We arrived on a busy morning, and the service was quick and the staff very attentive. The drinks are delicious and perfectly sweet. We ordered the chilaquiles, and what makes them special is the Morita chili sauce—it's sooo good! We also ordered the red velvet and New York cookies, though the red velvet ones were a bit sweeter. I found two pieces of silicone paddle in my smoothie. We arrived at 1:50 because they close at 2:30, and they told us they started closing earlier. We only had the option to order to go. Suggestion: If you have to close earlier, don't tell the customer because it'll be inconvenient. It's better to close and clean up inside. All their smoothies are delicious. Improve your customer service, they're worth it!

Everything is delicious, but the service is terrible. You arrive at 2:15 pm and they don't serve you, and they're supposed to close at 3:00 pm. If they could improve that, that would be great.

We wanted to go somewhere we hadn't been before. The menu includes tapas, sandwiches, and hot or cold drinks. I ordered a cochinita sandwich, which I think was a bit out of place with the rest of the menu, and a hot chai tea, which was good. Upon entering, there's the kitchen with a few tables in front, but they offer access to the terrace overlooking the river. It's not a place I'd go back to. Maybe it's just not a place I'd want to go back to. It's in a small business plaza, and although they have parking spaces, there aren't enough, and people park on the street. Next door is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) where passports are issued, so on a business day, you'll have to find parking wherever you can.

The service was unfriendly and the attention was very mediocre. They didn't bring any sauces or dressings for the food, nor sweeteners for the coffee. There was trash on the terrace. They clearly lack awareness of what customers notice. The food was passable, but I won't be returning.
