavor for "free" (actually $1.80 loss) Overall, plenty of negative association to me. I wont bring up the multiple menu crashes that wiped my order completely either.
I went by the drive thru and the systems were down so they had to run in and out taking orders instead of using the mic. I felt so bad for the workers there.. The place looks like a dump. The owner needs to really invest in fixing hanging lights and broken equipment. It's very sad to see how poorly it was kept. I used to take my oldest when he was little. It used to be so popular back in the day... now it looks like a junk yard . The workers are amazing... but who ever owns and runs it needs to be talked to... the only good thing I can say about this place is a worker named Shasta. The girl who helped me with my order. She had such a positive attitude and you can tell she is a very hard worker.. I give her 5 stars and the place no stars!!
We tried to use the app. When we got there and the person on the intercom said "we don't use the app" I said "perhaps you could take down the huge sign I'm sitting in front of, and change your website to reflect that information"....crickets. Uh. Okay, can we order? Only order through the drive through. Uh. I mean I love Sonic. But, making it this hard to actually get food there, isn't worth it. There's a Burger King one minute one way and a McDonald's one minute the other way... I really hope this place comes back. We have ate there many times before with out incident. Perhaps new owners?
This location has never changed their 1970's drive thru speaker system. Finally they said the drive thru is closed for good, one can only hope they'll upgrade! That night we used the parking stall order system, and they forgot my tots and gave me the wrong milk shake. After that the machine went down so I had to wait 15 minutes for the right shake. 🤦♀️ Not the first or probably the last time they'll get it wrong...
I keep getting dissapointed when I eat food here! Drinks, ice cream are fine. Hope they clean the machine often. It used to be good. But quality has gone down and prices up. Not sure I will try again. Oh and my tots , fries and dog were cold. Onions tasted and smelled cut from days past!
I love their ice (if you like to eat ice you'll understand) and have been buying a bag every couple weeks. Yesterday after work I went to the drive through and was told they no longer sell ice. When I asked when this started and why, I was then told they do sell ice but only between 7am-10am. Not sure if the reason at I did not get an explanation. 2 stars remain bc the ice is great and very convenient to get a small bag for my small freezer.
My side cherry limeade was really really Bland. But they were responsive when I reported it. They put one slice of life and no cherries. They did give us some cherries but it is still taste Bland I guess because of the lack of enough lime. I think it's the worst in the Fresno area I went to. But is 100% better than the worst one in the world which is the weather in Salinas California followed by the worst number two in the world Hemet California.
Ordered $25 in food, when the guy brought our food he said our ranch would be 25 cents each additional, though he said our food was maybe supposed to come with it. I literally only asked "How long have you guys been charging for ranch?" because I've been coming to Sonic for ten years and never been charged. The guy got all pissy and said "I've had a long day, too, man" and walked off. I didn't say it rudely or anything, and this guy just acted like I majorly offended him. Now I'm sitting here questioning if the employees charge for ranch under the table to make up for the lack of tips they receive for poor customer service. The sign says ranch is free...
Very rude and wouldn't give us what we paid for. They left out our fries toy and apple sauce out of my daughters kids meal. When my nephew ran in to tell them the were rude to him and said we were trying to get 'hella' stuff. We just wanted what we paid for and didnt receive. The food tastes bad. And they were dressed very sloppy. My family of 16 will never come back here.
terrible experience with an employee, extremely rude and unprofessional. Wish I had got her name. If I acted even a tiny bit like that at my job, I’d immediately be fired. Wouldn’t answer simple questions, acted like it was just a huuuuge inconvenience that we were there and she had to do her job. Well, she actually didn’t do her job. We left without actually ordering. Not ever coming back here cause if I ever heard that voice again, I won’t keep my cool as much.
I went there today and ordered the new banana pudding shake. Not only do they give a a regular banana shake when I repeated 3 times I wanted the new one, even to the actual window person, she handed me a big drippy mess. I thought the one in Visalia was bad. No no. This one takes the incompetence cake and runs with it. From now on I’ll just go to the one on Herndon.
