The ultimate fries are good. I asked for more cheese since I like a lot and it wasnt visible on top when i opened the box. The enployer said its cheese in there already. I asked the Mgr and he obliged! The sandwiches are really really good tho!

Very tasty but the person That made it for me was upset about something maybe because I’m black ,lol I dunno bud it was strange like he was upset that he had to make a sandwich for me. Like it’s his job and I thought I was overreacting but then I realized that the person before got their sandwich with a smile. Wait for it the person was a white male

There was a hair in my food which was a little disturbing but I just pulled it off and ate the sandwich. So other than the hair it was alright. Not the BEST Charlie’s Philly cheese steak sandwich I have ever had but it was good

The prices for the cheesesteaks are ridiculous for the amount of food they give you it is laughable. They get a star for making it fresh in front of you and it's good but not great. 2 stars for their strawberry lemonade....delish.

The prices for the cheesesteaks are ridiculous for the amount of food they give you it is laughable. They get a star for making it fresh in front of you and it's good but not great. 2 stars for their strawberry lemonade....delish.

When i ordered from this place, i honestly thought i was going to get something that accurately resembled the image of the sandwich presented on their website and through the ordering process. Instead what i got was practically an insult in comparison. Tell me which one of these pictures is not like the other. (yes i ate half). Food is good tho.

I ordered a combo, they gave me the completely wrong meal and made me pay 2$ extra to add a drink despite it being pictured on the image. Argued with me over whether or not I could change my meal and didn’t give me what I wanted at all.

No one can speak English. Spent 40 dollars and the order was completely the opposite of what was ordered. They need someone who speaks fluent English to greet customers and take correct orders

No one can speak English. Spent 40 dollars and the order was completely the opposite of what was ordered. They need someone who speaks fluent English to greet customers and take correct orders

It's in the food court and not very good. The best advice I can offer is to add more peppers and onions to help the flavor, maybe shakers, while cooking too if you can and !offer mayo and mustard packets! in the bag with the ketchup you put in for the fries. Mayo for the steak side of the menu and mustard for the chicken side. This will offer more flavor while still sticking with little changes to the product. Options are the sauce of life. The fries were the best thing there but not enough between price and lack luster cheesesteak to make up for a second star. Lemonade almost did, but the cup the fries came in was too small to make up for a 2nd star as well.

Ordered a Large Lemonade and the girl was putting ice in the cup when whoever was cooking (and seemingly in charge) came from the back yelling about how she had accidentally charged me for a Regular and I owed them a dollar for a large. It's lemonade. I don't know why they couldn't have just finished making the drink. It's not my fault if I order something and I'm mischarged. Just the way he handled it was RUDE. I hope they go under soon or he gets fired by corporate. SO many better options.

She went ahead and put cheese AND BACON when it literally only said cheese and when i told her about it she rolled her eyes like it was my fault that shes blind. Train your staff to be respectful next time.

I ordered a full size sandwich and when I reached home I realized it was a small with very few fries. I returned later in the week and they said they can’t give me a credit for their mistake unless I had the receipt and I go there 3 days out of the week so they see me all the time. I ordered again and found hair in my food. NEVER AGAIN! I do not recommend

I will never go here again. I spent over $15 on a regular size Philly cheese sandwich and a medium coke. The portion meat didn't cover the roll and hardly any cheese either. What a rip off. There product and the photos in there add are 2 different animals. Should be ashamed of yourself as the owner
