Honestly for the price and the portions you can't beat it. My sandwiches are always beyond delicious and great on portions. Fresh ingredients all times as i've eaten here. I have no complaints. The customer service is also on point. They're so polite and flexible with my orders. Their chocolate chip cookies are really good too. It hits the spot if you get cravings like I do lol. 😋

I got my usual hot Pastrami which I was craving. The associates name was Eric. The sandwich was spot on. The lady coworker seemed to have a positive relationship with her coworker which was good(hate negative environments). I had written off Togo's after a bad experience at another location(in Danville). While clean they may want to modernize.

I've been coming to this Togo's for YEARS! I have witnessed it's ups and downs. The owners must be proud of their staff right now, because they are rock solid as a team. When I order food I'm sceptical about it being made due to many instances where I've had to check first before I pay or walk away, but not here!! They actually listen and I get what I ask for. Even if it's busy the wait is worth it. I really appreciate the time they take to make the experience great. I recently broke my tradition of endless Turkey Avocado sammich to branch and try other things on the menu. Triple Dip is a triple threat if you're in the mood for 3 meals in 1. Their soups are better than any I've come across which is a shocker and even helped me get over a cold! Most importantly let's not forget it's important when you visit a place and the people who work their enjoy their jobs. The atmosphere is so clean and I got my whole family hooked on it. I can't go home without sharing a bite. Keep it up Togo's!!

Easily the best chain sandwich shop... I'd even say the second best sandwich shop only to Luigis in Concord... Way better than Jimmy John's or mr. Pickles... A little pricey for a chain sandwich shop but a little bomb as well... orders to take a while but only because they're stackin' the sandwich with the good stuff...

It took them quite a while to make our food. When they did do it, they forgot avocado on our sandwiches. Besides that it was pretty good.

The sandwich was great, but for a TOGO's, this place really skimps you when it comes to the amount of meat they put on your sandwich. This is the only one I've ever been to, and I've been here a few times in the past, that gives you so little meat on your sandwich.

Above average sandwiches most of the time. I recently went there and purchased a deli Italian combo. The sandwich had a totoal of two pieces of salami 1 piece of an italian bologna and a few pieces of ham. Was the scimpiest sandwich I have ever gotten from any where

The person who made my meal destroyed my sandwich. I asked him to make another one as the first one was completely obliterated and he complained about adding sauce to it. On top of that I saw staff moving large items that were not food with their hands. Usually this wouldn't be a problem but they were wearing gloves and did not change them when going back to making the meal for other customers. I probably won't be going back to this Togos location.

After I wrote my original review, I came back in and did not have the same experience, I thought it was a fluke... nope came in again and was not satisfied, well here I sit here the third time after writing my original review and it is getting ridiculous. Well this location of Togo’s is was fun while it lasted... I just started coming to this Togo’s a few weeks ago for lunch, and can’t believe how great the service here is. The lovely and vibrant Denise is beyond awesome and I can’t compliment her enough. I will be coming back just to hang out with her haha. Also the food is perfect every time, try the southwest chicken salad out. You won’t be disappointed!

Everytime I go, every employee there is incredibly rude. Feel like I'm walking in eggshells trying to talk to who's making my food. I'm sure they've tainted someone's food over something as trivial as the customer just looking at them wrong.

Do not know how they have 4 stars. I do not know how in the world someone can mess up a sandwhich. Super upset went for lunch and lost my appetite. Meats tasted funny and avocado obviously past due date disgusting thing I've ever ate. So mad right now just wanted a sandwhich. All my vegies were also wrapped outside of bun . who does that! Ohhes togos off treat!

April 22, 2022 3:10pm The lady behind the counter was very rude to me. When I asked her if I had done something to offend her she said "You spanish, english, spanish, english!" Not understanding what she ment. I asked her if that was a problem? You see I do not speak spanish. The Customer in line behind me called her a racist and said "I'm going to report you. She then refused to make my sandwitches and told me she was going to call the police. When I asked to speak to the manager she said that she was the manager. So I walked out. I am deeply offended! I want an appology and her fired. I will never eat at a Togo's ever again!

Horrible customer service did not greet me, say hey or anything I has to ask where to order. Also employee was busy making other orders did not explain this. It was also hard to understand employee due to language barriers. I left and said sorry this customer service is not okay. Thanks!

Payed 35 bucks for two large sandwiches ok whatever 15 each plus tax for a good hot sandwiches find by me but not what I got didn't realize it til I got home bread wasn't toasted cold soggy killed my whole vibe n just plan made me mad ruin my lunch

This particular togos just isnt that good. The #9 was cold and thrown together. My wifes #24 had no turkey on it. Just has gone down hill in the last few years. Stay away from this store.

I placed an order online at about 8 PM tonight I made sure that I was at the restaurant before 9 o’clock when they were supposed to be closing when I got there they were already totally shut down the whole place is dark and it was 8:44 PM right on the front door said they close at nine my order was already paid for but no one was there to give me my food this is very upsetting and very unprofessional I won’t be eating from this location again

Doordashed one sandwich for lunch and when I unwrapped it it was a mere 1/4 portion of what used to be a regular sandwich!! One piece of turkey, one slice of cheese and I ordered extra dressing and nothing not even mustard or mayonnaise. Dry dry dry and all bread. For 20 dollars this was a disgrace. I was a loyal customer for years but after this looks like I'll be a Mr. Pickles girl from now on.

Boring restaurant all of food prep things were put away only two people working there. The price of a number 9 pastrami was $12 that's outrageous it's too expensive. The gal that prepared my sandwich gave me the impression that she was totally bored with the work she was doing. Memories 1973 San Jose State used to eat at the Togo's original restaurant practically every other day old funky house the music was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think but they made great sandwiches and I have fond memories of that place. I think Jersey Mike's sandwiches are much better deal plus they gave me a senior discount.

They need to fix the AC and hire more people to actually make sandwiches! It's the 2nd time over the last 2 weeks that we've gone here and it's just as hot or hotter inside as it is outside. We walked in to 5 parties waiting in line and 1 person making sandwiches! Last time we were here there was 1 person making sandwiches, 1 person standing at the register waiting to ring up customers and 1 person sweeping the floor! My daughter said "the air feels wet in here! " What she was describing was humidity! Why is it humid in a sandwich shop?! It was 91° outside and even hotter inside the restaurant! Personally, with the meat and produce being exposed to such extreme temperatures, I didn't feel like they were safe to eat! Myself and 2 other customers walked out. One of the customers that left told the girl that she needed to open the door to get some air circulation in the restaurant. We went to the location in Pleasant Hill where it was clean, the thermostat worked properly, you were greeted upon walking in the restaurant, they had more that 1 person making sandwiches AND you can see over the counter and watch you food be properly prepared!

Staff was rude ! Broccoli soup tasted old for the day before ! Ask to use the restroom the woman staff member acted like she didn’t want me to use it because she just cleaned it !! Isn’t that part of maintaining a clean establishment and code of conduct per health department. Gave bathroom key to the guy at the counter he said place it at certain place Then the lady cleaning the restroom asked where was the key ! I told her where the cashier asked me to place it she then tells me how it doesn’t belong there .. Problematic environment considering I was just trying to come in on my lunch break to get something to eat No one should experience this kind of drama

My wait time was 15 minutes and I was next. two other people walked in. the lady making sandwiches kept saying, "Thanks for the wait sorry for the wait". I wasn't going to wait so I left. A sandwich shop should attend to customer service, not lollygagging. My fav is the turkey and avocado but for now I'll just have to dream about it.