Worst sonic I have experienced. The server who brought the food struggled to read the order back some of which was wrong, after telling him he kept repeating the order before going to rectify it at which point he offered us the incorrect order once again. He then asked us for the amount due.. which we had already paid at the booth like everyone else at the drive in, he then wanted to take the card inside to see if it had processed... how about NO! Oh and if you need the restroom don’t go here!
As I pulled up to the drive thru their speaker was out. I pulled into a stall their screen was out. Pulled into another space order what I wanted. When the server brought out my order was wrong. I had to argue with the guy who took my order, over the intercom. I was not happy and will not go back. The owner of this franchise needs to get his act together. He is giving Sonic a bad name.
The girl taken our order rushed us while we we're trying to order. Didn't get our order correct when we ordered. We wanted to add a apple sauce to our order. They girl said we'll just add it at no cost. And then takes my 20 and then comes back and says it will be 20.02 with the apple sauce do you have two cents. I took my money and left. Horrible experience here.
They robbed me of my money and refused to give me a refund after making my order wrong twice. I was nice at first and they were rude from the get go. The lady said that she repeated my order back to me when i told her exactly what i wanted. They said that i was wrong and they dobt do refunds and by the time i got ho.e after all that my food was cold when i got home. I will be filing a small claims lawsuit.
Tonight I Had an employee and the manager cuss us out all because we asked if they take Apple Pay. A bunch of pick me women running a muck. I know it’s just a sonic job but the unprofessionalism go crazy.
Wish I could give NO stars, but then I couldn’t leave a review. Such a waste of time! Just went through the drive thru for slushies. Realized too late that they literally poured a bit of ice in the cup (ice used for drinks) and poured the slush mix. I waited in a huge line for this! It was literally all just juice so I don’t know how they could have not known what they did. They obviously don’t care. Furthermore, tried calling them and it just rang and rang. I hung up so I could try again and just got a message prompt that they aren’t accepting calls. Sonic, no matter what the location has consistently proven to be A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! And I don’t know which is worse.
Waited 30 minutes to receive the wrong food and was told, "I forgot to tell you we don't have what you ordered, but here's this instead." She asked for the 2 extra burgers and extra tots back that were given to us from someone else's order, even after we had opened/touched them, then proceeded to tell us she dropped our ranch on the floor lmao food was soggy and lukewarm
Ordered 3 ocean waters and 2 kids meals, 3 out of the 3 ocean waters tasted like pur seltzer, post mix had to have run out or they didn't give us sprite and one of the kids meals didn't have a toy. Highly recommend checking all bags and if possible have everyone try their drinks when visiting this location. Updated review: Just left the drive through, girl repeated order through the speaker system and then again before taking my payment and..... my order was still not correct, how do you mess up an order that only contains 4 drinks? Thr one they messed up on was an ocean water with added "Boba" new thing I wanted to try. Gave me some blue slush instead and a regular straw that I can't even drink the Boba through, what a joke.
While I was ordering I felt very rushed. Then after I placed my order the guy read it back to me and it was wrong so I had him correct it. Then he put the wrong stall number so I waited about 15min to get my food. And when my food arrived, the person handing me the drink almost spilled it In my car case it slipped out of her hand. I then noticed the cup was leaking so I asked if I can get another cup and she said "ok have a good day" so I had to stop her and physically show her it was a broken cup and it was leaking to get another cup. Then as soon as I got home, I noticed my drink was wrong. But so muched happen I did not want to go back.
Ordered cherry slush w nerds they even had a mix chocolate candies or sprinkles. I am allergic to chocolates had to toss my route 44 plus i had vanilla ice cream on my lid. Service was good but presentation was awful will not recommend this store to family and friends.
Tots were not hot when we got them. Ordered boneless chicken with bbq sauce. These too were just about cold when we got home 3 minutes later. The food was not the best but worst than that, No napkins! No ketchup! Just lots and lots of hot sauce!
Came to get some treats Halloween night , 15mins before closing they said their fryer was off , they had no sides except hot dogs they were trying to get rid of . Pretty upsetting I just wanted some tater tots I can understand maybe 5mins before closing but 15?
