A Co worker told me about this place and how it changed her health and way if living. It's not hard to find this place but the roads in the city of Concord really due need attention too many pot holes. Anyways the 2 staff members where very friendly and informative to all the products available. Hopefully using the goods provided here will help me get back to a healthier life style. Thanks again for the 2 that helped me☑️

The layout is odd. Howedver the açaí bowls are a great breakfast. The juices seem priced a little high. Highly recommend downloading the app an using it like a Starbucks card so you get the discounted prices too. I don’t think people realize they have bowls an think it’s just juice. Also the smoothies are not smoothies there juice lol. Staff have always been wonderful thus far.

Many options but discovered it’s not as fresh as I had hoped with several added preservatives, after purchasing a few juices.

I have an autoimmune disorder and when I have a flare up a ginger juice helps allot with the pain. I’m out of town this evening with my husband and I found this location near me, and I was so excited because it says open till 10pm on google and Apple Maps. When I got there the door was locked, lights were off, and there was a girl standing at the cash register, when she saw me come up to the door she went in the back right away and never came back. I asked the group sitting right outside and they said they just came out. It was 9:10pm. I took a picture of the door, says closed at 9:00. Doesn’t match online. I gave them 2 stars over all because their juices are good. But I was super disappointed that the girl in the front walked away from me. And online it says they are open till 10pm.

I am extremely disappointed with a recent experience I’ve had at this Pressed location. I purchased a $50 gift card for my sisters birthday (I have proof of purchase through my bank), but when my sister tried to use it at a different Pressed location for the first time there was only $1 shown to be on the card. This is unacceptable and also very embarrassing, especially for it being a birthday gift. I am not sure how this happened, but clearly something went wrong during activation of the card or the processing. I would appreciate someone from management contacting me to resolve this as soon as possible.

The employee on duty girl with braids was unhelpful and lacked professionalism, though she was pleasant with the subsequent customer. I hope to avoid encountering her during future visits. She requires additional customer training, perhaps a refresher course.A simple smile or a greeting such as, "Hello, may I assist you?" would have been appropriate.
