Me and family always come here because this menu is extremely large and unique. Every other restaurant seems boring after eating at sonic. I hope one day this restaurant in particular grows because it's always a pleasure coming here. I don't even like fast food but sonic always fills me up and having me coming for more. I personally like the mini chicken sandwiches. And I like using there mobile platform because you get way better deals. I love this sonic
I wanted to give a better review since this place has improved from a year ago. The order ahead service is great (at least for me I’ve never had a problem). If I had a problem they are very nice to fix it and to work with you. Food is well cooked and I haven’t had a problem with food poisoning since a year ago. Definitely glad I can make this my go to again.
I was wackong my Johnson in the bathroom and a worker walked in on me and he didn’t judge me like most do
Today 6/24/25 we had lunch there. Despite no air conditioning inside the guy working was still taking care of customers with a smile and kind words. He really deserves a raise for his outstanding job
Ordered the strawberry shortcake snowcone slush float before I went into work and it was amazing, been waiting for it to come back on the menu! Came back after work (11pm) ordered it again, and was given strawberry slushes with whipped cream on top. They were still good but not what I’d ordered and I didn’t want to go back since I’d just gone the opposite way of my house to get it in the first place.
Went here because DQ is STILL doing takeout only. Well, if you're on a motorcycle and it's raining, takeout SUX! Eating at Sonic is like dinning in with a bonus. This one has covered parking and covered outdoor tables and they actually wipe them down! Good job Sonic! Forget the neanderthals at DQ and McDonald's who only offer takeout. Swing by Sonic!

Food was alright. Usually decent, but the drinks were kinda bad. Had a shale before, home made cream and stuff, was delicious. Last.time was just crappy whipped cream out of a can, and didn't have much taste. Bigger was good though.
Great service! Very upsetting when paying for my order, there wasn't an option to tip. Bring cash, you can't tip on your card. That's the only reason I didn't give five stars. Also, the pretzel twist is a great idea!
My Double Cheeseburger was hot and good; fries were okay. Grandchildren enjoyed their corndogs and tater tots. Service was reasonably prompt although card reader would not read either of the two credit cards we tried. Carhop was thoughtful, courteous and personable.
Seems they are short-handed,and they are doing the best they çan. But when you order a milkshake and get a cup of chocolate milk- something taking a little too long. I understand it is hot out that's why I ordered it. If I am going to pay $5.00 for a chocolate milk, heck I can get a whole gallon of gas for $4.55. So that plus tax&tip around $10 or so for a melted milkshake. Life is good.
I ordered the new Chocolate Mocha Blast. I realize this is a new product offering from Sonic and so I understood when they didn't prepare it to look like the photo advertisement. The sprinkles were left out and the ice cream and chocolate syrup was not mixed well, all the chocolate syrup was in the bottom of the cup. I used my spoon to stir the ingredients myself and it was quite good. Maybe next time I will get sprinkles. 😄
Decided to eat at the table rather than the drive-in dine in the car option. I find the steering wheel annoying when eating in the car. Had a cheeseburger combo with tots and got a chili cheese coney on the side. The service was fairly quick and the food was good. A solid visit.
Sonic Drive-In of Commerce is a great place to eat. In just a few minutes of taking our order, the waitress brought the food out to us. It was hot and smelled so good, now we are ready to chow down. Man the food was good now this is the way to end the day to our shopping spree. After eating and cleaning up the waitress came by and asked if we would like a refill on our drinks before we left. This Sonic was nice and clean there wasn't any trash laying around on the ground. The service was great and fast delivered to the table. Our waitress was great and very friendly she was always smiling. Thank you Sonic for a great place to stop by and eat great food!!!!!
One of the few Sonics in the area that is open. When we arrived it was packed but we knew they must have good food because all these people braved their terrible parking lot. It is a bunch of pot holes and broken cement at the front entrance and the exit is closed off. Food was good and fresh. Had quick service. Hopefully they will fix the parking lot next time we visit.

2/11/23 came and ate dinner. Then decided to 2 hot fudge sundaes and sat forever waiting. I love this place but it'll be a while before coming back if they don't want to bring out sundaes.
Upon arrival we were told they were short handed and we had to use the drive thru. That was fine. Ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings which were more than $8 but the burger was COLD and cheese wasn't melted at all, only about a nickle size of mayo as well....very disappointing!
