Just got back from a different subway location... and let me tell you... the difference between that store and this store on roosevelt is unmatched! The subway on roosevelt is just an ALL AROUND great place for top-shelf FRESH and tasty subs. Prices are still good so I'd get there before they raise them. Just check the price of a 6inch MEAL of the day... outstanding! Yesterday my husband and I had to wait a little for our food. The workers had a bunch of online orders. They were quick and respectful about the people in line waiting. The Cheesy garlic steak and the half Dozen cookies we tried were so dead on it's not even funny! Jasmine is the employee to get. She is smart kind and very well informed. Definitely coming back to this location
People come in with attitudes they talk to these very nice ladies any kind of way. They made me the best sub I have had in a long time time it was perfect going back and bringing friends. The restroom is out of order which I find is a thing in this area not sure why management should do better and I get some people are nasty but don’t make us pay for the bad guest behavior. No restroom is unacceptable for any food business. Put locks on the doors or something. This is a stop off the bus for me so it really sucks that the restroom was out of order. Everything else great!
Ms Trina is awesome! I only like for her to make my food because she makes it with love and care and neat the way i like it. Not sloppy. Customer service is top notch when she is there.

I love this Subway! They treated my daughter and I so good. The guys that helped us look like twins and they gave us the upmost respect! The food was fresh and the restaurant is clean! 5 stars!!
Jamal was amazing! Another worker was there and told me he would be with me in a sec, then he grabbed his phone and starred at his phone and didnt ever attempt to assist me. Jamal rung up another customer then had to step in to assist me and make my food. He was very courteous and helpful! Thank you Jamal!
Went into this location on my 4:30 break on Apr 17 2024, all I wanted was a foot long Chicken Salad on bread instead of a wrap. The young man with locs went to great lengths to do this order for me but a lady cashier interrupted and made such a scene. She talked to him very rudely, ignored customers and went on about how he couldn’t make it on bread. I told everyone to have a great day, sat the chips down and left without buying. It did not take all the confusion she created.
The sandwich itself is disgusting as hell , every other subway I've been to the food was good , some of the cucumbers looked brown then the olives looked old on top of that the bread definitely didn't look the same . I recommend subway but not this one . You could tell the veggies was old
Do not go there they don’t put enough food on the sandwich they are nasty I have tried to give them changes noooooooo run fast sandwich always dry
I placed my order before it closed, I get off work late so I had came right before closing, they locked the door and left me outside in the rain while they fixed other customers orders and I had to wait to pick mine up… in the rain I got in once a customer left, worst customer service.
First and last time here. I asked for a blt extra cheese, extra bacon. Not only was there NO extra back (literally 3/4 pieces on the foot long) but there was no cheese at all. They have a divider up so you can’t see what they’re doing until you get to the toppings. I’ve been sick (6 months pregnant) so I was just trying to hurry in and out and wasn’t paying attention. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
I ordered the Sweet Onion Teriyaki chicken foot long through Uber eats. I also ordered a bag of Sun Chips. The delivery lady dropped off my order and once I opened the bag, I saw the chips weren't there. Annoying, but maybe they forgot to put the chips in the bag. Then I started eating the sandwich. I was half way through the first half when I realized something wasn't right. I opened the sandwich and saw they didn't bother to put the chicken in the chicken sandwich. I didn't realize I had to special order the chicken in a CHICKEN sandwich. Do better.
I have had the worst service ever at this location. If I could rate 0 I would. I ordered a Footlong Chicken, Bacon, Ranch on Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread, two cookies, and a coke. I DID NOT receive a drink. I got a SIX INCH instead of a FOOTLONG and the bread was white instead of Italian Herbs/Cheese. I tried calling this establishment THREE times and there is NO answer. Not only that but I wasted a gift card which means I have no way of receiving a refund. The parent company and franchisee should be appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer service at this location.
So I walk in at 9:25 and was told that they’re not taking anymore customers for the evening because they want to leave at 10pm. That is not have hours of operation work, you open and close at the time the business hours close. She was waiting to turn me away and it wasn’t even busy plus theres 35 mins until you close but you’re turning guests around. I’m new to the area but not to Subway and this is becoming out of hand the terrible level of customer service or the lack there of! I will be reporting this to corporate as well. Then the Open sign is still ON!!!
The owner operator should be ashamed of themselves! You are disgustingly greedy and have no sense of empathy. I am equally deeply disappointed with the management of this store. It appears to me that the focus is more on profit than on understanding and meeting the needs of customers. I hope more people become aware of this and consider their options before patronizing this store.
They're trying to steal $7,000, for a $7 sub from an elderly lady. They refuse to reimburse this lady for the mistake. Be careful when ordering from here or this can happen to you. Maybe if they see the loss of business after all these negative reviews, they'll learn to do the right thing. A customer should feel secure and valued when dealing with a business. This lady was a repeat customer. She should be valued as such. Not only should they give her money back, but they should apologize and at the very least give her a free sandwich or gift card. This story makes me lose my faith in humanity. Giving her money back is simply the right thing to do and not just good for business.
10 min wait because its busy, I understand. Getting mad at me when I asked you to change your gloves because you stop making my sandwich to help out on the register then return to my sandwich oh no. Then put the wrong stuff on my sandwich while I'm saying thats not right. Bummer😒 The attitude was way to much for me to spend my little $10. Very sad 😥
