The service I had here was awesome! Bella made my dining experience here pleasant and enjoyable. She was very attentive and friendly. The food was also very delicious! I would definitely come here again!

I must say Andre D blew us away with his service, he was very attentive and personable. He gave us excellent service and allowed me and the wife, to have a great date night without the children. He recommended we start with Hot and Sour soup (gave us some chips) and the chicken lettuce wrap for an appetizer. He convinced us to get the agave margaretta and high chi. For entrees, we had the combo fried rice and Mongolian beef. Everything was amazing, and then we finished our special day with a chocolate cake that andre had ordered for us for our special night and even got us to finish the night with espresso martinis. We sat in the car and she said that was the best service we'd ever had. He gave us a card with his name to come back and ask for him. We will be coming back again and asking for Andre D.

Bella was our server, and she was spectacular. She made my son's birthday extra special. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious.

Waitress was super sweet and attentive. Very lovely and overall 10/10. Bella was such a joy and pleasant waitress throughout the whole time we were here. Would come back

Great stop for lunch. Highly recommend. Our food was amazing. Gluten free options were plentiful. Gluten Free plates easy to identify. Our server Adam was great. Adam was professional, knowledgeable, friendly. ** my only negative- I love warm Sake and look forward to it. They were out.

Our server was Mohamed. He was very personable, friendly and attentive! So make sure you get his section when you come, if you want an engaging knowledgeable server!

I learned that take out portions are extremely smaller than dine-in. Will not order online again. Recommend eating inside. Seating was on time. Food took longer to arrive. Food was tasty.

Experience is always pleasant and the food is delicious. Keith our server made this outing enjoyable. He periodically checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

As a vegan I got the Ma Po Tofu which was amazingly crispy, sweet & slightly spicy! My auntie who isn’t vegan was very impressed (much to her surprise)!! The staff were very accommodating - would recommend.

Taylor was our server and was amazing tonight, very welcoming and friendly and on top of things! Erica was also helpful, sweet and so very kind. Everything was on point! Thanks guys so much - you guys ROCK!

Skylar is hands down the best server in PF Chang haven't been here in a long time and definitely plan on coming back plus the food was amazing black pepper chicken don't miss!!!

Never had a bad experience here. Mongolian Beef, Miso Glazed Salmon, Lettuce Wraps...everything I've tried so far has been great. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait on food or to be seated as they get pretty busy, but always worth the wait.

Excellent meal for all 3 of us dining for lunch. The lunch special was very affordable. Our server took great care of us on the patio. Even the picky eater in the group was pleased.

I dined in on a Friday night and Chloe was my server. Her service was absolutely remarkable! We received all of our food and beverages in a very timely manner. Chloe suggested the Lychee Martini and it was stupendous! Our dumplings and honey chicken was hot, fresh, and steaming. Our waters stayed full, and our bellies left full. Chloe’s personality absolutely made the dining experience top tier. I would absolutely recommend!

Had an incredible dinner at PF Chang's tonight! The food was delicious as always, but what really made the night was our server, Elysia. She was so attentive, friendly, and had the best recommendations.

Monday night dinner….food was excellent. Service by Skyler was incredible and the new dessert offerings were fantastic! Price are extremely reasonable for high end food and service. Highly recommend.

We had the best time at P.F. Chang’s! Our server, Kat, was an absolute rockstar. She was on it the whole time. Super friendly, quick, and just made the night feel easy and fun to celebrate our sons birthday! You can tell she really cares about her tables. The food was amazing too. Everything came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Honestly, between Kat’s energy and how good the food was, it made for one of the best meals we’ve had out in a long time. We’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be asking for Kat again!

Elysia was FANTASTIC, the food was GREAT, and the vibes were right on time! It’s always a pleasure when I visit this PF Chang’s location. Thank you for such great customer service.

This place is great! I just went in to pick up a takeout order but the atmosphere was very nice. The food tasted pretty good too. If you have food allergies, I would recommend looking up the allergen menu online before you head in because some dishes had unexpected allergens. It was a very thorough and up to date menu so that was great. I thought an item was left out of my order but it actually wasn’t. I told them about it before I realized though and they still “replaced” it. If they see this I just want to say thanks guys - that was a bit of a rough day for me and you really made it better.

This was my first time eating at a PF Chang's. 🥢 The atmosphere and ambiance of the restaurant is pretty impressive, and the service was great. We ordered Appetizers, I don't remember the names of each one. I order a combination rice 🍚 and sweet-and-sour chicken 🍗. For the rice I give an 8 out of 10 the sweet and sour chicken I give a 6 out of 10. It had a weird taste to it. Overall I give the full experience 8 out of 10.