My first ever sonic experience, I was excited because I'm had never had sonic before and had heard good things about it. Unfortunately it wasn't all that great. The drinks were fine, that's why I'm giving three stars, but the food we ordered was cold. You could tell even before you unwrapped it because the wrapper was really cold. I'm disappointed and don't plan on coming back any time soon.
Brought me the wrong flavor milkshake but it was alright.
Had a pretty big order close to close. We were missing fries, the chicken sandwich wasn’t plain as ordered and the server had to go back several times to correct it and to get ketchup and napkins and such. The replaced chicken sandwich was plain but obviously too old to be served. It was really gross and hard to eat so she took it back and had it replaced again. The server never got upset and was obviously wanting to help us out with great customer service. Even with a messed up order I would come back because of the kindness of this server. And the willingness to make it right with us.
This was my first time at sonic. I like the drive in and read menu concept. I was confused in the outside paying system. I order a double cheese burger and chili cheese covered fries. The fries was good but the burger was very soggy. It tasted like it been wrapped up for a long time. I hate wet bread. So at this point and time I'm going to say they are okay. Oh, I forgot to mention they do have a killer ice cream sundae and it was a blast.
This location used to be good. You used to get food hot, now I got hard shriveled fries and a cool burger. Usually I would tell them to remake it but I wouldn't be surprised if someone spit in it after I complained.
Every time we eat here they mess something up. Also, the drive through always takes forever and what’s the point in having drive up spaces if they won’t let you order from them. We have had to go to another restaurant on numerous occasions because if we waited in line at Sonic each time we are in a rush, we’d be late.
Order took almost 30 min and the fries were barely warm. Just terrible.
If you want to wait way too long for the world’s best cherry limeade this is the place!

The service in the drive thur was extremely slow. We waited 25 minutes for 2 milkshakes and a cherry limeade. It was by far the worst limeade I have ever had. Straight lime is all you could taste.
11-21-22 we went to this location, being we never have a problem here! But today I specifically asked for "NO MAYO" on my sandwich because I loathe the smell & texture! I asked 2x to make sure she heard me... She assured me that she heard me. Then when I get to work there was soooo much I couldn't even eat my lunch! So that was $11 wasted! When I called to let them know my lunch had been ruined, no one answered the phone! But at least I had the 9 soggy tots(which never happens) & my delicious cherry ginger ale... I didn't starve! 👆 New Review👆 Food is always Hot & Fresh when we go! Pickles Fries need to stay forever & come in large size!!! They are amazing💯❤💯❤💯 We have been 2 days in a row just for those!

Sonic was, at one time, one of my favorite fast food joints. Today's visit is the last in a string of disappointing visits. I had a foot long chili cheese Coney. The dog was not hot, the chili was thin and the cheese was almost non-existent. I got a strawberry slush that was so poorly mixed that it was like straight ice with no flavor. About an hour later the ice had softened to where I could stir it with my straw and I was able to conjure up a little strawberry flavor then. Also, my wife ordered the sonic burger without cheese. Guess what. She got cheese. She got a lemon slush. Her issue was the opposite of mine. The flavoring was mixed so strong that it actually tasted like insecticide. Sorry, Sonic. Never again.
me and my boyfriend come to this sonic frequently and it was great pre and during covid. but there is a staffing issue now, and waiting 35+ minutes just to get your order, ordered shouldn’t be a thing. i understand that they’re busy and it’s hard to keep up with people flooding in, but corporate should do better to accommodate their employees instead of letting them drown. it’s an every night thing, do better for your employees so they can do better for the customers.
Ordered a milkshake and they said, “we will have to turn on the machine if you want that. It takes 30-45 minutes to freeze, so you can wait if that’s what you want.” They also said drive though only but couldn’t get the order correct on the speaker. Old grease on the tots was disgusting 🤮
I called to place an order for several people where I work. The gentleman who answered the phone said, “the best thing for you to do is to place an order on the app.” I told him the app would not allow me to place multiple different orders and pay with different cards because after you place one order it tells you you have already placed an order. So then I asked him, if everyone I worked with downloaded the app, how do I go about picking up the orders during Covid19? He said, “I’m really busy, I don’t have time to walk you through this.” He lost business that day from numerous people employed locally. He was rude and short and very discourteous. I tried to call customer service only to speak with someone whose first language was not English and she couldn’t understand what I was saying and she refused to let me speak to someone else. It’s a shame these employees get away with how they treat other people in their community. Poor customer service.
