As my son would say, " This food was banging . " Haha, the food was amazing and me and my family and I loved the dirt and worms. The employee who took our order seemed very annoyed, but that was okay. Some people just have bad days. I hope they feel better!

I wasn't entirely sure what custard was before I came here but I made sure to thoroughly research it. It turns out it's pretty much ice cream, just made a little different by adding egg yolks. That's it. Simple, right? It's supposed to add a richer flavor, but I didn't really notice a difference. It's all delicious to me! I got the Reese's sundae with added strawberries and bananas and had zero complaints. My wife had the turtle sundae (custard + hot fudge, caramel & pecans) -- she very much enjoyed it. My boys had chocolate custard with chocolate syrup and the other had gummy worms. They do just about any toppings you can think of. I'm especially thankful for their summer reading program since my kids have started reading almost every night in hopes they earn some free custard. Such a cool place! Also, inside is very clean with red themed into just about everything. Really gives it a nice fresh look. Oh, also be sure to check out their app as you'll get free food or custard and the points system is quite generous netting you free food/custard every other trip. Check it out!

I recommend the desserts 🍨 🥧 🍦, they are very good. The fries 🍟 are nice and crunchy and go well with any meal.

My family and I always enjoy visiting here. Cheeseburgers are always fresh and the custard simply melts in your mouth. My personal favorite is the Chocolate brownie delight sundae.

I can tell it has potential to be really good but they messed up my order pretty bad … Ordered a bacon double plain and I got just a double with mustard and pickles and the chocolate shake kinda taste just like chocolate jello pudding

You all are out of your damn minds. Almost $12 for a hot dog, shoestring French fries and sugar water? Maybe if the CEO of Freddy's takes a pay cut, the rest of us plebes won't need a second mortgage to feed a family of four. $12 for a hotdog....smfh...

This was my favorite Freddy's. I'll never go back. When a customer calls with a complaint and the so-called manager tries to diagnose you as "something must be wrong with your day" and "well, what is it that you want me to do" and "I was standing right there" it's just easier to leave the line. The person taking my order could not hear me so I said, "no, and continued with my order. I'm hoarse. I've been outside all day. The young lady taking my order then said "you don't have to yell at me." I then explained "I wasn't yelling. You couldn't hear me. The car in front of me will not move up so I can get next to the speaker. I spoke up. I then said " you know what? Never mind, and I won't be back." And I won't. Maybe it was your help that was having a bad day as there was some kind of a car show going on and you were packed. I was having a good day until I was reprimanded for speaking louder so she could hear me. I truly am sorry if I sounded rude. But when I said I was leaving she said " well have a great day." No apology after I explained I was stuck behind the speaker. If that's how much it matters then it's good to know. I might as well be talking to the air. It doesn't really matter in the whole scheme of things, but you lost a customer that frequented your location.

I understand price increases but this tiny little cup of ice cream was $7.24…. Never coming here again. Go to Andy’s down the road, taste better and get 2or3x the amount.

I really wasn't impressed the fries were burnt, getting sauce was like asking the bank for a loan, the bun was super soggy, I've always loved Freddy's. But I probably won't be going back to this location. Update: Tried to give them another chance... and my burger was partially raw...

Disappointing, customer service was bad to begin with at the drive-thru then my order is wrong but my receipt is correct on what I did order (see pictures). Hamburger with jalapeños and it had 3 small slices, hotdog with onion and both were plain. Even the meat patty tasted old. If I wasn't at home I would ask for a full refund which you should give me anyways for a terrible experience.