Our server was great. Food is good. For appetizers, we ordered Dynamite shrimp, Egg Drop soup, while for main course we ordered Pad Thai w/ chicken and shrimp, Kungpao chicken and Sesame chicken. Environment is cozy. Location is great. After dinner you can hang out in nearby locations.

Service and atmosphere are phenomenal. But I will have to say the food is a bit sweeter than what I can tolerate. I prefer authentic Chinese food at this type of restaurant but they did not provide. American style Chinese food - everything is sweet.

Angie was great and very accommodating! Soup was a little salty and rice noodles were not cooked properly.

Kat was our server and the service was impeccable. It was very quick and she had such a bubbly personality that made us feel at ease. The food was absolutely delicious, but we each got a dinner special and the servings were a little small. The crispy green beans were phenomenal and so was the Mongolian beef!

food was below average and honestly did not meet our expectations. flavors were very basic and nothing stood out. The service was okay, but not warm or welcoming it felt more like they were just doing their job rather than making customers feel comfortable. Overall, the experience was just mediocre and not something I would be excited to visit again.

Wife and I went for our 2nd wedding anniversary on 4/20/24, since she’s never been. I told her it’s over rated Chinese food. She understood when we got our bills. Anywho, besides the prices, the food IS good, and the drinks were nice too. Service was good, nice vibe there was nice, even with it being prom season for the kids. All in all, a kool spot.

01/04/24=First outing to eat for the new year. I have not been to this P.F. Chang’s in 14 years. I went with a few friends for a birthday celebration. The interior has changed reflecting a more cultural and traditional Asian aesthetic from the decor to the servers uniform. Stylish, comfortable seating, and decor. There is also an outdoor patio. The mural over the bar is an amazing work of art. The infamous warrior horse sculpture still exists. Additionally, there are a few warrior-like sculptures inside the restaurant. I ordered the Organic Agave Margarita w/salt, and for my entree the Kung Pao Chicken with white rice which had flavor. My friend’s meals have also been photographed and included in this review. Nice and friendly staff. Thank you Alec and the young gentleman who was the host and seated my party at a booth. Overall, good experience and decent food. Metered timed parking out front or there is a parking lot also across the street from the restaurant. Decent prices.

My husband made reservations for my birthday but when we reached there they told to wait for 30 mins , we told them that we have email confirmation but they didn’t do anything. After 30 mins we got our table , I ordered vegetarian food for me but waitress bring egg fried rice so I told her to please change and then she forgot to bring rice . Almost at checkout time she bring rice and it was too late . It was not a good experience but I am still giving 3 stars because of the food . Veg lettuce wrap was good so as Buddha bowl .

The restaurant ambiance was good but other than that the rest was not impressive at all. First off, we were a big party and they gave us a new waitress, she kept mixing up our orders. When we got our food most of us were disappointed by the lack of flavor, for the prices I expected better. Then at check out it was a disaster because we were misinformed about the meal deal which took obnoxiously long for the manager to straighten out because she also mixed up our orders on the receipts. I definitely will not waste my money on it again I received better service and tastier food at smaller Chinese restaurants.

Don’t waste your money. If you’re looking for at least decent Asian cuisine… This ain’t it baby. The meat was giving impossible meat texture. The flavor wasn’t there. The rice wasn’t cleaned or tasted like it was two days old. Definitely wasn’t fresh. Possibly losing business and trying to cut corners. But when you cut corners on quality the patrons can tell. The pot stickers were ok. Needed more seasoning. The ribs were the best thing we ate. As far as portion sizes it was too much for an appetizer. I could have just ate the ribs. The honey crisp chicken wasn’t crispy. The peppers in the pepper steak were too big and the sauce for both meals was runny. Cut them up. The staff was excellent. The atmosphere was great. But it’s ,$75.00 I can’t get back.

Tbh PF Changs has become waaayyyy over priced. $20 for a small portion of Changs spicy chicken is wild plus a $3 up charge for an extremely small portion of fried rice… Y’all aren’t serving upscale Chinese, it’s literally Panda Express with an ambiance and smaller portions lol looks like I’m done going here. This was my first time back since pre-pandemic and y’all took inflation and super ran with it lol

Do not go here if your gluten free, my daughter ordered gluten free pad tai and it came out with breaded shrimp in it and my daughter had a few bites, thankfully her allergies aren’t too bad but if someone’s was, that could be a bad situation. The manager came out with new food for her and barely made eye contact with us. Jenifer our server wasn’t the greatest either, not super friendly at all. Unfortunately the last time we came here the food wasn’t great either, wanted to try again but needless to say it’s gone downhill and we won’t be back, oh and you’d think they would have took her meal off the bill but that wasn’t done either.

