I have finally went to Arby's. I have seen the commercial's a million times and have finally went. I'm giving them 5 stars because of their service, not the food per se. I had the 2 for $6 Gyros and they wee alright, but they need to put cheese on them and take of that disgusting red onion. My husband enjoyed it though. I would go back to try their King's Hawaiian.

So the store was clean, and the service was good. We were the only people in the dining area. I should have known something was wrong when the food came out so fast. Nothing was hot...first flag. Then it was super dry. Probably won't be back unless my kid talks me into again. Hey on a plus though no body got sick, they that deserves at least 2 stars for the food right?

The workers here cant read a simple door dash order with 3 items on it. Cant help but forget atleast 1 item every time.

Went through the drive thru and the spanish dude was NOT friendly at all , no customer service skills at all! I asked to be given extra sauces even if i had to pay for them and he gave me 2 packets for 2 sandwiches. Slung my bag out the window and said here you go!!! Too bad there isn't another Arby's in Bryan/CS cause they would wipe out this place on SWPKY! Yall suck! I wont go back!

Please stop advertising about the steak nuggets. They are terrible and they look like baked brownie bites. It’s not pleasing at all. It makes my girlfriend gag and turn away from the tv and yell to drain out the commercial. Please make it stop and discontinue this Ad.

Took 30 minutes to get food and it wasn't even busy. Ordered a large and this is what I get. Spent $32 on food and yall cant even give the correct amount.

I have eaten a lot of burgers in my life and I can't think of a worse burger than the one I got last night. It was a drive through, ordered when we got there, and it was room temperature, meat and bread, and the dryest patty that I believe I have ever had. It was a simple order and didn't think that I needed to check it. Mayonnaise and lettuce only, but it came with no lettuce. I felt like it was a sandwich made from something that had sat there all day. Dry bun, dry patty, with no flavor!!n

Ordered buffalo sliders and the employees taking the order talk over you and rush you through so they mess up. Buffalo sliders and cheesy peppers don’t sound anything alike.
