Opiniones de CARBONE VINO Coconut Grove
I visited Carbone Vino this past Saturday for my birthday with a couple of friends. Everything about this place was wonderful! From the moment you walk in, you feel the ambiance of the restaurant. The food was outstanding- we didn’t have a single complaint about any of the plates we shared. The table side Caesar salad was fantastic with the buttery house made croutons, but the star of the show for me was the spicy rigatoni! We also shared the meatballs - super tender and flavorful. We tried both the tiramisu and carrot cake for dessert. Both were equally delicious, but the carrot cake was surprisingly the table favorite. The drinks were also well made and presented nicely. Both Piero and Luis took great care of us and were both knowledgeable about the menu and attentive to our table the whole evening. The service was unmatched! I will definitely be back again soon and it was the perfect choice for my birthday dinner.
My friends and I had the best experience here! The customer service outweighed the food which is truly saying a lot!! The food was unreal and every bite just got better. The veal parm, caesar salad, pumpkin macaroni, and homemade whipped cream were outstanding. If that homemade whipped cream has zero fans, I am dead. As a Sicilian, I can say I felt closer to home after each bite taken. We felt so comfortable and welcomed here and the waitstaff couldn’t have been more accommodating. If you don’t come here, I feel truly sorry for you.
Carbone Vino is by far my favorite location of the Carbone franchise. The atmosphere is so lively, the music is great, and the food is always perfect. The staff is so personable and they truly ensure guests have the best time. I have celebrated two close family members’ birthdays here and they have made each feel so special. Warren is such an attentive Service Captain and his wait staff is second to none! He just gets it right every single time and his attention to detail truly amplifies the experience. Vino will always be a must visit when I’m in town.
This was a wonderful place to take my clients to dinner. The parking was easy with valet in front and with a reservation we were seated right away. The staff was very kind and attentive from the host to the wait staff - very impressed. The food was just as great. We had a lot of items and everyone enjoyed their dish. I had the Dover sole that was deboned table side. We all enjoyed the zeppolis and the cannoli sundae. Great night out.
Service was 10/10. My wife and I were able to sit at the bar and eat since we didn’t have a reservation. Our favorite dish was the clam appetizer (pictured). The green sauce that the clams were sitting in was heavenly. We also really enjoyed our hazelnut chocolate cake with the homemade whipped cream. I will say that the vodka pasta was a little too spicy for my liking, but it was advertised as such, so no hard feelings.
Had a wonderful meal tonight ! Piero was our server and he was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu . He really went above and beyond to make our night out special . We ordered entirely too much food and took a lot home . The stars of the show were the zuppa di mussels , peppers with fresh mozzarella and the chicken cacciatore . for pasta we ordered the lobster fettuccine - it was fine but not something I’d get again. We were celebrating my birthday and were surprised with an array of desserts at the end of our meal . Overall vibes of the restaurant were 10/10. I get the hype
An unforgettable dining experience! Carbone Vino in Miami is the perfect blend of elegance, energy, and Italian charm. The service is impeccable: friendly, attentive, and effortlessly professional. Don’t miss the Caesar salad, it’s mixed live right in front of you and the iconic Spicy Rigatoni, which is al dente picante simply out of this world. The wine list is extensive and thoughtfully curated, offering the perfect pairing for every course.
We recently celebrated my wife’s birthday at Carbone Vino, and the experience left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome in a way that felt genuine rather than scripted. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and every interaction—from menu guidance to pacing of the meal—felt thoughtful and well-timed. It is clear that they take hospitality seriously. The ambiance at Carbone Vino strikes a great balance: elegant, intimate, and atmospheric, but still comfortable. The lighting, music, and overall design create a setting that feels special for an occasion while still being inviting enough for a relaxed meal. It’s the kind of space where you want to linger a little longer. We ordered two pasta dishes—the pumpkin agnolotti and the spicy rigatoni vodka—and both were exceptional. The pumpkin agnolotti had a rich, velvety filling with a perfect hint of sweetness balanced by savory notes in the sauce. The spicy rigatoni was exactly what you’d hope for: a deep, layered heat that builds but never overwhelms, and pasta cooked to that ideal al dente firmness. We also had the chicken cacciatore, which was incredibly flavorful, hearty, and comforting, with a sauce that felt slow-developed and well-seasoned. For dessert, we chose the cannoli. While Carbone Vino does not offer complimentary birthday desserts (something to be aware of if you’re planning a celebration), the staff did present the cannoli with a birthday candle, which added a personal touch and made the moment feel festive. The cannoli itself was excellent—crispy shell, creamy filling, balanced sweetness. Overall, the evening felt celebratory, smooth, and memorable. The quality of the food, the professionalism of the service, and the charm of the atmosphere all came together beautifully. While prices are on the higher side and nothing is comped for a special occasion, the experience as a whole justified the cost. We left very satisfied and would absolutely return for another dinner or celebration in the future.