Found this spot on Instagram and decided to give it a try. The food was alright felt like it wasn’t seasoned enough or maybe it was because it was close to closing hours and the employees were ready to go home… we tried a little bit of everything even ordered some drinks which also were not the best we let our waiter know about the problems we issued and nothing was resolved. We are very disappointed in our experience and definitely won’t be returning.

The food tasted like it was the frozen entrees at the store reheated in the microwave. The spring rolls were "almost crispy " but really soft, slimy and soggy. The kids meal "side of fruit" was actually two 1/4" thick orange 1/2 wheels... from the bar... why bother. 🤷🏼‍♂️ like really. We would have paid for an actual side of fruit had we known. I got the "New Spicy Pepper Chicken " was supposed to be a chicken in a black pepper sauce.. it must have been a dry rub because it sucked up soy sauce like the Sahara.. and was STILL dry. My husband's food was OK, but the fried rice was all onion flavored according to them and not good. The server did his best, but the MULTIPLE dirty tables around us the majority of our meal was gross. Dirty tables, sticky tables... Nothing like looking at half eaten food and food/debris on the floor as multiple staff walk by and crunch over it.. without cleaning it up. I can understand it was a busy weekend, but the place was obviously not staffed appropriately and the food was subpar at best..we used to love this restaurant, but it has seriously gone downhill. We paid for our meal. But it was 100% not worth it or worth going back. I do not recommend.

I haven’t gone to a PF Changs for about 10 years now and went for the very first time today. For context I’ve dined Michelin all over NYC and CHI. Yes I know this is a chain restaurant, but it’s supposedly a higher tier chain. However this was the biggest let down for a meal I’ve ever had. The service was super slow! Took 15 minutes to get a glass of sake. All the appetizers and entrees were cold and absolutely flavorless. My 1 year old nephew’s baby food has a better flavor profile than this. Our hostess was great and very attentive. Gordon Ramsay would shit on this kitchen for the lack of quality in the food. Corporate needs to stop cutting corners and charging ridiculous prices for garbage food. For those reviewers raving about it have obviously not eaten at good restaurants or have developed their palates enough. My family and I will never be back to this terrible chain and I look forward to the day PF Changs goes bankrupt and closes every single restaurant.

First time back in a long time! Disappointed to say the least....dishes on the table were greasy ..menus were dirty also the leather credit card/bill thing was nasty too. Floors had debris and food everywhere in the restaurant. Our table was so sticky you didn't want to touch it...we told our waitress and she said it was clean but worn out and it always feels like that!! Food was mediocre at best. Apps were pretty good but entrees were bland. Beef was tough...too many scallions almost a cup full. Fried rice which you pay extra for was very very bland..I was so looking forward to this meal and wasted $90.00 plus dollars we will never go back!!!

Where should I begin? Well we entered at roughly 6:30 on Monday night and the restaurant was very slow. We waited at the hostess stand to be acknowledged for well over 5 minutes, then once sat we waited 17 minutes on a basic table greet from our server. I’ve worked FOH in restaurants for over 30yrs and I literally had to go back to the hostess stand and interrupt her from playing on her phone to see if we had a server coming at all. She got our server, and the kid didn’t apologize for taking an extremely long time, didn’t fill our waters immediately and took forever to get our drinks to us. All 4 of us ordered some sort of an app, 2 soups and 2 sushi rolls and once they were completed we waited another 25 minutes before having to ask our server again whether or not our meals were ever coming out, which was a rare filet and shrimp lo mein. He acted like he saw a ghost when we asked him and he replied “OH NO!!! I HAVEN’T SEEN THEM IN THE KITCHEN” and literally sprinted back to the kitchen to check. At this point we were closing in on an hour since waking in and hadn’t received our meals. When the food came it was barely warm and had definitely been sitting in the kitchen waiting to be ran, but sadly wasn’t. We had to ask other servers for refills twice and the kids pre-bussing was also terrible. A manager never stopped by to do a table check which was also a surprise. This experience was terrible at best and we will not be coming back anytime soon. Our server was either very new or just terrible at his job or not properly trained.
