The food was really good, the service fast and efficient, atmosphere was pleasant but the prices !!! OH MY GOD, I can see why fast food places are losing business. When you pay $24.56 for 2 hamburgers and a large fries, that is Ridiculous !!!!! That's all I got, no drink, nothing else. I won't be going back anytime soon, I am still in shock. I really do not know what people are going to do, we will not be eating out that's for sure.

This is one of the better locations in fresno. Their food is always pretty fresh and fries are always crispy. My only complaint is that I ordered the fuego taki's meal and the fries barely had any of the seasoning, which was the main reason I wanted to try the meal. Very disappointing.

I haven't been here in years but had a coupon so decided why not. I ordered the double combo small size. For one I was shocked at the price. Over $11 WITH a coupon!!! I mean this is not a pub or a sit down restaurant with a wait staff and drink refills, this is a fast food establishment where you're handed a bag out of the window. So okay if it was an amazing burger I could justify it, but while the meat had great flavor I couldn't even hold it in my hand because the bun was so stale it just fell apart. So while I gave it another try I will stick to the many other great burger places in town that are not drive thru and offer a better product.

Don’t get me wrong. Service is 5 stars and cleanliness of the restaurant is 5 stars. The food was nice and hot and they made it quick too. If you like Wendy’s this location does it well, but this is one of those classic cases where some people just don’t really like the taste. The burger to me was a little tasteless just because of the lettuce, i just felt like I was tasting lettuce. The grilled chicken sandwhich was the same case, and it was a little bit weirder in texture to me. The crispy chicken sandwhich my brother had looked more appetizing and more traditional. The saving grace of this meal was the pretzel bacon pub burger, which is a hefty price, but it has a lot of character and the beer cheese sauce is really good. The bun is also great aswell. The pub fries are also pretty good, but the frosty was a little lack luster because it’s just ice cream in a cup. Would I recommend this place to people who love Wendy’s? Absolutely, but you can’t please everyone and that’s okay. Wendy’s is just not for me, but with the fantastic service. I can see why people come back.

Me and my family come to this place often because it is fast and convenient for the kids. However, we just doordashed this place and I am NEVER getting anything delivered from this location again. We ordered a chili cheese baked potato, 2 kids meals (one with chocolate milk and apples due to a potato allergy) , a salad and a Jr cheeseburger. What came was the Jr cheeseburger, the salad, the kids meals BOTH reg milk and French fries, and a bowl of chili (instead of a potato) WITH HAIR IN IT. HAIR. During a pandemic. That is so unsanitary and inexcusable. We called the location and luckly the costumer service was MUCH better then the food, Thank you Jamie 😌 your very kind and have great customer service. What I'm trying to say is only order if your going to be there yourself because they seem to care less about the orders that are to be delivered.

Placed a door dash order and the order was wrong missed an item completely, called 10x for a resolution with no answer kept getting forwarded to voicemail. Called the next closest store they answered the phone immediately. Will not be ordering from here again

I ordered a big bacon classic meal. Large. A biggie meal and 2 jr bacons. I don’t honestly know what type of celery/lettuce bar they laid on this thing because it's not a burger.