Horrible service! We pushed the button and placed our order. The teenager taking the order was very rude and snotty while taking the order. We were given a total for the order and sat and waited for a long time and during this time, several more people had pulled up, ordered, and gotten their food. Meanwhile, we are still without our order. When we pushed the button again and asked where our order was, they said they didn't even have an order like that placed or made from that stall. We got mad, told them to forget it, went to Arbi's and got great service. The collective brain power at this Sonic at this time wasn't even enough to change a light bulb.
Waited over an hour for our food to come out. Went up to the door multiple times and tried to talk to someone and stood there for 5 minutes before someone finally came out and still didn’t have an estimate of when the food would be ready. We went up again about 20 minutes later and they offered a refund, but still no estimated time of when our food would be out. This is RIDICULOUS. Edit: When our food FINALLY came out it was cold.
It was horrible, I order a small Oreo cheesecake blast ( not my first time ordering it) when I got the bottom, it got a sour taste and it was like if there was water at the bottom. I’ve trying call and it goes straight to voicemails

It was a quiet, clean environment however the food was cold .Literally the only thing hot and fresh was my children's corn dogs ,all else felt like it could have been made earlier and placed in the warmer.As far as the customer service,it was not great .The server was overly chatty &complained instantly about Equipment being down/slow/old and wanting to go home .After a question was made about the payment being successful,server instantly insisted on taking the card inside to pay with her manager present. luckily we weren't overly charged .I plan on sticking to Athens sonic instead .
Don't bother you are better off waiting in line at chik Fil a on a Sunday. Waited in line for 10+mins before they came back and said they were waiting on chicken. Took another 15+min to get them to get back to the window to get a refund so I could go somewhere else. While 1 person that was working the rest seemed to not care. 1 lady was busy on her phone walking around just texting. Unless you like to wait in line for no reason this is the place to go for you.
definitely not FAST food. if you’re looking for a meal don’t go here because they take 30+ minutes to deliver food even if in the drive thru
Came here on Sunday 4/17 after a day of fishing to get some blasts and shakes. Nope machines are down. Ok no problem stuff happens we went somewhere else. Today 4/22 came back to get a shake and guess what machines still down. Nothing on their sign saying this because guess what I would have driven right by and not stopped like everyone else. Instead you place your order and then get told no ice cream products but you’ve already ordered so you end up staying. Come on sonic get your stuff together. Your food isn’t that great we come here for the ice cream.
It used to be really good and the people that worked there were really, REALLY nice. But i guess something happened to the staff bc the only people that work there now; ignore you if you press the red button at one of the stations, and also take forever to get you your stuff. But if you pull around to the drive through they are taking orders just fine. They are just chosing to ignore anyone that pull up to a station without even saying that they are only doing drive thru or anything like that. Waited 10 minutes at a station when there were only 2 people in the drive thru line. Pulled around and ordered my 2 drinks and then had to wait 16 minutes for those 2 drinks with only 2 cars ahead of me in the line.
The location does not take Apple Pay.
We had 2 orders. We were essentially cut off after the 1st one was finished. That order was brought out before the other order was ever asked for. And not sure if staffing is the issue or not. But a 30 minute wait time for a burger, tater tots, and a milkshake seemed excessive. Also the inability to add onions due to the POS unit supposedly not being able to ring up an onion like it can a tomato, and we won't be returning as customers to this location.
The food was TERRIBLE. They were really busy which is why I dont understand how I got fries that were so old they were hard as a rock and completely inedible. The ice cream was good but I will never go back there for food
Drive through only, can't park and order. I tried to give it a -1 but it's not possible. Worst burger I've bit into in years and wife's as well. Both were deposited in their trash can. Went across the street to Micky-D's and it was good(for fast food burger). Strike 3 Sonic.

My in laws order there food and sit down. My husband goes right behind them and pushes the button. 10 Mins later after my in laws get their food and are done we still haven't been able to take our order. We ask someone ask they walk by if they are ever gonna take our order and she said no we're too busy trying to get the drive through and and the drive ups.
