All heil the last Fuddruckers in California. May this place never close. Burger. Good. Bun good. Fries. Ok. Value. Decent. Unlimited melty cheese. Tip: don't buy a cheese burger.

Ok, the hamburger's on there own are obviously great, that's a 5 star! The part where you get the fixings, very sad, you can see the bottom of the trays, empty, some trays don't have nothing on them, very underwhelming. Tomatoes for some reason, you had to go to the counter and ask for them, strange. Bathrooms are a mess, dirty and nasty, gas station status, crazy.

It's been a while since I've been to Fudd's. Their burgers are still very good and condiments are all up to you. Sadly tho, there's only ONE Fudd's left in California, in Concord.

My first time eating here, even though I've seen the restaurant in various places for the past 40 years. The place wasn't very clean, especially the bathroom, and I didn't like that the condiments, including lettuce, tomato, and pickles, were all out buffet style where anyone could possibly handle them (that's why I don't go to buffet restaurants). That's the worst part, tho - 3 stars for cleanliness and overall atmosphere and layout. I'm only giving 3 stars for service because two different waitresses I asked couldn't give me much info except a shrug regarding the exotic burgers because they had never tried them. But at least they were honest. And the cashier who took my order asked me twice about what cheese I wanted on my burger, which I answered twice with Cheddar, and yet when I received my burger there was NO cheese on it, nor was it on the ticket! But 5 stars for the food and taste itself! I tried the buffalo/bison burger for the first time and it tasted just like beef, just a tad bit sweeter, but delicious! And the fry wedges were quite tasty with whatever seasoning was applied to them! I would come back again, but beware the restrooms. I wished the ice cream station had been open, but it was closed when I got there (8pm).

Finally got to try this place. All the bad reviews on Yelp seem to be related to when the Pandemic was in full swing. Specifically concerns around being understaffed and dirty. Staffing seemed good on a weekend and no issues with cleanliness. The food isn't cheap, but the burgers were pretty good tasting. My wife got the kids burger but the bun was a little too big and bready for the meat size. Topping bar is great and my daughter very much enjoyed the fries dipped in nacho cheese. Would recommend.

The last time I went there me and my mom ordered to go I ordered an elk Berger and received a small (even small for this place) beef Berger instead. The food is good but not for $25 a plate.

We finally tried Fuddruckers and overall it was a decent experience. The ambience was great—fun, classic burger-joint vibe. The food was okay, not bad at all, and you can tell everything is made to order, which I appreciate. They also offer a pretty large menu with lots of options. I ordered a grilled Swiss, onion, and mushroom burger with fries and a drink, which came out to about $23. For this type of place, that felt a little high in my opinion, though the quality was solid. One small turn-off was the open straw bucket. With kids (and adults) grabbing around in there, it didn’t feel very sanitary. It would be much better if the straws were dispensed one at a time. All that said, the food was good and the experience was fine overall. I’d give it three stars, but I can definitely see it being a four-star place. I’ll probably try it again with the family and see how it holds up on another visit.

Fuddruckers is one of the best burgers I’ve had, however they seriously need to restructure their business if they want to stay afloat and keep customers coming. $16 for a burger WITHOUT a drink or fries is quite absurd, I remember coming here as a kid and being so excited and the 2/3 pound burger was 8.95. The inside hasn’t been updated in so long and is quite dark and depressing, and has a cell coverage blocker for some reason. I think management should seriously take this into consideration, as this was such a great burger chain, simply doubling prices without an increase in value of the experience makes me not want to return :/

Don’t know where did the stars came in the reviews, however this franchise location might need some improvements starting from interior and ending up with food quality. Interior: tablecloth was old, ripped and sticky, even during pandemic this place is by far not as expected. Whatever you do, avoid going to restroom! Hold it and you won’t regret. Not even a mirror or hand blower. Food: no wheat buns and the ones available white became flat at no time. Soggy and old country style fries topped with chemically tasting mustard, that got thrown away. The only thing that saved the place star wise was the outstanding Beyond Burger patty. First and unfortunately last time at this location till major renovation to be done.

This is not the Fuddruckers we all remember. Drove 8 hours to reminisce of the good ol days when fuddruckers was everywhere. Meat was poor quality, no tomatoes, no shredded lettuce, no diced onion, basically almost white lettuce leaf, whole onions and salsa. Yes you read correctly.. salsa. Even the cheese sauce was not the same. Super disappointed but maybe it will be better when I check them out in Texas.

Haven't eaten at this chain in years and going at my friend's request it reminded me why I don't eat there. Burger is pretty much tasteless, and most of the additional condiments are pricey. Even my friend didn't like his meal as he hasn't eaten there in years as well. Not worth the revisit.