These girls have no idea what customer service is. While we were waiting to order, one came up and asked, "Excuse me, but what are you waiting for?" We were so disgusted about the treatment that we ended up leaving before our food was ready. And how are you going to charge extra for cheese on a cheeseburger. I actually have on video one girl being extremely rude to another customer. I didn't get her name because she was "not obliged to." She should probably be educated that the word is obligated if she's going to throw big words around. Will never be back. And I'll be putting this on Facebook. She'll be Facebook famous.
Service was the WHOLE problem here. Had a mobile order that took them 20 to 30 min to bring out. 2 drinks, that's it. Staff was standing around laughing. Multiple customers were waiting too. Other than that, drinks are always good 👍
We waited in line for 25 minutes for a gift card. There were only three cars in front of us. Then when we got to the window they took another 5 minutes to tell us they COULDN'T figure out where their new gift cards were!!! We drove away very angry and no gift card for my brothers birthday. Not the first time they have been unorganized. Very unhappy with this location.
I waited 30 min for a chicken wrap that never came. I haven't been to this sonic since they have been open and came away with 1 good experience. I stop coming all the time and started about 1 time every 3 mo or so and the service is still the worst.
Soooo slow! Waited for 45 min in the drive threw with 1 car ahead of me! Got my food and the fries were cold, Went to the door to ask for new ones and had a door shut in my face. Watched the girl get the bag from the freezer and pull out fries with her non gloved hands. No hair nets are being used they were eating chips as they are making food. This place is nasty!!!
Slushy tasted like pond water The exterior was so filthy it made me wonder what the hell the interior and food prep looked like. I have no confidence that it is any cleaner than how they keep the cleanliness of the employee entrance and exterior walk ways. Seriously how hard would it be to pressure wash the caked on filth in the stalls and sidewalks. Disgusting. I have submitted pictures to the corporate contact page ... I will try to add but not sure it will allow. I'd say try another sonic it might be managed better ... good luck you will need it
ordered through the drive thru and had a bad experience: 1. People behind and in front of (before the,window) were given their drinks ans paid for their food. 2. Got to the window and he barely knew are order 3. It smelled so rank I almost vomitted. Had to keep the window closed to keep it out 4. Took a very long time to get our order 5. Everytime "management" responds to a bad review the link to report is broken. They don't care about this location. They won't fix it. I'm almost scared to eat my food.
No way. Never again ar this location. Two trips in a row and they don't give all of your coin back. They round down. When I asked about it the cashier said do you really need your 12 cents? Girl it's mine. I want everything that's mine.
Adrian brought us our food. He was quick to bring our mobile order, but only 1 of the three items. He stated that they were out of lemonade (for the strawberry lemonade), so we substituted with a cherry limeade. We were still missing our cherry coke order. As soon as he left, we noticed there was mayonnaise within the burger. (We ordered double cheeseburger, with bacon, ketchup, no mustard, no pickles.) So when he came back we had them replace the burger. (BTW, the digital menu kept saying Son was bringing us our order.) The second burger and first drink order finally came around, the burger had one patty, no cheese, no ketchup, and more mayo. When my wife went to the front to complain about the missing patty, cheese, and the addition of mayo again, Adrian scoffed at the fact that we expected another patty and cheese on our burger. You know, that double doesn’t actually mean anything, that the name cheese being in the burger is more a suggestion rather than a reality, and that the double doesn’t include mayo, you’d have to add it, which the app was very clear about not having it added. Adrian walked away denying our request and we got the manager Rose. She provided us a number where we can direct our experience. All of this and yet my review has not included how they screwed up our other burger. We ordered a SuperSONIC Double Stack, which is supposed to come with 2 burger Pattie’s on a brioche bun, but their line cook put the grilled steak in its place, so there was very little actual meat in the burger. (Not the way Sonic had intended.) We also ordered a bbq packet, which they could not provide on multiple occasions. At this point, it’s the most trivial of complaints, but worthwhile nonetheless. There needs to be some level of quality control at an establishment such as this, even if the bar is set low for a fast food joint. On this date of terrible service, 4/16/23, Yelp’s review for this location holds to a 1.6 stars out of 5. I want to emphasize how terrible this experience was because of Adrian. I would actually encourage some disciplinary action for this disregard for customer service.