Went through Drive Thru at 9:38am. What I ordered was correct but upon reading my receipt I noticed I wasn’t discounted properly for their $.99 large drinks before 10am. I was charged $3.99 and given a $1.50 coupon.I brought this mistake to the managers attention and he proceeds to get defensive and argue and says “well prices went up”. Okay, but it’s still advertised as $.99 for a Large drink. He then says my drink isn’t part of the promotion, it’s clearly in the picture of the advertisement!! I know it only $.50 but if you advertise an item at a certain price and a customers brings it to your attention you are responsible to follow through and not argue. Literally could have been easily fixed instead of arguing. There is definitely lack of customer service and proper management at this location.
I wish i could give this place no stars. It takes FOREVER just to get waited on. (30 minutes to order 2 drinks) and then 9 times out of 10 it’s wrong. The commerce location is absolutely terrible!
Pulled in into a spot a 9:40 pm was told they were doing drive through only. That’s was fine as I understand they closed @ 10. We then pulled through the drive through to be told they took there last order. The same girl told us both of these and honestly I see why this has so many bad reviews. If your gonna run a fast food joint do not put ur wants to get out before your customers. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Arbys thank you for being so kind.
The music was so loud that they could not hear me to take my order on the speaker even though I was yelling. I ordered a hot dog all the way and it came like a hamburger with lettuce tomato and pickle and when I tried to return the Hot Dog they ignored me and so I spent $40 at this place to be disappointed the chicken tenders are tiny and for an eight-dollar meal five chicken tenders should fill you up and it would take 15 at the size they sell now this place is a disappointment the only thing good here is a milkshake

everything was great, i got a chicken tender box, number 11. and while i was eating it i was enjoying it until i noticed a PENNY. in my box covered in grease buried under my tatter-tots i no long could enjoy my food. the penny is old so it has been touched my multiple dirty hands i hope that i don’t get any diseases although there was a penny in my food the service was great and the lady at the window was nice
This Sonic has gone downhill badly. My wife and I knew better but we had dinner at Applebee's next door and decided to come over for dessert here at Sonic. I ordered their peanut butter bacon shake and my wife ordered a strawberry hot fudge sundae. When they were brought out, the guy who brought it out said that he promised that there was a cherry in my shake, it had just sunk to the bottom. There was no cherry. That wasn't that big of a deal, but what was a big deal is that there was no bacon. Why would I order and pay extra for a peanut butter bacon shake that is a new item for them if all I'm going to get is just a peanut butter shake? That's messed up. And then my wife said that she got a lot of strawberries but there was no flavor to them at all. She said basically she just had some ice cream in a cup that was sort of colored red. But hey it's about par for the course here in Commerce anyway with all the new residents in the apartments that have recently been built. The restaurants have gone to a theory of pump people in and out as quickly as possible, forget quality and taste. As I said we knew better but we were right there having just eaten at Applebee's. Yeah, we're not going to make that mistake again and come here to this Sonic. There's a reason why my wife and I have started going to Cornelia more and more to eat and spend time, they are like Commerce used to be before the battery plant was built and all the apartments were built.
Management needs to change! I went two weeks ago sat there for 30 minutes waiting to order. Multiple employees walked by but never said a word. They ignored me and refused to acknowledge me. Finally someone tells me the speaker is out of order. I get my food and it was subpar and I could tell it was not made fresh. Two weeks later decided to give them another chance. Tried to get food at 10:30pm but they said they were closed. Supposed to be open until 11pm, never going back to this location
3.99 for 4 edible chicken pieces and 3 rock-hard pieces. Supposed to be popcorn chicken more like chicken nuggets. Tots were broken into pieces and cooked stuck together. They charged for pickle fries and when they found out it was crinkle fries they didn't even try to make it right. Probably won't be visiting them again. Worst 34.00 we've ever spent.
TWO Terrible Trips in one week. Deserve ZERO stars. Waited for 25+ minutes, ordered a Cheesecake Master Shake. The DT cashier said, "Okay, a strawberry cheesecake shake!" So, I ordered again and she corrected it. We waited in line again and once we arrived at the window I asked her if the milkshake was melted before she handed it to me. She said, "I'll make you a new one." She literally turned around, picked another one up off the counter and handed it to me through the window. I thought a co-worker heard her and remade it while I paid. It was dark outside, about 9:15pm, so I couldn't see it very well but it looked fine and I drove away. It was actually a FREEZER BITTEN Vanilla Milkshake with small brown mystery chunks in the bottom of it. 100% NASTY and had to throw it away. In the visit before this one I was charged for the wrong burger and then the cashier ran to the back to correct the order. I arrived at home with one of the worst burgers I've ever seen. Could not even attempt to take a bite of it. What is wrong with the staff at this location? I will NEVER return.