I recently visited Carbone Vino in Coconut Grove, and it ended up being the highlight of my entire trip. From the moment I sat down, the experience was unforgettable—elegant, welcoming, and truly elevated by the incredible staff. I started with an elderflower spritz, and the peach addition to their take on a Hugo Spritz was an unexpectedly delightful surprise. Balanced, refreshing, and the perfect start to the evening. The waitstaff was phenomenal—they went above and beyond to make sure everything felt personalized and seamless. Warren set the tone right away. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and his meal suggestions were spot-on. Abel also played a huge part in making my night memorable; he brought warmth, personality, and even had me laughing. Together, they were the Shaq and Kobe of fine dining—effortlessly in sync and truly a championship-level duo. Jill made sure I had everything I needed, constantly checking on my comfort, keeping my water full, and even boxing my food with such friendliness and care. For my meal, I ordered the spicy rigatoni vodka with meatballs, and wow—this dish alone could convert anyone into a Carbone loyalist. The pasta was creamy, perfectly spicy, and cooked to absolute perfection. The meatballs were huge, moist, and paired beautifully with the sauce. I almost regret not adding the white truffles, because I already know that would’ve taken the dish into another stratosphere. For dessert, Warren recommended the hazelnut chocolate cake with vanilla gelato. I’m not even a chocolate lover, but trusting him was the right move. The cake was rich, nutty, and moist, and the gelato balanced it like a dream. I genuinely can’t wait to visit Carbone Vino again. The food was phenomenal, yes—but the staff made the experience exceptional. I’m hoping I get lucky enough to have the same team next time, because they truly made my night. Five stars all the way.
Yummy! Carbone is always such a good spot to go to for date night! Romantic setting and love the service. Food 10/10 as always. And definitely recommend ordering the guava cheesecake! So good
What a wonderful establishment and addition to the Grove! We walked in for dinner and were shocked the girls were able to accommodate us. The restaurant was happening with a fantastic New York feel. It didn’t feel too crowded and the tables weren't too close together. Our waiter James provided us with wonderful recommendation’s. The lobster pasta was incredible, with the right amount of spice. The caviar bites are not to be missed. We also had no idea the pork chop could taste so amazing. We ordered heavy for the purpose of leftovers and everything tastes Devine the next day. The cannoli sundae was insane, and we also loved the carrot cake and chocolate pie. All in all I would say dinner was a 10/10.
Carbone Vino in the Grove is an absolute standout and delivers a dining experience that feels both elevated and welcoming. The food and service were so exceptional that we visited twice back-to-back, which truly says everything about the quality of this place. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Luis has taken care of us both times, and his attention to detail and warm hospitality made each visit memorable. His tableside Caesar salad is phenomenal—perfectly balanced, expertly prepared, and an absolute must-order. The tableside presentation adds a classic, refined touch that elevates the entire experience. We ordered based on the team’s recommendations, and every single dish was perfection. We had the Dover sole, the veal, and the octopus, and everything was incredibly flavorful and expertly prepared. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with whatever you order—every bite was delicious. Christopher, Peter, and Christian were also fantastic—professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure our dining experience was flawless. The sommelier was on point with the red wine he recommended. With incredible food, impeccable service, and a great atmosphere, Carbone Vino is a must-visit in the Grove. We can’t recommend it enough and will absolutely be back again.
Our dinner at Carbone Vino in Coconut Grove, Miami was truly outstanding from start to finish. The evening began at the beautifully artistic entrance, leading us through the stylish bar and into the dining area, where the ambiance struck the perfect balance between cozy intimacy and majestic elegance. The service was exceptional—every member of the team contributed to making our evening memorable. Special thanks to the hostess, the bartender, the restaurant manager, our wonderful waiter Chris, and the attentive butler Talaat. Their professionalism and warmth elevated the experience. The culinary journey was just as impressive: • The Espresso Martini at the bar was excellent. • The French red wine we selected paired beautifully with our meal. • The Mozzarella & Peppers were delicious. • The Mortadella was flavorful. • The Zucchini Fritti was outstanding. • The Octopus was perfectly prepared and fantastic. • The Oysters were fresh and delightful. • The Lobster Fettuccine was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Overall, our evening at Carbone Vino was a wonderful dining experience—a combination of exceptional food, impeccable service, and elegant atmosphere. We enjoyed it immensely and will most definitely be returning.
I recently celebrated my birthday at a fantastic restaurant and had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff really went above and beyond, especially our waiter, Abel, who was just incredible. They made my mom, who uses a wheelchair, feel extremely comfortable by checking in her wheelchair for her and making sure she was well accommodated. The food was just as impressive. We enjoyed a delicious spread: spicy rigatoni, fresh oysters, an outstanding beef carpaccio, and complimentary focaccia that was just perfect. We also had a fish special with brown butter and capers that was absolutely divine. The service overall was impeccable. The manager, Warren, checked in on us and made sure everything was perfect, and the sommelier gave us wonderful wine recommendations. Overall, it was a truly memorable evening and I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday dinner.
Excellent food with Excellent service. But do need to dress up well, shorts and flip-flops are not allowed for mens. The spicy Regatino is a must try, Tortellini Tartufo is also a top choice, heads off to Chris for a excellent over the top service. I will visit again when in the area.
Everything was absolutely amazing! From the food to the service. Start with the table side Caesar. All the appetizers are great so it's hard to choose just one. Oysters were fresh with a delicious mignonette. Giant grilled shrimp was tender. Tuna carpaccio amazing. The pastas were all cooked perfectly. If you have room the sundae with pistachio crisps is delightful