Stopped by to grab a couple of shakes (love the shakes, only place in town that I go to. No complaints) and a couple of burgers since I was already there. When I got home my family and I noticed that the burgers were so burnt that you couldn't eat it, I was highly disappointed. No excuse for a dark drown to almost black chicken burger, will not ever eat food there again.
I showed up while only two other cars were there ordered by food and proceeded to wait 30 minutes while 10 other cars in the parking lot and 7 more in the drive through got their food before I did only to be told they “forgot” about my order. Highly dissatisfied and irritated with the service, the manager really needs to keep his staff up to speed and have better service for the customers. I am frustrated with the employees but appalled by the leadership of the manager, sad.
I'm over this restaurant. I understand being short staffed because of the pandemic. I am a very understanding person. My husband and I, along with our roommate, went for dinner. We went through the drive thru, with 4 cars ahead of us. The person taking our order took so long between each item that the line cleared and started to form a new one. When we got to the window we encountered 3 different people, who barely knew what was going on. Get home and fully unpack the food and the order is incorrect, of course, and other food smashed. Maybe I'm extra critical because I grew up with Sonic in my home town, literally going multiple times a day because of the happy hours. I personally love Sonic's food, but don't waste your time going to this one.
Location on shaw in Clovis @ 9:15 am. No one came to assist us. We sat in the drive thru for a long time thinking they might have went to the restroom or something and never got assisted. My girls really wanted Sonic, so I drove to the location on Blackstone, and we got what we wanted and staff member was ready to take our order and friendly.
So went to get an ice tea during my lunch break. I pull up to the window and they got my drink order wrong. I told them again what I wanted and received my tea. I did not get a receipt. The girl was acting weird at the window so I pulled out of the drive through and checked my bank account. Was charged $16 even though all I got was a tea. 5 min later I go back to sonic and go to get out of my car to knock on the window to tell them what had happed and the lady beats me to it and comes out to my car to hand me $11. Which means when I drove away she knew what had happened…I didn’t even have a chance to go up there and tell them why I was back. I feel like they overcharged me to steal my money and they weren’t expecting me to check my bank account and come back. I will never go here again…. If you go here be sure to get your receipt and check to see how much you were charged
I pulled up and they seemed pretty busy so when I ordered my drinks I didn’t think much about the wait until I realized I waited 30 minutes. When I walked up for my slushie they grabbed it off of the counter and when I drank out of it, it was just liquid. They made my drink and forgot about it and let it melt. Asked for them to remake it and they told me it was my fault for not coming and getting it when I was in a stall and ordered from the stall number.
We were served frozen fries and cold tater tots. I returned them and when we got home my son opened his burger the lettuce was brown and the hamburger patties were half cooked. I use to come here a lot never had this problem before, not sure what is going on.
If the fruit slushies weren't so amazing, I would gladly pass ever being a patron here. Horrible customer service. Employees act as if they're doing you a favor by taking your order and bringing you food that was made wrong. There was even a day where the manager was being extremely rude to a customer. The customer asked for her name and she refused to tell her. And I quote: "I'm not obliged to give you my name." Yes, she said obliged. Seems the entire staff could use some education on how to speak to customers. They seem to forget that if customers stop spending money there, the business will eventually close.
The Entitled sensitive children you have working at this location, refused my service accusing me of having an attitude in the drive thru! First off , when I drove up to the drive thru, I sat there a few minutes. No one greeted me or said I will be right with you. So I asked are you still taking orders. A man abruptly said we will be right with you! Second: when the girl took my order she rudely stated we are out of Hot fudge, so I asked do you have chocolate ice-cream? She said No, then I said do you have Carmel Sundays and she said yes! I attempted to order 2 Carmel Sundays. Then she stated she didn’t like my attitude and refused service. I was very taken back by this ! Terrible customer service! For one I talk very loud because I have bad hearing ! She never stated they had Carmel Sundays , it’s not on your menu ! I waited about 10 min and tried to call. A young man answered the phone stating he heard everything in the drive through. All I said, was you’re assuming I am the person in the drive through. He got so mad and started yelling at me and hung up on me! I will be contacting your corporate office! This treatment is Rude, unprofessional ! How do you hire such ignorant children! A BIG FAT ZERO
Worst customer service. They forgot a slush, and a fry, had to come back reorder they fry was only halfway filled. With no apology. These young kids want to make $20hr working fast food and can’t even complete a single simple task and show courtesy. Who owns this place? I am a business owner I would never allow my company to be ran like this, this is an embarrassment! It took 35 min to get the order! Fries were stale/rubbery. Never again will we be eating here.