Fries were the stalest I've ever had, burger was cold. Had fresh made and burger came with multiple hairs sticking out. Most disgusting experience I've had at a fast food place. Put me off my appetite
This is actually terrible. Waited 30 minutes or so for someone to take our order after pressing the button, the employee was super brash when taking the order, the food came about 20 minutes after this after a 50 minute wait and was stale cold fries, soggy popcorn chicken, and a burned clearly not fresh chicken sandwich. If I wait 50 minutes for my food it needs to be super fresh. Unacceptable and terrible service. Will not be coming back. The water cups also came with soda and pink stuff all over the cups.
After waiting 10 minutes to order, and then waiting another 20 minutes for our food you would think it would have at least been hot! The food was old and stale tasting. There were 5 meals ordered, they brought 2 packs of ketchup an no sauce for the strips (even though both were requested at ordering). I asked for the sauces and ketchup so to be cute she came back with a bag that literally had 30 packs of ketchup and about 15 sauces... She smirked and walked off when she handed it to me. Not cute, and a waste for your store, not me.
I visited there tonight and when I got my food it was cold . The tater tots tasted very greasy and wasn't good. The chili cheese dog was also cold. When I got home I was sick to my stomach and very nauseated
You want to know why you don't get tips. I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes. I waited 30 minutes for. By the time I got them the ice cream was melted and the hot fudge was cold. I had tip ready. But I'm not going to tip if I have to ask for my food. Worst service ever.
Went here ordered through the app. Tried to select what stall we were at on the app. It wouldn't work. Pushed the red button to tell them we were there. Took them at least 5 minutes to answer and say they were drive thru only. Got in line, and I waited about 20 minutes in line. Got to the speaker shut the truck off. Waited two minutes or so said hello a few times nothing. Waited another minute or so no response said hello. Asked is your speaker working. By this time the three cars in front of us are gone. Only one car at the window so we pull up. When we get to the window they ask did you order ahead. I said yes I ordered my drinks, but we would like to order two hot dogs and two pretzels. To which they said no, you have to go back around and rider at the speaker 🤔 😕 😒 We tried, and no one answered, and no one ever said anything. We waited a few minutes at the speaker, and I thought it was broken like the carhops. Oh well, sorry you can go get back in line. At this point, just forget it. Seriously, it was two plain hotdogs and two pretzels. Not to mention, I ordered online and tried to tell you at the carhop that and still had to wait over 20 minutes at this point. You are the only sonic around here. We have been here I think a total of 5 times in 2 years only once was the carhop working was super annoyed.
Open until 1am but they stop serving ice cream at 10:30. Would've been nice to know before waiting 30 minutes in line. Two awful experiences at two different stores recently tells me everything I need to know. Not wasting any more time or money on Sonic. They used to be great but they're on their way out.
Absolutely terrible. My family sat and waited for 20 mins while our food got cold and our drinks melted inside the kitchen. They asked us to go around the drive through when the line was around the building. We were staring at our food outside those 20 mins. The staff was incredibly rude when I mentioned that our food had been sitting there. Instead of grabbing the tray and simply providing it to us, they just let it sit there even after stating that was our food. Notice staff members sitting on the counter inside the kitchen while we waited for our food so short staff was not the case here. If you’re able to sit in the middle of a late dinner rush then you’re able to provide a family of five their food.
I feel bad for the employees of this "restaurant." They are clearly not trained or manned properly. We waited well over 30 minutes for our food and that was after waiting nearly 10 minutes to place our order! Flies and wasps were atrocious thanks to the overflowing garbage cans and dirty floors and tables!
Waited in drive thru for over 20’minutes. Order was incorrect. When FINALLY got food it was cold and literally just thrown in bag. Nothing was in Wrappers or containers. Never again!!! Horrible service!!!
Took more than 10 mins to have my order taken. Then my order came out pretty fast. Although, I immediately knew why. 1. They got my order wrong. None of the sides were right. 2. The food was old. Chicken strips were dry andI could tell they were old bc the breading was dark brown not golden brown like fresh fried chicken. 3. Drink machine was out so all we got was carbonated water. Trying to get all this corrected was a nightmare. Pushed the red speaker button and waited 10+ mins with no answer. The red light would go off with no answer. Won't be coming back here.