Piero and Luis made this an absolutely phenomenal experience! Their pairing suggestions were next level. We trusted them completely, ordered everything they recommended, and they did not miss 👏 The food was incredible, but what really made the night unforgettable was these two phenomenal servers. Would highly recommend the ribeye and the carpaccio, insane. Special shoutout to the carrot cake and ice cream combo, life changing 😍

I went to dine in with my girlfriends and oh my gosh!!!! Carbone vino is amazin!! food, service, and atmosphere!! It’s THE experience, our captain Piero was sooo attentive with us, patient at all times, made sure we had the best experience possible. definitely will be back and with the wonderful Piero. I definitely recommend so many dishes but most of all the spicy rigatoni!! it’s never a miss.

I had an AMAZING experience at Carbone Vino. First time there for my friend’s birthday and we had such a lovely time! From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Eternally grateful for Luis C. and Piero. They were the power duo that made the experience extraordinary. They offered great recommendations, and even when the place was packed they checked in regularly. I will be asking for them personally next time for sure! Also tiramisu was 100/10. A must-visit!
We had a fabulous time at Carbone celebrating my husband milestone birthday. Service from Piero and Stacy was spectacular. Food was amazing delicious our family truly enjoyed our evening celebration. Special thanks to all staff members and Michael Casanova for helping me make this night very special for my Husband. Fully recommend the restaurant. I know if you follow my recommendations you will be amazed with Service and Food! Thanks to Chef and everyone involved!!