Ordered 3 ice creams wait took more than 20 minutes. All were melted. And didn’t even look like what we order. Ordered a strawberry cheesecake blast and it was a strawberry shake Ordered Oreo blast and it was just vanilla ice cream with Oreo crumbs on tops Also ordered cookie dough sundae and was just vanilla ice cream with a crumb on top Never again bad service. And it wasn’t even busy. I wish I could give zero stars. Yet I didn’t even get a receipt.
I've been there on two separate occasions, both times well before closing (830). On one occasion, we were completely ignored by the speaker box. When I pulled up to the window some white lady quickly opened the shutters and without any reason just said they're closed and slammed them. Keep in mind this was nowhere near closing time. On my second trip there again, around 8, I was told there was no ice cream. The machine was down for the night supposedly. How in the world? The menu is literally 60% ice cream and shakes and it's down? Last time visiting. 0/10 Go elsewhere
I had went through drive through and the drive through was out of order which is fine I guess. I went to order a shake in the stalls. It took about 25 minutes just for one shake. When I finally got my order, the ice cream was completely melted like it had been sitting for a long time. When I got out to show one of the workers (white young lady with glasses), she responded with “well If it was me I would eat it”. She was very rude when I asked her to remake it for me. Customer service was poor. Probably won’t be coming to this sonic again.
This gots to be the slowest Sonic in the Fresno, Clovis area. And the food gone down in quality. Bought a foot long coney dog today and they gave me two regular dogs. Come on if you don’t have any foot long hot dogs available let me know so I can order something else. Don’t just pass off two regular dogs as a footlong. It’s not the same. Management should be ashamed.

i bought ahead of time online thinking it would have me the wait, i checked in and it said my order was ready and on the way. i didn't receive it then the screen reset, i called in the red button to ask and still nothing, i saw car pulling up and ordering on the spot and getting their food before me. i waited over 30 minutes for a cold four piece...
Over 30 minutes for a couple burgers, and drinks. People came that came after us got their orders before us. Terrible speed of service
I ordered a blt and on the website. It says that there are 3 slices of bacon, and there were only 2 and they were very small. I added mustard, and there was literally a glob of Mayo and mustard on my sandwich. It was disgusting. I paid $4 for me. Something I can't even eat because my bread is soggy. He did mentioned they were out of tomatoes and he was kind about it but the quality is terrible. Tried calling out to the location but they weren't accepting calls
I've only been here 3 times and haven't had any problems. But this time was bad. I understand the heat is getting everyone in a bad mood but no need to roll your eyes at me because i added another drink to my order. I understand that everyone working here is a kid and probably it's their first jobs but they need to do better, take their jobs more seriously. Food was bad. I have never ordered the kids checked tender menu but is it always two small peices? Is the bacon egg toast sandwich suppose to look like this? Do not recommend coming here.
The first time visiting this store my wife was visually molested by an 80 year old man just sitting under their canopy .... The second experience took an hour for two slushes I take in account it was happy hour but I feel two slushes should not at any time take an hour the employees at this store seem like they have no leadership at the end of my wife's slushy today she found this at the bottom of her cup what kind of store are you running it seems like the leadership in this store has either left or is completely absent.
Terrible service. We ordered 2 blue raspberry slushees with Nerds and got watered slush. Went back & told them through the speaker they got our order wrong & still made us pay. Then the manager came out & blamed us for the messed up order. Save time & go to a different Sonic location.