I ordered and selected pay with cash on the screen. The food arrived shortly after, and the carhop took my cash. My total was $29.22, I handed her $40. She gave us our food and walked away, I assumed to get my change. We ate, still no change so I pressed the red button again and was told to hold on. Several minutes passed and I happened to see the same carhop walk by after taking out another order, so I asked her where my change was. “We don’t give change” she said. I reminded her of my total and the amount that I had given her in cash, she looked puzzled so I said “I’m owed $10.78, that’s my change”. She rolled her eyes and walked away. After a few minutes, she came back with $10. She didn’t bring the 78 cents, but I didn’t argue. After leaving, I almost immediately felt rumbling in my tummy. Sure enough I made it home just in time to save my pants, but I have been miserable for nearly 8 hours now. That chili is no joke. If you decide to eat here, pay on the app or give exact change so you don’t have to offend the carhop when you ask for your change. Also don’t get the chili unless you’re feeling extra constipated. I myself will eat elsewhere. Thanks Sonic of Commerce, I’m all cleaned out now. Hopefully.
Wouldn't recommend eating here. Food was cold. Hotdog wasn't cooked. Staff wasn't willing to remake food. Just microwaved it. Response to reply....we tried escalating this. Got offered a $5 gift card...when we spent $25 on the food...nope. no Thanks. Not returning to this location, so there's no point in getting a gift card. We tried requesting a refund since the food was thrown away....it was ignored.
Customer service is terrible. We came in and the system had crashed and they said it would be 10-15 mins before it would be back up (okay, not a problem) so we sat and waited 20mins. They finally came on and asked for our order. We stated we had 2 separate orders and the cashier said that he was only taking 1 more order because they were closing in 40 mins. I informed him there were 4 other vehicles behind me just to let him know they were also waiting and he said “okay and like I said I’m only taking 1 more order.” So I proceeded to do 1 order. As we sit and wait on food he takes multiple other orders and when he brings us our food I ask him what his name is because I was going to to call corporate and he refused to give me his name. I will not be returning here.
I truly wasted my money and time stopping here. After I ordered I waited over 10 minutes to get my order and when I did the coffee was cold there was no creamer the Supreme Barretto had jalapeños which I had ask to be left off it had no bacon. The worst of any Sonic I have been to and I tell anyone find somewhere else to eat.
Always get laughed at and unwanted opinions from staff on my appearance, car, etc. Jealous much Sonic???
Food was horrible. Burgers had been precooked and warmed up. Cheese wasn’t even melted. I had ordered a bun less burger and the cheese was flat on the box. All was not edible!!! Fries were very small and chewy. I couldn’t even finish it. Never again.
The only thing I can do it give it one star. There were 2 employees, so we knew there might be a wait. We were ok with that. No one ever answered at the carhop. We decided to go through the drive-thru. We spent 20 minutes waiting. No one answered at the drive-thru. We just left along with 3 other cars that came in after we had been waiting. The worst part was that a gentleman brought out a drink to a car that had been there before we arrived. He saw us but never made eye contact with us. If they couldn't serve anyone a simple heads up so that we didn't waste our time, would have been nice. I even called while watching them stand inside. Rude and disrespectful.
Ewww ewww double ewwww inspection score of 46 rodent droppings found in food prep and storage. Haven't ate here in 2 years thank god if we all have to come together and stop eating here . Yall wondering why yall sick this is it. And also the hot dog warmer is caped up with old grease which indicates it doesn't get cleaned. Yall go on and read the full inspection! And please don't reply to my review with the I'm sorry and to call a number. I don't want to speak to anyone and will never eat here ever and I hope everyone else will do the same! Yall will never take another penny from my pocket
This place is terrible all 3 of my shakes were sour like milk was bad
My girlfriend and I went to this particular location and ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and a foot long coney. After arriving home we noticed that the burger contained no bacon, an abundance of onions, and the chili cheese coney was given to us sans chili cheese. The server Brandon sounded like he was thoroughly intoxicated and probably should not have been taking orders. Needless to say we will not be returning to this particular location.