Had a fantastic dinner at Carbone Vino as a solo diner, and this place truly gets hospitality right. One of the biggest standouts is that the bar offers the full menu, which makes walking in alone easy and welcoming. I waited a few minutes for a seat, which was no issue at all — one person is usually simpler, and the experience never felt rushed or dismissive. I ordered the dish that put Carbone on the map (the rigatoni), and since it’s meatless, the bartender suggested the meatballs — a blend of veal, beef, and pork. I’m not usually a pork fan, but these were excellent and well-balanced. The pasta was cooked properly al dente, something that’s surprisingly hard to find and very much appreciated. Service was excellent across the board. Lou, who managed the list, was cordial and inviting, asked me to relax on the sofa, and even offered a recommendation for a grapefruit soda since I don’t drink alcohol — a thoughtful touch. The bartender (I believe his name was Jimmy) was attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming without hovering. Compared to the Miami Beach location, which feels more tourist-heavy and reservation-dependent, Carbone Vino felt more relaxed, more inviting, and more “at home.” The staff was clearly well-trained, roles were defined, uniforms were sharp, and the hierarchy worked seamlessly — classic, old-school hospitality done right. They knocked it out of the park. I’ll absolutely be back.
Carbone Vino is absolutely incredible. My wife and I came to celebrate our anniversary and they truly made it such a special night. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was intimate yet lively, and time truly flew by!! The service was outstanding! Our servers were so friendly and helpful, and the manager came by multiple times to check in on us and talked us through the menu, offering great recommendations. That level of care really stood out and made the experience feel extra special. The overall experience was amazing, and somehow the food was even better. The Caesar salad being made right in front of you was such a fun touch, and the croutons were so delicious. We also ordered the calamari, which did not disappoint. The Chicken Cacciorte and Salmon Oreganata were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. I only wish I didn’t get full so fast so I could’ve finished everything at the table. We also enjoyed two espresso martinis, which were excellent and the perfect complement to the meal. We absolutely cannot wait to go back to try their other popular dishes and wine. A true 10/10 experience all around!

Carbone Vino delivered an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious—beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and truly lived up to the restaurant’s reputation. What made the evening even more memorable was the outstanding service. Julio and Ivan were phenomenal—warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our experience special. Their timing, recommendations, and attention to detail were impeccable, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. It’s rare to find a place where both the cuisine and service shine equally, but Carbone Vino does exactly that. We look forward to returning and will absolutely be asking for Julio and Ivan again.
🍝✨ Carbone Vino brings the Carbone brand to Coconut Grove—finally, no bridge drive required. The vibe is chic, the service polished, and the experience delivers that signature tableside drama. But is it the best Italian Miami has to offer? Not quite. Portions lean small (those complimentary bread, mortadella, and pickled peppers aren’t just hospitality…they’re survival), but what does land on the table has style. The zucchini fritti hits the right level of crispy, and the Caesar salad (anchovies on the side) is still a classic showstopper. We sampled three pastas: the Tortellini Tartufo Nero (luxurious but gone in about two bites), the Pappardelle Bolognese (solid, but not life-changing), and of course the Spicy Rigatoni, which continues to carry the team. The surprise MVP? Dessert. The Carbone Carrot Cake is light, balanced, and perfect with a coffee…proof that sometimes the sweetest note is the most memorable. Verdict: worth the trip for the vibes and the spicy rig, but if you’re chasing the Italian crown of Miami, keep searching.
superb spot just minutes from Coral Gables. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegance and warmth, true to the spirit of classic Italian dining. Service is impeccable—attentive without being intrusive—and the wine list is nothing short of spectacular, one of the best in Miami. The spicy rigatoni vodka and veal parmesan are absolute standouts, perfectly executed and full of flavor. A refined dining experience, ideal for a romantic evening or a stylish dinner with friends. Truly a gem.

We were not impressed with carbone vino. The food and service were overpriced and underwhelming. For starters, we had the carpaccio, clams, calamari and Caesar salad and only the carpaccio was excellent, others just okay. The lobster pasta and vodka fetuccini were tasty but unremarkable. The desserts were the stars, the chocolate mousse cake and carrot cake were fantastic and I highly recommend both. The place is pretty but very loud and our chairs were extremely uncomfortable. We felt rushed by our captain Ivan and honestly he came across as a bit arrogant and bothered throughout the evening, but did redeem himself towards the end when he sensed we were unhappy. However, his assistant Luis was exceptional. The food and service does not merit the high prices and I don’t see us returning.

The service here completely ruins the experience. Our server made remarks about where we “came from” and referenced our ability to speak English. References to race made my group feel very uncomfortable. Pacing of the service between courses also felt super rushed and overall we were incredibly disappointed. It seemed like the servers were talking about us. Food is okay but not comparable to other Carbone locations, definitely not worth the price to be treated like that.