Waited for 20 mins at one of the stalls dn waited for 20 mins for them to never take our order. Then tried the drive through where nobody answered as well. Gave up and went to wendys
Absolutely Horrible - The price is way too high a price to pay for what we actually got. Fries were pitiful - The food leaves a horrible aftertaste in your mouth. The young lady that brought the food to us was very nice though so that would be the only reason to give a star. Yuck...never again!!! Sorry just don't want folks to waste their hard earned money here.
Good food, but never go here if you're in a hurry. If you go to the drive through, you'll be lucky to get in and out in less than ten or fifteen minutes. Insane how long you have to wait. Not the individual employees' faults, blame management or corporate or whoever. They must just be constantly way understaffed.
Ordered a sonic blast, mozz sticks, and a limeade on doordash. My dasher was waiting for my order for over 20mins and I ordered the reese's blast and paid extra for cookie dough pieces to be added. After waiting over 30mins for my food the mozz sticks were cold and my reese's blast with cookie DOUGH pieces was instead an oreo blast with absolutely no reese's or cookie dough. terrible establishment and many reviews say the say thing. pls don't even bother wasting ur money here
Do not go here I waited in the drive through line for 15mins at the speaker and NOONE ever took my order then I pulled around to the drive in boxes and waited another 15mins and still no one took our order it’s absolutely ridiculous they need to shut down the funny thing is though they had no problem taking all the white peoples orders but they see a black man in the drivers seat they don’t serve you
Ordered food and waited over 30 minutes. When it finally arrived, half the order was missing and incorrect. I notified the staff and was told it would be fixed. After another 20 minutes with no update, I had to walk up to the door myself. The same employee who originally brought the order out apologized and admitted she completely forgot about it. By the time the food was corrected, over an hour had passed, and the food was cold and mediocre. This was supposed to be “fast” food, but the service was worse than McDonald’s. I will never return to the Sonic at Banks Crossing and may not go to Sonic again at all.
Food always nasty cause the manger have her daughter an her boyfriend an her sons gf working all together more of a daycare than a restaurant
Waited in line at speaker for 21 minutes nobody every came to take order left and went drive thru Waited 17 minutes no service to us at all.This place has went down quick,need new owners new management or shut down all the way.Noone was even at window when I just pulled up to wait.Loved this place but now sad my last time there.Poor place a disgrace to that area.
Pulled in to get our food and there are two employees outside on the phone yelling… the dude looked so mad and the female looked stressed out tryna calm him down. They were in there work uniforms. Like that just made us uncomfortable. Imagine if someone wanted to sit outside with there kid. That’s just unprofessional and ridiculous this really made me not wanna come back. I get if people have stuff going on but that’s how you scare customers away and make people uncomfortable. After all that it took almost 20 minutes for 2 drinks..
Went to Sonic near outlets in Commerce Ga on 10/27/24 for desert. Ordered a shake for everyone and waited in drive thru line. Obviously it's our luck that person in front of us wanted to try everything on the menu but whatever. Girl walked out with our drinks fairly quickly which was awesome. Didn't have to wait for guy in front of us. I gave the girl 2 gift cards that were purchased a year ago at Christmas and she said that her store doesn't accept them. I told her that I purchased them at this location and she said that the machine to run them has been down since she started in May. Employee did everything right which is why I gave 3 stars but the fact that a machine has been down for 6 months is crazy. This is on the higher ups. Website shows gift cards are a wonderful holiday present. I'll be back to purchase another card soon and try again. At this point I'm curious how long it take for someone to care. Its really simple. If machine can be fixed, fix it. If it can't then refund it. Doing neither and then advertising to buy them is theft. I miss customer service. Also shakes were left with quite a bit of room at top. Should have been charged a size smaller.
Both times we visited for a little treat for ourselves we’ve had nothing but bad attitude. Friday night they were very short and blunt and kept staring at us for some reason. Just about 15 minutes ago I went to pick up an order my bf placed. We both ordered whipped cream on our blasts. I told the lady and she was very short and rude with me. I didn’t get my receipt to double check and she left before I could say anything else. I wanted to double check before I could ask for the whip to be refunded. I get it they were short staffed but no need to be rude. Also I want my refund on the whip and the blast that was supposed to have cookie dough.it didn’t have it hence why I said supposed to. Also don’t expect to have your drinks or shakes mixed correctly bc they only do it to where it looked mixed…
